Fit4Less à Scarborough offre une expérience de gym abordable avec de nombreux aspects positifs que les membres apprécient. L'établissement est spacieux et équipé d'une variété de machines d'exercice qui sont généralement en bon état. La propreté est une priorité pour le personnel, et de nombreux utilisateurs notent que la salle de sport est bien entretenue. Expérience négative: Understaffed. Are the same staff doing cleaning, customer service work, and administrative things at the same time? That doesn't seem hygenic at all. Broken equipment. Crowded. Predatory tactics to get you to automatically opt in for extra fees. Can't bring a friend along- all gyms do it, even their closest competitors. The entrance has so many people sneaking in. No personal trainers. Basic equipment. 24hr gym with no 24hr staff doesn't seem safe to me. The machine to sign up for memberships is buggy. No info on cancellation process. Color scheme is ugly.

Expérience fantastique: Fit4Less on Milner Avenue is one of the best gyms I've been to. It’s big and has all the modern equipment you need. The staff is friendly and always helpful. One thing I really like is how clean everything is. If any equipment is broken, they fix it right away, which shows they care about keeping things in good shape. The washrooms and workout areas are very clean too. Mark manages everything and does a great job. He is there every day to make sure everything is running smoothly and to fix any problems. Overall, I highly recommend Fit4Less on Milner Avenue for anyone looking for a great gym.

Expérience fantastique: This is my go to club. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I always see them cleaning and keeping the facilities in good condition. Hands down one of the cleanest clubs I've been to. 4 minutes off the 401 with lots of parking. Club has a drinking fountain. It's a smaller gym but the layout is well organized. Decently sized black area. The only equipment missing for me would be the full decline bench. Thank you Mark and staff!

Expérience négative: Absolutely pathetic facility. Shower has been closed for nearly 2 weeks! I work in the construction industry. Fit 4Less is owned by Goodlife and should have adequate funding to get this resolved. I will be escalating this complaint to Corporate until this gets resolved

Expérience négative: Hyy, worst experience. I wanted to cancel my membership, I called at the location, they asked for my number and I gave it. It was correct. But they said it isn't. still they asked for me to come at the location. I was getting late for work but still frustrated me got there and saw my account was pulled up on the screen and the guy Mark there made excuses that it was not like that and all. Do u @fitforlesscad only treat ur customers well whenever they pay you?? Mark(manager) rude guy, wastes my time.

Expérience négative: According to Fit 4 Less' stated conditions, outside shoes are not permitted in the gym area. We complied with this policy by storing our gym shoes in the locker provided. Regrettably, due to health issues, we were unable to visit the gym for two days. When we finally returned, we discovered that our personal belongings had been removed from the locker, despite being secured with a lock. Despite seeking assistance from the staff and thoroughly checking the designated area for misplaced belongings, we were unable to locate our shoes. It is essential to note that we use branded shoes for our safety and comfort during our workouts. We find it wholly unacceptable that our items were removed without any prior notice. Even if removal is deemed necessary, Fit 4 Less must place or rearrange the removed items to ensure they are kept safe for at least 30 days. Fit 4 Less is a reputable brand, correct? This incident has caused us significant inconvenience, and we expect swift action to address it. We demand a clear explanation for the mishandling of our personal belongings and seek compensation for the cost of the missing footwear. Additionally, we urge Fit 4 Less to thoroughly review its procedures regarding the removal and storage of members' belongings to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Expérience fantastique: I’m a member since 8 years at the Milner location and the gym maintenance is at its best now. On par or even better than most of the premier gyms. It’s bright, clean and all the equipment are in good working condition. Th new Massage chairs are fantastic. The new free Wi-Fi is welcome. The staff are much more friendly now. All in all a great experience every time I go for my work out. Keep it up guys.

