Expérience négative: They allow people to rob other people’s lockers. So my belongings can be broken into by staff now and nothing will be done about it? Absolutely mad behavior and lack of accountability. Take your business to a place that actually takes accountability when they do something to wrong you, don’t wait to be wronged and then realize they’ll do nothing about it.

Expérience négative: Someone claimed that my lock was theirs and had the staff open it up with bolt cutters. This is the kicker, I had a power bank which was stolen. Not to mention upon having the manager review the situation, the staff opened it then left some random individual and their similar lock claim with my belongings. Currently getting the police involved. What a farce of an operation, with shoddy outdated procedures that make it easy for people with questionable motives to thrive. Absolutely disappointed.

Expérience négative: Join this gym if you're only interested in using treadmills, no other machines would be immediately available. They hardly have 2 sets of dumbbells for a specific weight so you can imagine crowd and wait time for using them. It is pocket friendly for sure but considering the time you waste there, it's not worth it.

Expérience négative: Planet Fitness offers a solid gym experience with clean facilities and plenty of equipment. However, there's only one PEC Fly/Rear Delt machine, and it's often in use, which can be frustrating during peak hours. Aside from that, the rest of the gym is well-equipped and suitable for a variety of workouts.

Expérience fantastique: I love this gym and location specifically. Always great customer service, environment and atmosphere. Resolution location is truly amazing. Thank you always to Alexandra with the amazing energy and attitude everytime I visit. Keep up the amazing n great job like always !! Stay blessed

Expérience fantastique: Amazing gym and staff specially MR.AJAY. This guy is delivering best of his shift. Every time i see this guy cleaning the washroom's for us, maintaining hygiene for all of us, putting dumbbells and other stuff at their places just for us. Thanks specially to Mr.Ajay.

Expérience négative: The water fountain is down, and the manager Prneet refuses to offer free water. It literally costs 3$ for 24 stacks. This happened at another planet fitness branch, and gym goers were offered regular water for free, and when it ran out, they offered a discount on other drinks until they brought a new patch of water. Not everyone utilizes the fountain, but when one does and is faced with this inconvenience, the management should find a solution not make a profit out of costumers. The management of this place needs to keep the planet fitness standard, utterly disappointed. The least you can do is offer a discount!

Expérience négative: This location is on the smaller side and not on my recommend list. I personally think this location could be organized a bit better. The free weight section is crammed in with four Smith machines in a small back room. There is hardly enough space between the benches. The upper level is spacious and probably bigger than the entire lower level but it only has cardio equipment.

Expérience positive: Most of the gym is just cardio machines, doesn’t even have a bench press.

Expérience négative: It was around 12:45am i went for massage and the guy at that moment was very rude while giving me coin. Worst experience ever.

Expérience négative: This location is not one of the best planet fitness here. Half of the machines are not working. And they try to go cheap by not fixing them. Overhead lights does not have covers therefore when we bench press or do anything which require your head facing celing these lamps without covers don’t let you open your eyes and for some reason big fan in the middle is also not working

Expérience négative: Worst gym ever. Someone broke into my locker and stole my wallet and then re-locked it with another lock to buy themselves time. Manager and team did absolutely nothing to help. I asked them after to update me with the situation, and they never did - didnt even call me back. Horrible staff. Horrible and UNSAFE location. No care for their customers. disgusting and garbage customer service. It's funny cause all they had to do was take a look at their cameras, yet they didnt do that, wonder why.

Expérience négative: This gym is very clean staff is polite but when taking a shower the water temperature starts off warm which is okay then it goes extremely cold so your basically are soaped up and rinsing with freezing cold water also your staff leaves goes about there business shopping no one at the desk to service customers I stood at the counter fir 15min only to see the staff walking back with a bag smh.

Next day I went there to ask for reason & they don’t have any answer for that. They just kept on lying that I was rude to the guy which is not even real reason to cancel membership in first place. They won’t verify any information regarding incident & keep on charging my bank account after cancellation . I want manger to look into this matter seriously because this not a professional way to run businesses & staff should be more polite & help-full. They also threaten to cancel my friends membership as well which is very concerning behaviour of the staff.

