Expérience négative: Reply: I have messaged you on your instagram channel but no reply yet. Even I havent received any rwply from the gym manager. Does this really habe to take this long ? Horrible experince and it just feels like harassment. First of all paying membership fees is so hard because I really have to save up to pay the membership. When one of my membership payments fid not go through I went to the gym and made the payments myself and after payments were processed I requested to downgrade my membership. I even paid my membership fees in advance so that it does not get deducted from my bank account Inspite of this neither was my membership downgraded and inspite of advance payment a payment was still atempted. When I called the club manager he was absurd and so rude and wouldnt even listen to me carefully. When I called again the stafv says the manager is not available. While the manager listerally told me that he is looking into my case right there. I need my money rwfunded and membership cancelled wirhout notice.

Have to wait extra long to get on the machines. Please don’t open up a gym if you don’t have enough space for equipment also I have a black card and there is not even black card workout area. Big L

Expérience positive: Based on all factors, I believe a 3 star rating is more than fair for this location. Most accurate rating would be 2.5 but I am feeling generous. Gets the job done, but lacks in so many areas which results in disappointment. Just like all Fit4Less branches, there are lockers, massage chairs and beds, showers, change rooms, and so on. The employees are professional and polite. I see them regularely checking the condition of the gym and making sure everything is in working order. Furthermore, I received exceptional help from Diego before I became a member. He gave me a detailed tour and answered all my questions. The location is great with acceptable level of parking spaces, but the potential has been wasted. The equipment placement is incredibely cramped up. Everything feels like theyve been jammed together to fit as many machines as possible. The hallways are very thin and hard to navigate in rush hours. The weights section is not exempted from this. The benches are way too close to the dumbbell racks. The gym is already small to begin with, and the poorly placed equipment and lack of space makes everything difficult. To add to that, the lack of technical care is unbelievable. So many equipment and features are out of order, and its not a rare thing, it happens quite often. As you can see in the pictures, three workout equipments and one bathroom stall are out of order (these were all in the same day, not over a course of few days). And a lot of the times, they stay out of order for quite some time. Im sure you can imagine the frustration and inconvenience that this brings. To sum up my long review, I would say that although major issues like space and equipment placement cant be fixed, better and more hands-on technical care and supervision would do this place good.

Expérience négative: The gym is very small, have to wait 10 mins to use a bench. There’s only 1 flat barbell bench, not even an incline bench people are using smith machine for that. Please do not open a gym if there’s not enough space to facilitate equipment and machines. I have been to gyms in Dubai, India, even India has better gyms than this & India is a third world country. The worst experience I ever had in my entire life.

Expérience négative: It's alright cheap, people don't put weights away. Poor gym etiquette. You go to the gym to do work putting weights away = gains too. Shouldn't be the job of the staff to do it in the morning. Even the owner picks up empty bottles and trash after people.

Expérience négative: Worst Fit4Less I've been to. There's no squat rack, 1 bench press, about 4 benches, all to service 30+ in the free weights area. No dedicated black card workout area and no water fountain either. If possible, go to another location.

Expérience négative: There were no staff around to help me with some membership questions. I stayed outside for 45 minutes and kept pressing the door knob botton but no one was around. Ended up walking away to go workout in my condos gym. Waste of time.

Can't even enter to talk to staff about a membership or to even see the facility.. that locked door is in other locations and it feels so strict like a prison. From the outside, it looks too small but I can't see everything. I'm gonna pass. Planet Fitness is bigger and more inviting with open doors.

Expérience négative: Thefts happen in this gym. Go at your own risk. These guys allowed a homeless man come in, and raid multiple lockers, stealing almost $1000 worth of items, and watched him leave without doing anything, despite it being brought to the attention of the gym employees by several people. This man didn’t even use any gym equipment, he just raided lockers. Instead of stopping him from leaving with a HUGE bag filled with the stolen items, they asked us to file a police report. SHAME ON THIS GYM AND ITS OWNER.

Expérience positive: Acceptable but not ideal for weight training purposes. The free weight area is extremely tight with little room to maneuver between benches and equipment. There's also a very limited number of desirable equipment in general - 1 flat barbell bench, 2 barbells in total, 3 smith machines, 1 leg press, 1 cable crossover, 4 adjustable benches by the dumbbells. Working out is really challenging during busier hours as it is difficult to find any personal space to work out and even more difficult to get any equipment. There seems to be a good number of cardio training machines though.