Expérience positive: Great place only downside is the showers. They are at this ridiculous temperature of burn your skin off boiling. Hot tubs are not as hot as this water. There’s no ventilation so after your sweat in your workout, you wash yourself off only to instantly start sweating from the heat that’s created in the shower room, leaving even more sweaty
Expérience fantastique: Recently had an incident at this location but the manager Mark took measures promptly and made sure I was okay. He was great at communicating and made me feel comfortable so that I can keep coming to the gym.

Expérience négative: BEWARE: Extremely unprofessional customer service via Mark (GM of the site). I thought my membership expired but for over 4 years, they continued to charge me until I noticed. I asked for some refund and to cancel my account and they have yet to cancel my account, continued to charge me and also added a missed payment fee. I refered to a lawyer for some advice and was told that I should have receieved notice of renewals over the years. I could not find any in my e-mail. So I told Mark, the GM and was told to contact the legal department and when asked to be provided with their information, he stopped responding. Still have not cancelled my account or provided me with a way to contact their head office / legal teams. Check their BBB profile, extremely terrible rating for a reason.

Expérience fantastique: I would like to recognize Dante and Mark from the Milner location. Both Dante and Mark have provided excellent customer service experience. I have a disability and both guys stepped up to help me register to join. Not only that each and every time they see me they come over and ask if everything is okay. They don't only do this with me I see them interacting with other guests to ensure their comfort. The gym is always clean and I see both of them constantly cleaning and making the place look nice. Expérience fantastique: Plenty of parking in the plaza kind of a small location but there's enough machines it's located right near the highway which is pretty convenience they have the standard everything like showers massage chairs it's also open 24 hours

Expérience fantastique: I went to this gym last summer and again just last week. And the changes in this gym are remarkable. It’s much cleaner, and the staff is actually on the floor cleaning and putting equipment away. Big changes in this gym and it’s obvious new management is the reason for this! Love that they are taking this location more seriously. I will come back more often.

Example 2 nd time in 2 weeks Ritson Rd No one manning front desk as of 3:15 4 people looking to have tans or massages. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else and pay a little more
Expérience négative: I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now out of convenience. I have to say this is by far the most embarrassing gym maintenance I’ve seen. ALL these machines are not working and yet they’ve managed to provide a black section for people with a premium card. There are also some things that are not in the pictures. The machines that DO work are not functional and loose and make noise, ie the pull down machines and treadmill. You get what you pay for so if you’re signing up thinking everything is accessible but it’s not. Might I add that some of the machines are UNSAFE due to the lack of maintenance. There is a huge crack on some of the in the treadmill tracks that are likely to rip sooner or later. The benches are wobbly and will topple over if there’s heavy weights involved. The carabiner clips don’t even close, it’s a matter of time someone will get hit in the face with the weights.

Expérience positive: This gym offers excellent value for the price! It features a water fountain, a rare find at fit4less, and provides barbell neckrests, unlike the Markham location. My only criticism would be that this gym has a more noticeable odor compared to other locations I’ve visited.

Expérience fantastique: Good gym, but please don't put loud music after working hours and leave. We can't turn it off. Even headphones don't help. I work out after 11pm so there is no one to ask. 2 stars->5stars after you fix it. Thanks.

Expérience négative: Compared to other fit4less it is less maintained. Toilet was still in poor condition on Monday morning at 10am. No access to cage workout since a few days now. Some machines is out of service since last week and repairs not done yet.

Expérience négative: For starters equipment is always broken. I like to shower after my workout at the gym to save me travel time because I’m nursing student, they say showers are turned on at 7. I went to shower, no water. Employee came in at 7:50am and I told her the showers weren’t on but at that point I had to get to class so I couldn’t shower. Not to mention showers are gross and you can tell they don’t clean them. I’m planning on cancelling membership.

