Expérience fantastique: My friend told me about her love of Fusion Fitness and Spartan for 2 years. I found every excuse not to go even though I desperately needed it in my life. After hitting my highest weight I realized I had to go! After my first Spartan class I loved it and regret not joining earlier. I got my husband to join and my mom is joining tomorrow. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. The price is right for these difficult financial times. The facilities are clean. The equipment is new and high quality. I can go on and on about the positives but the best way to really know is by coming here and trying it out. You won't be disappointed.

I walked in and walk told it’s $70 a month manager didn’t allow me the 3 free workouts because I didn’t walk with an ID. Absolutely insane what a waste of time and money. There is a reason why the prices are on the website.

It’s unfortunate to have scammers working in a nice facility and making people have to leave the gym because of the manager. He is the rudest person to deal with. The last thing I had with them was when they signed a new contract without my permission and without letting me know that they are creating a new contract for me. Stay away from them.

Expérience fantastique: I have been going to this gym for about 2 months and it has been really amazing the workers there are polite to everyone there and when I go there to scan in there always there to greet you with “how is your day been going” or “how are you doing”.I signed up for 12 sessions becuase I wanted to loss weight and one of the trainers I had was named paulo he was very polite to me and helped me loss a lot of weight and whenever I workout with him he was always there when I needed help with the workout and he help me with my diet and through out the 2 months I lost 22 pounds. Love going here it is amazing.

Expérience fantastique: I've been going to Fuzion Fitness Mississauga for the past three months, and I love it! The gym is really, really clean, and it's never crowded, so I always have access to all the machines I need. The changing rooms are huge and super clean, and the steam room is the biggest I've seen in a gym. The staff is polite and helpful, offering guidance if you're working out incorrectly. Plus, it's really economical compared to One Health Club, of which I was a member for a year. Fuzion provides all the same services - just much better and economical. Highly recommend!

They are also very helpful by giving a tour of the facility while additionally giving pointers to maximize your workout. The amount and quality of the equipment is insane. It is practically brand new with all the things you’ll ever need to get in the most intense or most relaxing workout of your life. The cost is relatively reasonable compared to big name gyms like LA or GoodLife, instead it is rarely overcrowded and much more peaceful. The atmosphere and environment of its community and its members is the driving force of why individuals like myself and countless others continue to show up everyday. You meet new people and encounter familiar faces. When it comes to cleanliness, staff works non-stop to ensure equipment is sanitized and up to high standards. The only things I would mention is that at times some of their machines and steam room are temporarily out of order . Also during rainy and hotter seasons might result in leaks and bludgeon temperatures. If you’re able to look past the small things and enjoy the reason you’re there in the first place, you’ll find it a place you call home. *Bonus: They help you track your progress and gains through BMI and Body Fat calculaters. So, give it a try. You might just end up loving it ❤️

Expérience négative: I have been a member of this gym for nearly two years. While I have previously submitted a review, I wish for this one to remain anonymous. Regrettably, this gym has experienced a significant decline in quality over time. For context, here are just a few examples of this: Persistent leaks from the ceiling that remain unrepaired, frequent unscheduled closures, and broken machines that are left in disrepair indefinitely. What is even more ludicrous, however, is the consistent inflation of membership fees despite these ongoing problems. The most concerning issue is the current management. As evidenced by the issues outlined above, Akin and Brandon both lack the competence and dedication needed to effectively operate this facility. Their indifference is evident, as they often prioritize socializing with other gym members over addressing operational issues. This behavior contributes to an uncomfortable environment, particularly for women who are subjected to inappropriate attention from the members they so often chat with. It is disheartening to witness the deterioration of what was once a vibrant and welcoming gym. The previous personnel—Ram, Rob (RIP), and Luke—fostered a positive and energetic atmosphere that is now sorely missed. While I intend to fulfill the remainder of my contract, I do not plan to renew my membership and cannot, in good conscience, recommend Fuzion Fitness to others.

Expérience fantastique: Joined here late 2022 and now leaving because of a recent move. In my opinion, it's the best bang for your buck gym around south Mississauga/Etobicoke. I grew up around here and can confidently say it has everything around it beat (LA Fitness, Port Credit Athletics, Goodlife, Vive, Planet Fitness, etc.) in terms of overall quality at it's price point. Large space, new and well maintained equipment, kept very clean, friendly staff, and not too busy even at peak times. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place at an affordable cost.

Unfortunately i’ve been lied to on all accounts and the steam room being out for over 2 months is the last straw. If it’s not fixed in the next week im gone for good and not changing this review.

Expérience fantastique: Fuzion Fitness Mississauga went above and beyond in regard to customer service. I was only staying for 10 days in Mississauga and needed a gym close by to keep up with training while away from the UK. The manager, Akin was a friendly face on the desk who made me feel super welcome and answered any questions I had in a professional yet friendly manner. The gym was well equipped for my own training, calisthenics & for my friend who is a powerlifter. If I do visit Toronto again, this gym will be my go to, I have had a great experience here and would recommend to anyone in the area ☺️

