Expérience fantastique: I was just at a birthday party with my 9 year old son at the Milton location. The facilities were pretty excellent, but I am no expert. The staff that ran the birthday festivities were phenomenal. I didn’t get the names of the two young gentlemen I am speaking of but they made the party. They were so positive and enthusiastic throughout it was impossible for the kids not to have fun. They made safety a priority but not in a boring way. They were beyond attentive and encouraging to all experience levels. These guys are amazing at their jobs and made the day memorable.

Expérience fantastique: Kyle and his team are very friendly, polite and Easy going great environment the courses and lessons for climbing are amazing. Kyle showed me as much as I needed to know to transfer to the crag. I learned everything you need to know for climbing here at the gym indoors.

Expérience fantastique: We went to Aspire Milton just this Sunday with the nephews and we really had an awesome and fun experience! The staff that accommodated us was really nice and patient to our nephews and I would recommend this as a nice family weekend thing to do or even a hobby for adults!

Expérience fantastique: We took our nephews here. Initially, I thought it was just going to be an average day with average fun. I was wrong. Kyle and his team were fantastic and educated our family on everything from A to Z, and for all age groups, children and adults. Very friendly and welcoming. We went over safety as well as insights into rock climbing and the rock climbing domain around the globe which we found fascinating. They gave us not only attention but helped answer all of our questions, which allowed us to have the family time we needed as well. One of the best family outings and experiences we've had in awhile and everyone loved it. And we hope to be back again soon!

Expérience fantastique: Super great prices with super kind and helpful staff. At first the walls were a bit scary and difficult but I was able to finish them all. The place is super clean, super well built, and a really well founded establishment! You need to come here!!

Expérience fantastique: The bouldering area is a bit smaller and cramped compared to other gyms, but it fosters a great community that works together on the bouldering problems. The setting is a bit on the harder side compared to other gyms though

Expérience négative: This is a very fun place for kids to play. I got my kids a membership and they really enjoyed it. A few things to keep in mind however is that when there’s a competition, which they host at least once a moth if not more, the Ninja section will be limited to competitors. It happened many times where I would take my kids, and they would not be allowed to play because the Ninja section would be closed for members. Also, although a lot of the staff members are friendly, there are a couple that are not. I had a couple of incidents where I didn’t appreciate how the staff addressed my kids. The last incident I had was the one that bothered me the most. I had to talk to the manager because of how poorly my kids were treated, and how unprofessional that staff member was. He talked to my kids in a very mean way and continued to reply to them in an unprofessional manner.

Expérience fantastique: Highly recommend. Every time I call, I am greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff member. Marwa thats for you! It's a family thing for us, my husband goes with our son and son-in-law. They get to spend time together, connect, great exercise and they love it !!!

Shout out to Marwa (hope I'm spelling her name right) who empowered my son to set higher goals. He was so proud that he wanted her to see him get to the top! Such a great facility. They really have fostered a great community. The memberships are worth it if you plan to go at least a few times a month. Great work out! So glad Milton has this place!

Expérience positive: This gym is awesome, always has super hard and fun Boulder problems and routes. Only not 5/5 because the warm up / “gym” area is lacking. Love to visit this gym every time I can when in Milton.

Expérience fantastique: Great place for rock climbing. There are plenty of rock climbing options with varying levels of difficulty. Staff is super helpful and patient. Prices are reasonable for the rentals. There are ninja courses, but it is at a very high level of difficulty. The only area of improvement is to include a ninja course for beginners, especially kids. I will still rate it 5 stars.

Expérience fantastique: Fun place for kids, teens and adults. Professional staff. 1st class facility. They even have a small gym. The ninja course is quite popular with kids.

Expérience négative: This gym started out as a promising climbing facility at its opening around 2016. Unfortunately, the past few years after covid closures have seen the setting become largely limited to sporadic bouldering resets with the top rope, auto belays and lead rarely being reset. This leads to quick boredom if you plan to use the ropes or autobelay more than twice per year. Additionally, the bouldering has a few easy V0-1 climbs but then greatly increases in difficulty after that making the boulders far from inviting to newer climbers. This has likely scared off a wider base of climbers as the gym is often and unfortunately quite empty. This opinion is based on >10 years of climbing in many different gyms with varied setters. They do however have an excellent “ninja warrior” program for kids with coach Matt. A singular highlight of the facility. Hopefully this will continue if the climbing gym portion does not moving forward. I sincerely hope they can turn the climbing part of this gym around and build a sustainable broader community of climbers in the Milton area.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming...They encourage you no matter what your skill level is...

Expérience fantastique: Absolutely love this place. My son did a summer camp, and he still talks about it. The environment is great, people are friendly and seem great with the kids. Lots of areas to climb, along with a small ninja section, which is great. Wish it was closer, lol. He will definitely want to go back next summer. It's given him confidence, as he would've never climbed to the top of any climbing structures in a park, but now he goes straight to the top!