Expérience négative: All the treadmills are kinda messed up, some of them more in the wrong direction randomly, some change the speed on their own, and some have not been working since covid times. I wish they would remove the express section and add more benches swat racks and cables since it's the busiest area and no one uses the express thing. Some lockers have no lock but have the same stuff inside it for months they need a lost and found system. The gym is the best priced and they have all the weights. They recently added a water fountain which is a great improvement. Review would be 5 stars if locker and treadmill issue was fixed

Expérience négative: The mirrors are all dirty. The staff just stays in the office on their phones. No one wipes off their equipment when finished. No one returns their weights to the rack. EIGHT! 45 Lbs plates left on the leg press the man just left them. Then went to the squat rack put weights on there did his thing left all of it. A next guy walking around no shirt working out. It's chaotic!

Expérience positive: Went for the first time today. Only 3 arc machines and they don't work as well as the ones at morningside. Told manager and he tried but he says he couldn't feel the stride that I mentioned. They need to service the arc trainers!

Expérience négative: I think this location needs to really hire better employees especially at this location. One caucasian male in particular, thinks this is freaking airport security, its a gym. I went in for a workout then forgot something in the car and had to come back in again and he was like let me see your ID and proceeds to tell me i can't work out. And reading the below comments from this location this seems to be the case with the same guy. Really seems like he needs to learn better customer service skills.

Expérience négative: What a third class gym. This place doesn't have a water refill station. I mean, how we can hydrate ourselves once we finish our water bottle?? We can't buy water bottles all the time. At least you should know that water is indispensable in the gym. I wish I could know that before joining this worst gym. I suggest future members... please don't consider this gym for your workout. It's a total waste of money and time.

I am told it's a goodlife fitness policy, and since I signed up for it, it was my mistake..quite the good life for sure..

Expérience négative: I am very disappointed with the service I received Feb 2nd around 5:00/6:00pm . I arrived at the gym with my family and my sister and I came in but for some reason my brothers card got stuck , so I went to the front desk staff ( Caucasian guy) and he spoke to my brother from the door which was very odd to me because usually if there is a problem they let you in and check it out . I had to say hey he is with us can u please let him in and check , he proceeded to tell me oh he needs to pay his membership, so I was like okay let him in so we can settle it . He was being very difficult and was asking for his ID which we didn’t have coming into the gym no one brings their personals , he basically refused us to update the membership. How could you refuse someone to pay for their fees that is soooo unprofessional. We left and went to morningside right away and got the problem handled totally different experience there . Honestly I will never come back to this location I believe management needs to do something about this guy.

Expérience positive: Being a cheaper gym than some of the others, you're going to get every idiot under the sun who has no concept of gym ettiquite, acceptable manner of handling the equipment, and fresh newbs crowding who will end up giving up a month later after getting bored or realizing how much work it actually takes to look good. That being said, the staff keeps the place clean, and there's enough equipment to properly body build; though you'll end up often waiting to use what you need. It's a good place for those who make it close to home, know what they are doing, and don't require a luxury gym experience.
Expérience négative: Fit for less is becoming less service lately. Most of time no cleaning. Now they have shortage of paper which we suppose to clean equipments before and after use. It is very unhygienic. They are increasing price every year but services is decreasing year over year. It is time think about other options. Club location: Milner at Scarborough.
Expérience négative: Just switched gym location recently and I’ve noticed a lot of broken machines in this location, also don’t forget to bring your own water as they don’t have a water fountain in this location
Expérience négative: The gym is decent and the price is right. The problems I see are with some of the members. A lot of times free weights are not re-racked, plates are left on bars so if you want to use something, bench press for example, you have to remove plates that were left from the last person to use it. The powder that some use is usually left on the bars and a lot of times is a mess on the floor, I really don’t like getting my closes covered in powder and toss water bottles and paper towels in the trash cans, there are enough of them around the gym. It’s just a courtesy to other members
Expérience positive: Decent gym, could be better. Expect the gym to be ram packed & relatively stinky during peak times. The one part about this gym which really sucks is the fact that they do not have a water fountain! How on earth can you have a gym with no water fountain, doesn’t make sense to me. Nonetheless, they have all the appropriate equipment to have a good workout.

