Expérience négative: I have black card but whenever I go to counter for hydro bed, they will not be present. After waiting few minutes they come out of the office and they always keep the sign of "facility is UNSTAFFED" at any day any time. Very frustrating

Expérience négative: It used to be good but its gotten so worse that it becomes disgusting sometimes. No clean up happens and insee only only one guy putting his hardwork to clenup. Cammot blame him, seems like company has cut costs because no staff stays in front and its a hasstle to even bogher staff for massage chairs. The environment is so worse that it cannot be maintained anymore. Being a member i hate going there now

Upgraded to black card recently and they did let me know to wait for 5 days to get the card active meanwhile I still can use the gym during staffing hours starts from 7am which was absolutely fine for me. I was there today at 7am waiting 40 mins but no one came and had to leave. It seems like they really don't value your time.

Expérience négative: I do not usually attend this location and i found it to be dirty equipment all over the floor and dirty paper towels all over the place and did not look like it had been vacuumed or cleaned

Expérience négative: No one was there during staff hours (Tuesday September 10th, 2024) I came with my mom at 8:30pm to get a membership. We purchased the black card and tried to issue the card but there was a problem with the machine and we couldn’t get the card. We noticed that staff hours were from 7am-10pm so we tried to see if the front desk can help us but of course there was no one there. I noticed the little doorbell to ring for someone and after pressing it 10+ times and waiting for what was almost an hour no one came. While we were waiting I was also noticing multiple people using their cards to let two or more people go in for free. My mother and I are highly disappointed in this situation. Do not come here unless you want disappointment.

Expérience négative: This place is total Garbage, health inspectors should come to this location, Shame on the owners of this location. I posted a review months ago hoping for change, but nothing has improved. The gym is still a mess. Weights are scattered everywhere, the bathrooms are filthy, and it’s clear that no one cares about cleanliness or organization. The owner seems completely unresponsive, just cutting and pasting the same generic response to every complaint. It’s a shame because the location has potential, but the care for the facility is absolutely terrible. Please do better. This place is disgusting.

Expérience négative: I have been to many budget friendly gyms, but this has been by far the worst. Specifically looking at the black card room the equipment is never put away, and the floors never look as if they’ve been cleaned. There is consistently dirt and hair on the floors. If you are coming here for the cardio machines, they are fine, just no fans on them and very little air flow in the building. Additionally majority of the people who attend this gym do not wipe down their equipment once they are done. So if you go here, make sure to wipe benches & other equipment before you use them. All in all, what I am most upset about the the cleanliness of the facility and the disrespect people have for it. Please see pictures attached, they have been taken across multiple days

Expérience négative: I've been going to this gym since Jan 2023 and the men's washroom has been consistently dirty. There is a putrid sewage smell when entering, soap dispensers are often empty, toilets are not maintained and mold in some areas. This of course is not entirely on the staff as guys are often vaping, washing their full body in the sinks and shaving. Something needs to be done about that washroom...

Expérience positive: Facility is big and has a nice variety of machine. However if you go on a weekday anytime after 4, it's packed. People running in groups of 3-4 ur gonna have to wait for any of the major machines or equipment . Dumbells are hard to find in their right spots and the black card room is so tiny it should be a crime to charge extra for it. Other then that gym is absolutely incredible for the price

Expérience négative: I visited this location every day but the Washrooms condition are very very unhygienic as you can see in the pictures. It's been 3-4 days the Washroom haven't fix yet even though no cleanness inside the gym. I want management to look in this matter so i can continue to workout here otherwise i have to look other gym.

Expérience négative: I have been a member of Crunch Brampton for few years. Wanted to join this gym. Reception girl was pretty decent and respectful. I almost joined. But after reading comments here and same cut and paste reply from a bot manager, decided not to. You can't expect your business to improve of you don't give rat's behind of your clients feedback. Crunch is not exactly a premium gym but there is always staff at reception ang cleaner and machines are in working order.

Expérience négative: I’m only giving two stars because it’s convenient for a quick workout and the interaction I’ve had with a couple of the staff were great. Now for the gym environment itself? Trash. People need to do better at cleaning up after themselves. Don’t put your faith in anyone cleaning the machines after they use it. I always clean before and after each use (when I can find a spray bottle that’s full or paper towel). You’re sure to find GROUPS of guys hanging out in the weight section taking up space to socialize and do I even need to mention the smell? I understand it’s a gym, and let’s be honest… most of these people don’t wear deodorant on a regular basis BUT COME ON! It’s so disgusting I’ve actually felt nauseous and have had to hold my breath walking around. I haven’t been to this gym since December 2023 because of how disgusting and inconsiderate the gym goers are.

Expérience négative: Nonsense from the start. I went there to just do a drop in to work out and they wont let you in. The front desk wouldn't come to me or talk to me at all. So i left and called from my phone outside of the gym in hopes to speak to someone but it goes right to a busy signal. Nonsense. You can only do drop in programs only on Thursdays, which is just useless. The etiquette at the gym is garbage. Which is why it's probably so cheap. I would not even consider joining just because of this experience alone. L

Expérience fantastique: Great, gym with all the necessary equipment. Amazing staff, especially Cassidy Dass, she made the process of getting my gym membership so easy and highlighted the amazing benefits of the black card.