I went to the club staff for a request and they carelessly tell me that you have to register again and they have not handled it properly. Register again. I have done it and they charged me 38.55 cents for 1 month. I bought the membership of 12 dollars for 2 weeks. Why do you steal so easily?
Expérience négative: Read My Review Carefully It Will Give You A Clear Insight Before You Spend A Penny, I am a traveller , I walk into the mall this tuesday afternoon and see fitness4less, i ask the girl behind the gate can i see the facility, she opens the access door i go inside, then she asked me to fill waiver and doesn’t tell me where is what so i asked her should i see the gym myself she said yes, so pretty much i gave my own self a tour of the place which i had never seen before , then i was thinking of getting a membership which is automated on a screen at the front , but i was hesitant and thank Godd For That, i decided to buy a guest pass for 22$ i go and use the shower which is operated by only one button which you have no control over, the water was so hot it burned my the front of my forehead which i pulled back quickly, after leaving the shower i went to the front desk to inform them of the intense hot water which cant be control, i asked them is it controllable they said no , its set at boiler room , i told the girl at the front desk it literally burned me, her exact response “ it is what it is “ as she was saying this a guy from the back office comes to the front desk , and tells me the guys that set the water temperature said it was amazing, i asked “ have you tested the water “? the gentlemen has nothing to say except its been a while since someone has complained , then i tell him you should inform the people in charge of the situation, he gives me the dirtiest look like i committed a crime by informing him. i hope the management sees this so they can actually teach them what to do properly, and what is the meaning of customer service before they take peoples money and put it in their pockets, i tried L.A fitness also , this establishment is not even close to the dust of L.A Fitness or their standards and customer service , if you want to go to a place that just takes money and provides limited facilities with a staff that fails in customer service terribly than this is the place, but goodlife fitness and L.A cannot not even be compared to this even partially because of how proper and good they are managed and operated, i payed 22$ but i am glad cause this 22 can save alot of peoples money from going down the shoot inside this place.

Expérience négative: Literally a worthless gym. There's about 48 cardio machines (barely a fraction ever in use at the same time), and only 3 benches... THREE BENCHES.... You can do cardio outside anywhere, yet when it comes to weight lifting there's only 1 machine of each type. The whole point of going to a gym is not present at this gym. No availability for anything that you go to the gym for. Save your money and go elsewhere that offers any actual value. EDIT: Just went to the gym to try and workout. There was a literal over crowding of people. There were around literally SIXTY people crowding the weight area. The fact that they even let 60 people into this tiny gym at once when there's no possible way to even accommodate a fraction of them is mind boggling. Degrading my rating down to 1 star.

Expérience positive: Good overall. One bad thing, showers don't have temperature control and the temperature is different depending on locations. Hope you like warm or hot showers a hardwork or you can forget it. Face palm. I for one need a cold shower after a hard workout.

Expérience négative: Terrible service. The gym had a strict policy of only canceling memberships in person. I needed to cancel my membership during lockdown since I had moved however I was unable to since the location closed. When the gym reopened my account was immediately charged, I called them first explaining my situation and the lady over the phone said that it’s my fault because I didn’t cancel my membership before the gyms reopened even though she acknowledged that there was no way to cancel my membership since the gym was closed. I went to the location in person to cancel my membership in person and the staff member acknowledged my situation and said I should receive a refund in a few days but if I don’t then nothing can be done about it. I didn’t receive my refund in the end. The gym is inexpensive so it is only a small amount however, if this is commonplace at fit4less locations that is an issue.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been going to this gym for 4 months now. I love it. It’s always clean and very convenient and got almost everything you need. I don’t understand people here complaining about service. You are going to mcdonalds and asking for michelin star restaurant service. Wake up! I think staffs and manager are doing great keeping the place tidy and keeping idiots out! Thanks!

Expérience négative: The manager at Centerpoint mall Fit4Less name Steve needs to get FIRED TODAY!!! SO disrespectful raising his voice at my underage sisters, they were scared and shaking!!! He Threatened to cancel my membership and telling us to leave just because one of us forgot our membership card we told him to give us a pass for just today because you can look up in the system the account he was extremely disrespectful and out of hand. In all the Other Fit4Less I always feel comfortable and ready to go. I came here two times and the two times I had no problem.
Expérience fantastique: Showers are only available during staff hours. Overall clean gym, staff is cooperative and people r nice. Can get crowded in busy hours. Huge parking and u can do shopping in the mall too, so it saves a trip.