Expérience négative: One of the worst gyms in the city. Everytime I go another machine is broken and never seem to get fixed. It's tiny and doesn't even have a drinking fountain or working clock. The staff is here but you'll never see them, they always hide in the back room.
Expérience positive: Nice gym, with many parking spots in the front. Location is clean and well kept. I just wish all of the benches at the free weights lifting are all the same model, which is the large bench with adjustable back. Also fix the broken adjustable bench there. The one on far right when looking at the mirror.

Expérience fantastique: Overall a great gym. The people here are very very nice and the environment is welcoming. Everybody is respectful and there are plenty of equipment to use. Only one squat rack though, so if you go during peak gym hours (5-8 PM) you'll find yourself having to wait quite a bit. My only real criticism is water fountains. Yes the gym is cheap, but planet fitness is more or less the same monthly price and they have plenty of water fountains. You don't have to break the bank for that. Personally I don't like to drink too much between sets and only drink afterwards, and I also don't like using public fountains, but if you're someone who is used to gyms having that be ready to combat that issue. There's 2 flat bench stations and 1 incline bench station. There's a barbell for deadlifts and whatever exercise you want next to the smith machine. There's a plethora of dumbbells and plenty of machines to use, so overall this gym is great. Machines are usually fixed quickly if they are ever broken which is not too common in my case at least. For the price point, this gym is fantastic. Would recommend 100% over the overpriced Pan am.

Expérience négative: The gym is decent, you can definitely get your workout in for sure. This gym is always dirty though. There’s always garbage in the dressing room and the lockers. I saw someone’s old drink in the same locker for two weeks lol. The gym preaches cleanliness but the paper towels are always empty. The staff are nice, but I see them chilling in the front or spending more time getting their workout in rather than actually cleaning. This place used to be better with the previous staff, who would go around to clean, sweep, or put weights away (for the record, people need to stop leaving their weights all over the place). Unfortunately it’s gotten much worse over the years but hoping that changes.

Unfortunately most of the time you spend walking around to the different cleaning stations looking for paper towel. The bathrooms almost all the time are not cleaned. Expérience fantastique: This is a clean space with most of the staff helpful and curious. Personal I find it to be lonely working out as the people that work out here is not very friendly.

Expérience fantastique: The gym is great and you can find pretty much every machine and dumbbells upto 75lbs. I usually go early morning and it's not as busy as Markham and Lawrence location. They got showers here too but you can't use them due to covid. Overall, it's a pretty good gym.
Expérience négative: Way too crowded and the hours are too sporadic. Not worth the cost when you ca only book an hour at a time and when it's not 24/7
Expérience positive: Pretty crowded during afternoons but they've got all the equipment you'll ever need for 11.99 bi-weekly. You can book a work out as early as 6:30am and as late as 9pm So it's probably the best gym membership in Ontario. Only rating 4 stars because it's overcrowded with beginners and some what experienced members.
Expérience positive: Best equipments however I do miss the 24 hour service for which I joined this club, now its on slot system which I definitely don’t like.
Expérience négative: Never explained their system in the gym. If they told us earlier that you can only workout for 1 hr and 15 mins and rebook again if you want to extend, I wouldn't have registered here! Same day I canceled the membership, until now no email about the cancellation or the refund. Fix the problem then everything will be good.
Expérience négative: Planet fitness in malvern is the same price and a million times better than this place. I checked out both and would never set foot at this fit4less again. It feels so cheap, you can get so much better for the same price.

Expérience positive: Busy place but cheap so nothing to complain
Expérience positive: Somewhat crowded but this Gum has no studio room, no yoga mats and definitely less equipment such as no shoulder press rack
Expérience positive: Good place for a work out but do not have high expectations for additional services
Expérience fantastique: All covid precautions in place and club was clean and staff were friendly

Expérience fantastique: Has all the necessary equipment for a good workout, including squat rack, bench press, multiple benches, pulleys. They have also recently added cycling and showers to the location.