Expérience négative: People always do double entry with one card and as a result most equipment are always busy because a lot of people who do not have membership also enter the gym and occupy the property. I have seen 5 people entering the gym with 1 membership card. Staff hours are till 10:00 pm however the majority of the time they are out by 9 pm and even though I have black card, I can't use a massage chair or the Hydro massage so it's a total waste of getting an upgrade. A lot of people who don't have membership have some code somehow that they use for hydro massage and as a black card member I am just looking at them using the facility without paying for it. I couldn't find any way to contact the management to provide this feedback however I would definitely like to talk to them if they are interested in working on improving this gym.

Expérience fantastique: This is not the first gym I've attended but I must say, I am impressed especially with the staff being so helpful. I purchased my pass online and at the front machine and was having major issues just scanning the QR code to spit out my gym card. (Please this needs to be fixed, I have heard from multiple people having this same issue and they've had to come back the next day just to have staff to do it!) One of your staff members named Johnathan came and helped me out and got me my pass. He was super friendly and was encouraging me to try some new exercises in my gym routine based on my goals and honestly, I'm surprised he isn't a personal trainer yet because he definitely looks like one . One thing I do notice about this gym however is the lack of hygiene and respect from some of the members to clean up after themselves and put the weights away where found. During my workout I did see the same worker. who helped me get my pass, cleaning up garbage and re-rack weights and as soon as he cleaned up the free weight area, a bunch of guys just drop their dumbbells all around the bench and didn't even think twice to even put them back where they belong AND not to mention they spilt their water all over the floor as well. Come on guys... do you have no shame for being this disgusting? Also, not to mention the men's washroom absolutely reeks at times. I wouldn't be surprised if the poor guy has to go around the gym 10 times a night just to keep it looking clean simply because they can't clean up after themselves. Other than that, I've had a great experience with staff, all the machines and weights are there without any long wait times, and I've gotten to learn a few new things (not talking about peoples lack of hygiene ) . Excited to reach my fitness goals at this gym!

Expérience négative: This is the premium workout area, for which you need to have black card membership. Hairs, dirt used papers, used water bottles everywhere. And this area is in this condition from last 1 week.

Expérience négative: I've been going to this location for over 2 years and and for the most part it's been REALLY dirty have brought it up many times to the staff and they just still in the back room yapping and not working some major sweeping need to be happening and the washroom always need topping up paper and soup. It's so gross the floor. Someone needs to address this.

Expérience fantastique: Satisfied with the variety of machines and the special black card areas. For what you pay for I can't give it a low rating. I wish there were more enforcement in Black Card Areas. Also enforcement would be appreciated for wet shoes and clients trailing snow and salt through the facility to the back locker area.

The customer service is a is zero starts you cannot find the staff when you go they stay in the room and for the (black card) members you cannot use the massaging chairs unless a staff member is there which makes it pointless to get a black card. Today again I notice one girl sitting inside and put out side on the table (no staff) you can check timing as well if you want SUNDAY 10-dec-2023 she was going at 5:40pm .and 3-4 house i see that no staff bord. I see this girl lots of time am waiting the main desk she take nearly 10-15 mints to come out. She was just chilling inside not doing anything. This is seriously disrespect for all the gym members. Please take care of these things.

Expérience négative: Weights were not stacked. Black area is just a room with basic machine. Why would someone buy black card membership if area is so small. It is not a staff issue but members who are coming to gym should take responsibility to stack weight and clean machines after using bench or machine. Management should make a bigger black card members area. And I am comparing it to fit4less in Halifax.

Expérience fantastique: Fit4Less has all the equipments I require for my training. I love the 'no judgement' mindset and I really enjoy working out there surrounded by gym goers who are doing their best to improve their fitness journey. Motivating, respectful and safe are the 3 words I'd use to describe Fit4Less.

Expérience négative: Good luck finding a host / attendant here during evening around 8 pm. Yesterday was the 5th time in last month or so when no staff is present at the gym so you cant use the massage chairs. Call them and no one answers... They have kept the phone at the desk on DND. I was waiting there for 15-20 min and finally gave up and left. When the attendants are actually there, they do a good job keeping this busy gym clean.

Expérience négative: Absolutely disgusting, there's not really a staff that cleans up. People don't clean up after themselves. They smell, the place smells. Machines are dirty and broken. Weights everywhere - good luck finding a pair. You have to walk around the gym to find weights because people can't be bothered to put their weights back. It's small and incredibly over crowded. The black card room it's the size of a bathroom. Two people max will fit in the room and one of the machines aren't working. So you can only do so much. Overall, incredibly frustrating, disappointed and disgusted. By both, fit4less and staff. They set up the standards and clearly they have none. Makes people not give an f about the place. DO not waste your money and time in this place. Go somewhere else for a little more dollars.

Expérience fantastique: I was on the brink of cancelling my membership and signing up with one of the larger commercial gyms due to the size and awkward feeling machines at most locations. I randomly came into this location today and was beyond impressed with the size, variety and quantity of equipment and most importantly the 'life fitness' brand machines that feel amazing and rival those at goodlife and LA fitness. Love this location!