Expérience négative: Racist Management I was there last weekend and used a 3 day pass on Saturday and Sunday. After I left on Sunday, I forgot my ID behind the desk and did not realize until today, so I called them to make sure it was still there. They put me on hold for 10 minutes and then the manager Brandon got on the phone and proceeded to accuse me of assaulting a gym patron. With absolutely 0 proof he claims that I attacked somebody in the lockers and stole some items from him. Apparently this incident happened on Sunday, the same day I forgot my ID, but instead of calling me the next day and letting me know my ID is there, or asking me if I knew anything about the incident, he says with absolute certainty that he knows it was me and that the police have been informed. Where is the logic? Why would I sign up for a 3 day trial, give my information, leave my ID at the cash, and then assault somebody? He keeps bringing up security footage but then admits he has not reviewed it yet. When I went to pick up my ID, he tells me I am no longer welcome at the gym. When I pressed him on this and asked "even after you realize I have nothing to do with this", he said "yes, because we don't want people like you at this gym". Not that it matters, because why would I even want to go back after being treated like this, but it goes to show that he's willing to double down on an idiotic decision of his because he's so confident that he's some genius detective who's cracked the case. He then tells me that they've taken a photo of my ID and they will have the victim look at some potential suspects tomorrow. The coward couldn't even maintain eye contact as he told me this. It seems like the person who got assaulted told them that the attacker was a brown man, and Mr. Sherlock Holmes here thought that since there was a forgotten ID of a brown man, he must be involved. Apparently they're going to review the footage tonight, so an apology would be appropriate, but based on the empty look in Brandon's eyes, I don't expect one. If you're a person of colour and are considering signing up to this gym; don't. Save your money and save yourself from being racially profiled and go workout somewhere else. Based on some of the more recent reviews, this issue with management is nothing new.

Expérience négative: Air conditioning isn’t something that’s familiar to this gym I guess. There’s only 1 smith machine in the gym, 1 bench in the women’s only area that doesn’t even lay flat, more arm machines than lower body, that’s the most ridiculous thing. I constantly feel like I’m being waited on… it’s looking like you could get a better workout in at planet fitness and that’s where I’ll go! But I doubt the manager would even cooperate with me regarding cancelling since it’s been a repeating concern with others, so it’s not looking good lolll

Expérience négative: I've been coming to the Dunwynn Centre for over 10 Years, when it was Wynn Fitness, & was one of the first members here at Fuzion Fitness when they opened in 2021. Recently they brought in this new manager Akin. He's one of the worst human beings i've ever come across, or you'll ever meet. Belligerent, arrogant, cocky, an absolute dictator, condescending, the list goes on. Every time I workout I see him creeping up to random girls trying to get their number in a very cringe way, & I could see how uncomfortable he makes them. He does anything but work, completely useless. Since he started he's always been sarcastic to me, but recently has been harassing & picking on myself. When I confronted him, he secretly tried to cancel the towel service which is part of my membership from day 1 to retaliate against me because no one has told him the kind of person he is right to his face except me. He leaves everyone alone but me. I've minded my own business, & ignored him, & he terminated my membership yesterday without any proof that i've done anything wrong which I haven't. I've reported him for discrimination & harassment against me to the human rights commission. Most importantly I've never missed a payment, & always pay my membership on time every month. On the management side, the service is absolutely trash! Correlating with what I mentioned above, they are taking his side to permanently ban me without cause, reiterating, i've done nothing wrong, which the owners have also not specified anything I've done wrong. That just shows how shallow & pathetic they're as owners. Anytime you have a serious concern that you need help with, they ignore you, or you'll have to wait months for a reply. To get ahold of them right away is 1 in a million chances. To all the members who have been there recently can relate to this. What kind of professional business shuts the gym down 3 times without even giving notice to their paying members? The most recent issue was they literally were out of toilet paper & soap for over 2 weeks in a commercial gym?! That shows how cheap they are which's appalling. Every week there's broken equipment, & knowing how cheap they are, it takes ages for them to fix it. They evidently don't care about their customers, just profiting & not delivering any service. This is a legit review as someone who's worked for Fuzion Fitness, & has been a member since they opened in 2021. I'M WARNING YA'LL. Take your money elsewhere, & don't support them whatsoever! Trust me when I say you'll be glad you did. The cleanliness is ok, but it won't outweigh the headache you'll experience with management, & the harassment & dictatorship from Akin. Stay away from Fuzion Fitness at all costs!, & join a gym that actually knows how to properly service customers who have been loyal to them from their opening.

Expérience positive: Just over a month in and loving it! Hands down, the BEST GYM I’ve been to, but likely for reasons you wouldn’t generally expect. First, the people here are what make this gym the best. Love the diverse membership, of all different fitness levels, all in one place for a common purpose. Members are respectful and helpful of each other AND for the love of the fitness gods, people actually re-rack their weights (better efforts could be made by all!). The staff are amazing. They’re real humans, always smiling/friendly and willing to help with anything! Shoutout Rob, Jake & John! These three of the real ones! Hands down, best membership sign up experience, so easy and didn’t feel like I was selling my soul or buying a used car lol. They’re always happy to share fitness recommendations or just chat. Appreciate you guys! Cleaning staff are also stellar and a pleasure to engage with. Equipment is kept clean, as are change rooms. Thanks for all you do! Some areas of improvement I hope to see in the months ahead and update to 5 star; - repairing broken equipment/facilities in a more timely manner - internal windows cleaning (along cardio wall) - some larger/newer towels - Enforcement of overnight locker use - Men’s locker repairs (some don’t lock) Definitely recommend Fuzion Mississauga (until the day Fuzion Oakville opens ;) ) Thanks Fuzion team!!