Expérience positive: Typical gym, friendly and active staff keeping the area tidy and sanitary. Members are courteous of others as well as we're all just trying to get our workouts in respectfully. Typically not too busy but doesn't have all the equipment that other locations do.
Expérience négative: I bought a one year membership and used it 4 or 5 times then after corona time I requested for cancellation the lady told me i can freeze it only And I freeze it and requested to keep it freeze. Because my job is sensitive and i was not intrested to visit during corona time. After it i came to use it and they told me i have only one week left. And i had option to cancel!?? I requested to extend it at least two month i never used it and the manager refused it. If you extended it i will renew it but now i never come back and you have my negative support. Thanks for poor customer service.

I couldn't find any customer service number or email from you guys on the website, and every thing just redirect me to contact the gym. Is it a trick to steal customer's money or what???

Expérience fantastique: Been attending this location since July 2021 best Location in the city very clean, strict mask policy they follow all Covid guidelines, Employees always greet you and walk around to make everyone is following Covid Guidelines. Manager Steve is great help at the Gym answers every question people ask
Expérience négative: I've been through every crack and crevice of this gym and I can whole heartedly say it's one of the worst experiences I've had, the gym has very poor air circulation which means the smell of sweat lingers and builds up throughout the day, the washrooms are very dirty and unsanitary, dirty, dusty, grimy, just all around gross. This location is a minority as other places I've been too have very sanitary and well circulated gym space. Gym management in this location refuses to do much about it and this is a very big problem. I informed them about this issue and I'm sure many others have as I've seen in this review section that many have had similar problems, I wish gym staff would take initiative or management would do something about it.
Expérience négative: Another no show at this location this morning . Gyms reopen and once again there seems to be an issue with wknd opening of facility . Was here at 7:50 for the 8:o’clock opening but had to leave at 8:35 . No one showed up to open. 8 members left because of this . Manager Steve needs some customer service training also. Brutal how he is with gym members that show displeasure with late opening . I’ve been going to gyms for many years . This gym was fine when I joined years ago when Jimmy then Pam managed . They are missed big time . There is a false or fake review posted regarding high rating that I just saw posted recently. Definitely not legit .
Expérience négative: I have been trying to get this company out of my bank account for about a year. I have called head office, I have called this location! I have wrote emails and spoken to managers. Still they keep going into my account. Now I have to file a complaint and demand! Reimbursement for all the fees and the stop payment order I had to pay for. I am not pleased but mark my words I will be getting every penny back or I'm taking legal action because they failed to cancel my membership.
Expérience négative: No longer a 24/7 gym. Have to spend 5 minutes at the door everytime to our come in to check ID,vaccination passport and fill a survey about health.Very annoying. Usually busy. Not a large amount of equipment therefore attracting traffic.
Expérience négative: I've given up going here. Tons of people not following the masking rules. Employees looks at people wondering around with no mask and just walks away, like come on.
Expérience négative: I cancel the membership last year August, 2020 and I even got the cancelation letter twice. However they withdraw money from my bank account still Today is November 2, 2021. After 1 year, If you register, and when you want to cancel, you have to wait at least 1 year and even you are not sure whether or not you can get cancelation before you think about the refund.
Expérience positive: Affordable and nice staff, Please maintain your equipment and also add few whole gym had only one bench press and leg press i hate waiting while working out loss my motivation...

Expérience fantastique: I have been coming to this gym from last 7 years and I love the staff here, they are very helpful and always make sure that all members are getting enough space to work out, equipments are cleaned on time to time basis after every session and they have been taking precautionary measures in each and every possible way in these covid times.

Expérience fantastique: Centre Point Mall Fit4Less has a great facility. The staff are polite, the environment is maintained sanitized and cleaned on a regular basis, staff and manager do a great job communicating and attending to my needs and concerns around the gym. The atmosphere is lively and the crowd has a great vibe as well!
Expérience positive: Very clean. Not crowded in the am. Strict mask and vaccination policy. Small free weights area. However, some people like to exercise their thumbs (on their cell phones) while SITTING on an exercise machine. The strict mask policy is not policed very well. Staff tend to sit in the office instead of walking about the gym to see if people are wearing masks when walking between machines. I have on 3 occasions had to remind members to wear masks while wandering around the gym. Generally, this is the best fit4less of the 20+ visited in 3 years.
Expérience positive: Most changing stalls are on the smaller side, but overall I like the location and layout of the gym. Even with the covid restrictions a Sunday morning visit was without delay.

