Hi Steve, thank you for your feedback. We are a small gym, but I wouldn't say we're very small. We have two cycling machines and two rowing machines in our cardio area, so I'm not sure if you were able to use them when you visited our location. During the hours where there are group classes, you can ask one of our staff members to grab the spin bike and/or the assault bike for you if you are looking to use them. Most of the time, the spin bike is moved to the gym floor to accommodate the group classes. To make it easier for our members now, we've recently removed our dividers between our cardio machines, so we have more space, which meant we've moved our Spin Bike out onto the gym floor beside our two Cycling Machines. We kept our Assault Bike in the studio as most of our members like to use it in there. I would ask you to give us a try again to see if you are able to use the rowing machine / cycling machines that I mentioned above and I hope we can provide you a 10/10 gym experience that you are looking for. If you have any equipment / accessory suggestions, you may speak with one of our staff members and we try our best to accommodate them when we have the budget to upgrade our facility. Hi Harry, Thank you for your feedback. I wouldn't say our location is not for body building necessarily. I'd say it's more about making sure all our members can get a comfortable workout within a reasonable time frame. It's also beginning of the year and we are busier than usual, so we have to make sure that members don't occupy too much equipment at the same time. I'm sorry you couldn't get the workout you were hoping for but we have to cater our services to the majority of the members. I hope you understand where we are coming from. Thank you,

I understand that during peak hours, our racks and benches may be occupied, but I assure you it's usually not busy in our free weights area and wait time is usually between 5-10 minutes. Our members are also very approachable and you can definitely work in with them. We are working on adding more equipment and accessories for our gym. If you have any suggestions, please email us at [email protected] or speak with one of our staff during office hours and we can put it on our equipment request list. As for our ventilation, it is automatically set by our HVAC system. I'm not sure if you were able to speak with our staff during your workout, but we can manually adjust it for our members needs.