Expérience négative: Good if you’re just taking your kids, bad if you’re a dedicated rock climber. Setting was mediocre, lacklustre training and spray wall, bouldering padding was bordering on dangerously thin/warn, overpriced considering the other gyms around.

Expérience négative: Terrible gym if you're an actual climber. Probably good if you want to entertain your children for an afternoon. Mediocre problems in the bouldering area with borderline dangerous padding. Spray wall is tiny, and don't blow it at the top with a swing because you be off the pads. Gym feels like its 20-30 years old. I was shocked to find out it was established in 2015. There does not seem to be any reinvestment into the gym. And to add insult to injury, it was over $30 for day pass (their website price does not include taxes).

(Milton location) The team were absolutely fantastic, extremely accommodating to the kids as they ventured from the obstacle courses and climbing walls. Very clean space and all around fantastic! They made the visit very comfortable and included a great warmup, tough challenges and included some good team building activities. A huge thank you to Aspire!!!! Such an awesome facility!

Expérience fantastique: What a great place for team-building! We brought our staff for a fun afternoon. Kyle and Riley were complete champs! They lead us through a fun warm-up, skill practice and guided us the entire way on the climbing walls and ninja course. With varying skill & confidence levels in our group, they were patient, supportive and so encouraging. The laughs never stopped!!! We will definitely be back.

Expérience fantastique: Pretty good spot if you're into Rock climbing or want to try it out. My 7 y.o went with his soccer team, and they had a blast. A few of them reached all the way up. Some turned around after realizing how high they were! Plan to take both the kids next time. They have walls that would challenge a lot of adults as well.

Matt has been incredibly patient and personable with each student. While their classes are on the high end for cost, the membership included makes it worth the premium! Thanks guys

Expérience positive: This gym is fine for an occasional boulder session when time is tight, but it's not a viable gym for serious training for climbing because the tiny training area doesn't have weights or benches, which are vital for injury prevention exercises. There's also no board climbing (e.g moonboard, kilter board, a good way to keep experienced climbers happy while using a limited amount of space) besides a spray wall that's way too small. Seems like they are more focused on kids programming and ninja warrior stuff. This is by far the closest gym to us in Milton but my partner and I have memberships at further gyms because the facility here doesn't really suit our needs.

Expérience fantastique: By far our favorite Canadian ninja gym. Matt the Bat and team are so dedicated to developing young athletes and progressing the sport of ninja warrior in Canada. Can't say enough good things about Aspire.

Expérience positive: Great gym, friendly staff, but it's too expensive. 30$ a climb without rentals makes me feel bad inviting my friends to climb here. Might just be the most expensive gym in ON. It's a good gym but it's not the best or anything markedly different so it's frustrating that I can't bring my friends here without feeling like they're getting a bit ripped off. Still like the gym but it's terrible to bring people too.

Expérience fantastique: AMAZING staff and community! My son was 2.5 year old when we first attended. It was during the lockdown and my thought was just to get my kid out of the house. Thanks to the amazing staff, I left that day with a membership and, later he was signed up for the Nemo’s program, which he still attends today. My expectation was that my kid would have fun and just maybe, develop some functional skills/strength. Well, Aspire exceeded our expectations. If you want your kid to know what it feels like to belong, be included and accepted as they are, then this is the place. I don’t know how they do it, but they foster one of the most inclusive and encouraging community. My kid is now 4 years old. In his program, he is sometimes present, sometimes off in his own world, but no matter where he is, his coaches are always ready to meet him where he’s at.

Expérience fantastique: Great staff and awesome courses. My daughter loves the Ninja course and being able to climb and play outside of the course when we have nothing to do. We also hosted a birthday party here which was awesome - all the kids at the party enjoyed it and parents had fun watching their kids climb and do Ninja courses. Matt is a great instructor.

Expérience fantastique: Aspire is an amazing facility, offering activities for individuals at all levels. The staff are friendly and approachable.

Expérience fantastique: Overall a great experience. The basic rundown of the gym includes a medium-sized bouldering wall with a larger auto belay/top rope/lead climbing area. The gym does not feature any weight training equipment but does include a large "ninja warriors" course. For bouldering, they have a color system which matches an appropriate v-scale. I personally found that the grading is harsher than other gyms as v2/v3 climbs felt more like v4s. Although alot of cave routes felt like v2s, the balance walls were definitely harder. Overall there was alot of variety in term of bouldering so no complaints, would recommend. I've also had the pleasure in trying out a ninja course for the first time and it was rather challenging. In 5'10 with a strong build but I feel that kids find them easier. This would be a great place for teen birthdays parties or families looking to entertain both adults and children. Unlike most rockclimbing gyms, the activities are extremely kid friendly and I would definitely recommend taking kids for just a day pass or actual lessons that they offer. The staff was extremely friendly in their explanation and orientation of the facility so no complaints there. To summarize, I would describe this place as a better sky zone that adults, teens, and children can enjoy. The gym is split between ninja courses and rock climbing sections so there is minimal interference between the two. Furthermore, I hear that there are plans to put in a weight training area which would attract more attention as well. Would highly recommend you check this place out with family or friends.