Expérience négative: I called multiple times to cancel my membership however they won't pick up the phone. They put you on hold and ends the call. No "hello" or nothing. It's been a year trying to get a hold of you and still taking money from my bank.
Expérience négative: - Weight section is small and getting a machine is difficult. I have tried different time slots and anytime you go, the weight area is full. Now, there are no time slots but still the same thing. - Single machine for most of the exercises in the weight area. 1 bench, 1 squat. Everything is about 1 or max 2 for the things that are least used. - Getting a machine takes about 20-30 minutes if one person is using. - Good amount of treadmill and cardio machines - Overall, if you are looking for a gym with weights, machines - not recommended. - Would be good if they can add more machines to the weight section as most of the people coming to the gym use that area.
Expérience négative: Despite implementing a booking system to limit capacity, there are still way too many people and most machines are occupied. It is impossible to access the free weights and benches because of the crowds of people in that area. Members are also seen roaming around without a mask. Poor public health practices.
Expérience négative: Trying to cancel has become a very annoying part of life. I was trying to cancel my account for over a year and a half during the pandemic and I kept being charged. Their membership services seems almost like a total mess from the top. I'm still being charged despite many communication back and forth with no hope of refunds because it's part of their policy to do so for another month after they FINALLY do so. Fit4less, your company is making your previous customer relationships go down in flames during a time when you should be on the ball with these charges and cancellation requests so that people will Come Back after the pandemic has calmed down. I will always speak critically of your handling of your members to anyone that asks me. To anyone thinking of joining I suggest you invest in a home gym. This kind of business subscription trapping then souring of the relationship at the end is such a toxic and uncaring cycle.

Also calling the gym is a waste of time because nobody is ever there to answer! Absolutely ridiculous, I honestly don’t remember that being pointed out when I signed up and I honestly don’t plan on giving anymore money to them so good luck .
Expérience fantastique: Pretty small gym with a lot of benches and machines locked down bc of you know what. Cant do certain exercises here. Staff is really good though.
Expérience fantastique: Steve runs a great gym. Plenty of room to get heavy weight training, stay shredded and lean. Amazing staff with Olivia, Lara and co. Highly recommend you sign up and get rid of the excess covid weight.
Expérience positive: Way smaller location compared to other Fit4less gyms. Fairly clean and well maintained gym. Not an ideal place to workout during Covid as it gets too crowded. Otherwise, ✌

Expérience négative: Unprofessional staff, everybody showed up on time for their workout before 7:00 am and no staff showed up to let us in, i am writing this at 7:30am and no staff showed up till now. Plus our slot got canceled and we all get no show strike on our account I am attaching photos as proof
Expérience négative: We’re all facing troubling times during covid and you would think such a big gym franchise like fit 4 less (part of GoodLife) would allow an easier process for cancelation or longer freeze for memberships until full capacity of gym access. However they charge when you cannot get a scheduled workout and now with the third provincial shutdown including gyms they still do not allow cancellations except in person which cannot happen since closed. We’re told to stay at home by the government unless it’s essential due to the rising covid numbers yet we cannot cancel online or via phone still after a year of closure. A gym should consider people’s well-being and try to accommodate their clients better especially since this is on going - make changes with the current situation most businesses had to why gyms?! .
Expérience fantastique: The best gym for the lowerst price. Always, clean and machines are nicely maintained. Manager and staffs are very kind. Totally recommend.
Expérience négative: Very convenient location. Clean and neat. However one staff member is very rude. Gabriela, acting very arragant (whitnessed it several times). 1. When one senior lady wanted to sign up, bit she did not want to explain and rudely turned her away. Then other GYM members explained the same thing in a polite manner. 2. Saw her being rude to another GYM member when he asked something from her. 3. Yesterday she was rude to me and my friend. We had some issue in the system, and booking. And instead of explaining the situation, she was just trying to get rid of us. I would recommend to send a shadow customer there with some issue to monitor her activity. Please explain her that loosing a customer for a business can also affect her. Overall is good and I like the GYM. Note: There was a short guy in a black T-shirt (forgot to ask his name) he is usually very friendly and trying to help to the customers. Gabriela seems to be in need of customer satisfaction training. Thank you!

Expérience fantastique: 31 people maximum at any time. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facility is very clean and sterilized thoroughly before and after 1 hour time slots. Dont be scared to go back. They are doing a great job. Be safe everybody. But always remember to wipe down your machines after every use just to be sure.
