Fit4Less à Brampton est une salle de sport populaire connue pour ses tarifs abordables et son équipement satisfaisant, ce qui en fait une option attrayante pour les amateurs de fitness à petit budget. Expérience négative: I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this Fit4Less. The front desk receptionist was incredibly rude and lacked basic customer service skills. When I inquired about my membership renewal, which they renewed without any prior notification, they abruptly charged $67 from my account. I wasn’t informed that my one-year contract had ended, and I would have appreciated a simple email or call before the renewal. When I reached out to discuss this, their response was shockingly dismissive. Instead of addressing my concerns, they rudely told me to cancel my membership and even cut the call twice! It’s frustrating because if they can send promotional and missed payment emails frequently, why can’t they send a courtesy renewal reminder once a year? I expected better communication and customer service from a professional gym. This experience has left me extremely disappointed with Fit4Less.

Expérience négative: Its very small location. Two or more machines are under repair all the time. The worst thing is that cleaning staff is lazy, they start cleaning washrooms when its very busy and keep the washrooms closed for 45 minutes to one hour. So keep in mind, you may have to go for washroom at nearest tim hortons locations while working out there.

Expérience négative: First of all, a lot of single machines when there can be less treadmills. Then most frustrating thing is no drinking water, i mean it is basic requirement for a gym. Then rude staff and broken equipment, which is extremely a no no. Not gonna go there again.

Expérience négative: It's really frustrating when me and my husband go to the gym and can't use the machines to enjoy my workout. People either sit on the machines without using them or take hours on just one. This makes it difficult to follow my exercise routine and get the most out of my gym time. It's a real challenge to stay motivated when the equipment is always occupied. I wish people would be more considerate and allow others to use the machines in a timely manner.

Expérience positive: Maintaining Equipment is very poor some bicycles need service and the wrists exercise machine has been broken for the last 3 weeks people are not disciplined cleaning after use of equipment is not applied. Cleaning needs to be improved.
Expérience négative: It profoundly disappoints me when I go to the gym and cannot utilize the machines because individuals are occupying them, often monopolizing them for two or three hours. This prevents others from using the equipment and getting a fair workout. To address this issue, we need to set a time limit for machine usage. This way, everyone gets a chance to use the equipment and make the most of their gym time.

The following day, the manager reached out to me to inquire about the problem and assisted in resolving it. Further, due to a technical glitch from Fit4Less, my access card was deactivated, but the manager diligently monitored the situation and ensured my account was swiftly reactivated. Moreover, they ensured I had access to the gym while the technical issue was being addressed. I am incredibly pleased and satisfied with the level of service provided.

She told me that the last name on my ID doesn’t match with the last name in their system but they were the one’s who had created my membership with the same ID being provided. She was rude and said that she cannot help me with it and walk away. At the end i cancel my membership from self KIOSK.

So rude and sitting inside the room without giving attention, why someone is there? I don't prefer anyone to go to this Gym because of some bad employees working here.

Expérience négative: Super honest review; it’s okay if you’re not super focused on actually progressing in lifting. The staff are nice, however the location itself is very small and mediocre. Most machines are functional, but quite a few are very old and/or have started to deteriorate. Not many freeweights. It’s always crowded unless you go early in the morning or late at night. The traffic outside the gym can make it difficult to get to sometimes, as it’s basically located in the biggest outdoor shopping centre in the city. Many people often don’t wear deodorant and will hog up the machines and freeweights. I mean, do you really need to do 9 sets of barbell rows and then swap out with your friend? While walking around the gym in between sets and getting upset that anyone else is using the equipment you abandoned? This is also one of the locations that doesn’t have a black card workout centre. So you’re not really getting anything special if you buy the premium membership, unless you enjoy tanning and awkwardly asking the staff to help you with the massage table. The way I see it, if you have a full-time job, you shouldn’t bother with this place. And also, there seems to be a crazy amount of super jacked guys who use this gym when it’s not exactly challenging them. Why don’t you guys go to Goodlife Fitness or LA fitness where they have the freeweights that are heavy enough for you to handle? How are you both jacked and broke? Overall: 4/10.
Expérience négative: i would give no stars… the manager Raquel is extremely disrespectful and rude towards customers, she has no consideration of how she talks to people and she needs to step down or even get fired as there is a lot of problems with the gym and how it is managed. She’s talks to fellow employees with disrespect as well which is a very toxic environment for workers. it is disappointing to see and hear how she talks to them. I would not recommend this location, as other fit for less locations you’ll have a better experience at! please someone do something about this manager…. it’ll only get worse

Expérience négative: Good place for work out. today’s my first day there a girl I don’t remember her name i just asked for bag which is included in my membership card but the way she treat that is very disappointed for me she is a customer service representative but she doesn’t know how to talk with their customer I don’t wanted to put negative comment about that but the incident really make me to put this comment so that other people will not face that kind of behaviour at the gym.
Expérience positive: Well maintained and can't beat the price. But the biggest inconvenience is people bringing their trainers and hogging equipment. People tailgate bringing their pals to workout together in the same card and such things. Though fit4less says that it doesn't allow, yes it does. People drop heavy weights carelessly, they don't rack weights properly which is something the management should take seriously.

After 10 mins Employee Name: Raquel came out and explained everything and only she told me to just do it on the machine. I said last time one of ur employee done everything. And she os like we have everything on machine just do it by urself. She is very rude and unprofessional. Again i ring the bell to help she out after 15 mins. I said can u pls help me on machine . I didn’t now how to use it. She is like again there is wverything on machine. And also don't argue with me. This is totally disrespectful and unacceptable. I request to fit4less management to teach them some customers service values. Thanks

Expérience négative: MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE. I was waiting a solid 10 mins at the front desk and even knocked on the office door to use the massage chair and tanning bed that i pay extra for. After looking around the gym for an employee and failing to find one i pressed the button to start it up. The manager then turned it off and spoke to myself and friend in a very condescending and disgusting tone banning us from using the equipment for the day. Not to mention the only way to get water is the bathroom sink. Haven’t had any other issues with any other staff as they are all delightful and welcoming.

Expérience fantastique: 10/10. Sebastian had helped me after I had gotten stuck under the bench press. I was trying to lift 20 pounds but it was too heavy. When I wailed for help he lended a helping hand❤️

Expérience négative: Very poor customer service , they keep charging you even when you called for membership cancellation , cant even check the records of call. ultimately you pay for 2-3 months even after canceling your membership
Expérience positive: It’s a good gym… I get it’s a budget gym but the gym is too small, and there’s the very basic machines available nothing more. Would love to see more machines with a bigger space available

Expérience positive: A small gym, a good variety of equipment for training. Doesn't have a water fountain so you'll need to bring your own water bottle. Plenty of lockers for storing your gym bag.

Expérience négative: Gym is so bad and the locker room of mens is rlly smelly and full of axe bodyspray
Expérience positive: Space is very limited and not much variety in equipment. No water fountain either. One squat rack type of setup so that's nice. Would only recommend if no other option but not terrible.