Expérience fantastique: Started my climbing life here over the summer of 2022, learned how to boulder, how to top-rope, and 50 new words to describe a fake rock. Easily some of the best memories made this year. Awesome routes + incredibly friendly staff = a great time climbing!

Expérience positive: It’s overall a good place. It’s smaller then I thought bouldering wise. The one thing I really didn’t like is the grading, I warmup on V2-V3 and it took me 2-3 try’s on one and usually I project v5-v6 but it’s more like I’m projecting v3 at this gym. But the Staff was nice, and still had fun.

Expérience fantastique: Booked a birthday party for my 9 year old daughter here. Amazing experience! The kids had an absolute blast. They were so excited!!! They did a ‘ninja’ obstacle course, rock climbing and played some games with the party guides. As a parent I cannot commend the staff enough. They were friendly, kind and really fantastic with the kids (even when everyone got a little rowdy). We had 2 party guides (but I’m sure I counted at least 4). They offered help in setting up and helped to clean up after the party. They even had a trolley to help move our things to the car. If you’re looking for a place to host a kids’ party this place definitely has the wow factor!

Expérience fantastique: Spent a major part of the family day at Aspire. My kids didnot want to leave the space. The equipment, wall attachments, everything was top notch quality. They showed enough basics whereby my 7 year old was able harness himself and climb the wall 10s of times on his own. I was very impressed with the place. Can't wait to go again. There was also things for my 4 year old to do.

Expérience fantastique: Sticky walls, clean un-greasy holds, creative route-setting, and best of all, no micromanagement. We live in Hamilton - but to avoid problems listed above in Hamilton, we are more than willing to drive a bit farther to Milton.

From the very first day, we found this family friendly climbing gym to be a place that we knew we would visit time and time again. My children love to climb with friends, and the friendly and professional staff always stop what they are doing to offer advice, tips, and take advantage of teachable moments. We have done lessons several times, and my children come out of them feeling confident and empowered. They are excited to show their new learning off, and to take on the leadership opportunities in the next level. The facility is super clean and run very efficiently; routes are swapped out regularly and there is always a new challenge to try! I recommend Aspire Milton most highly and cannot wait to visit Aspire Vaughn and Aspire Milton to try out the route action they have happening there.

My younger son loves the Ninja classes as well, he gained a lot of confidence by following these courses. All staff members are kind, professional and very helpful. It is best place for a family membership.

Aside from the obvious physical benefit, we appreciate what Aspire has offered. I can see progression with my child's commitment to push through. Sadly, today will be the last day for Ninja and I just wanted to express how beneficial this was and will be (when we sign up in fall). Again, my child has alot to learn and we love seeing how much was accomplished. Also, we are confident with the coaching technique. We have been working with Coach Matt and Coach Nick and you can tell how much they genuinely care about the program and their ninjas in training. Last but not least, my child has so much fun!! Expérience fantastique: New to climbing ? Want to learn from the best. Go to aspire. Before the lockdown I did my top rope lessons with Matt and he gave me the knowledge to feel safe and confident. Just did the LEAD camp with Kyle as our instructor. Was well worth the money, got a ton of knowledge and I can’t wait for the gyms to open back up to keep practising!

Expérience fantastique: The most chill & experienced staff on the planet! I just started climbing last year & at my age I felt pretty 'late to the party'. I'd been to a few other gyms before landing at the Milton location of Aspire. The staff at the other places felt 'cliquey' and unhelpful and as a beginner, I was almost turned off the sport altogether but walking into Aspire felt so much different from the start. Everyone here is incredibly warm and eager to help you reach your goals. (they're all amazing but special shout out to Matt & Taylor for treating me like family). The routes & problems are changed often so nothing ever feels stagnant, unlike other places. This gym and everyone in it (staff and members alike) are absolute gold and I credit all of them for helping me quickly reach my goal of getting on an outdoor climb this summer.

Expérience fantastique: Wow! What a cool experience going to aspire climbing. You will never not be doing something at this gym. I went because my gym was closed due to Covid. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only did they have a great boulder setup along with top rope. As well they have a full American ninja warrior course! Matt was very helpful to guide me through the different techniques used to complete each problem!

My oldest son has been coached and mentored by the one and only Matt The Bat and grown from a beginner Ninja into a dedicated athlete and coach himself. Matt is so positive and encouraging to everyone he interacts with and it shows in the engagement he has with his students. I highly recommend the staff and facility as a whole!

Expérience fantastique: Aspire is one of my favourite climbing gyms in the GTA! The facility itself is incredible, with very frequent wall resets for the climbing walls, but it also has a really great ninja course as well, so it has many different options available! The staff are just as great, super friendly, very approachable, and very knowledgeable. Each staff member has their own area of expertise, the majority being experts in different types of climbing, and Matt being the expert in the ninja course. Aspire definitely has many different things to offer, and I always recommend this gym to anyone of any skill level for climbing/ninja. Thank you to all the staff for all their hard work, especially during covid!! Really looking forward to coming back soon for a climb.