Expérience positive: I went for a gym tour a day ago as I wanted to switch to a gym closer to home. The female at the front desk really nice and professional. During the tour I noticed that they had a lot of cardio equipments (treadmills, bikes etc) and maybe around 12 weights machine or just little more. Not sure how I feel about switching as I’m big on lifting and honestly when you have to wait around until one person is through to use an equipment does break the vibe. However I might get a day pass and go for a work out to see how it is. But other than that it’s an ok gym and it’s very clean

And temperature is so low in the gym that i got sick as the body gets warm and with the fan it made me feel so sick , and this location stinks badly ,I started to go to Mississauga location which is great with the good smell and perfect temperature .

Expérience positive: Not always crowded, clean and tidy, but they have limited machines so have to wait for the turn or sometimes or I skip that excercise.

I never see him working properly. You can also see he has high ego the way he stares at people

While terminating membership they went back to old technology.

Expérience négative: this gym is in disgusting shape washrooms stink and floor is sticky guests are disrespectful space is so limited not a soul in the 30 minute express but you can’t just use the machines paper towel dispensers out of order so I presume incompetent staff this place is wild

Expérience fantastique: Love it here! The staff is amazing, they are always friendly and welcoming. They greet you and wish you a good workout and they say thank you and bye as you leave. They have all the basic machines and equipment for a quick and efficient workout. Their app is also an amazing addition to their gym. Their locker rooms and showers are clean and comfortable.

I had a membership from last 6/7 months and i barely go because of negative environment of this location. They are having guest option and if guest can’t have the access to the whole gym so what’s the meaning of guest. Each receptionist have their own rules. I dealt with Shivali and Gaurav they really had a very bad attitude

Expérience positive: Ill start with saying, the service here was 5 stars. Made it very easy to cancel membership aswell as answer any questions. The location itself is very clean and well organized the only reason for the 3 stars is because of the lack of space. Due to the lack of space even at its lowest amount of people inside it still feels packed. there is never space in the free weight section. There was never a time it didn't feel cramped

Expérience négative: The equipment might be clean. But the washrooms, lockers and shower stalls are absolutely disgusting. This place need to retile or renovate the change rooms and shower areas. And put more effort in cleaning the washrooms. Honestly, if it was a restaurant, this place would be closed for a while.

Expérience positive: Got the membership today, probably gonna cancel it tomorrow. Why? Because the weight area is packed most of the time, you can’t find dumbbells, just killing time, home setup is better I guess. CARDIO machines are neat tho.

Expérience fantastique: Gym is open 24/7 I love coming at night! Staff is great but there are not enough benches and heavy weight. And weight area is too small I love the massage bed and chairs!

Expérience négative: Worst experience for shower. I had complained them about 4-5 times and they always say.” We will let manager know”. Either the staff is not informing manager or the manager is not concerned about the problem. The staff always asks to turn on shower for 5-10 mins and they say, u will get hot water which never happens and there is cold water for shower.

Expérience fantastique: On May 4th, I walked in to the planet fitness to register as a new member, unfortunately a person in the lobby area asked for an ambulance on not feeling well. I was very impressed by the two planet fitness attendants on their ability of readiness, response and recovery of the situation. Bradley immediately called 911 and followed their guidance while Mathew kept the man engaged showing constant support. Both of them stayed calm and handled the situation very professionally until the ambulance arrived.

Expérience fantastique: The women's changeroom/washrooms are always so clean. Peak times will be crowded but I usually avoid those times, so I never have an issue. It is a welcoming gym for beginners and I dont feel intimidated and self conscious at all. Friendly staff and people, sometimes stinky but that is when there are many people there and also thats what you get when there is a lot of people sweating and working out on an enclosed space. Just go during non peak hours and you will be fine.

Guest service means alot for some people because my brother is younger and its not written anywhere tht 17 years old not able to come to gym. Expérience fantastique: This club is superb! I usually workout overnight and the club is always spotless and clean! the overnight staff are amazing Cailey and Sehaj were super helpful, considerate, always engaging with the members, and always meticulous with the cleaning around the facility!

Expérience négative: Your night staff is worst at 5 Resolution Dr, Brampton, ON L6W 4R9. they abuse the clients. Your different shift has different rules. Need to talk to manager at earliest. Worst location that threats to cancel membership. Is this how you treat your clients?

Expérience négative: The gym itself is decent enough for a beginner. Once you start getting more serious about strength training, it’ll be more beneficial to upgrade to a gym that has more free weights and at least one bench press available. Why did I rate it only 2 stars? FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD IN THIS WORLD, PLEASE PUT IN PLACE A BODY ODOUR POLICY AND ACTUALLY ENFORCE IT!! I’ve walked into the mens change room on many occasions and was welcomed by a wall of stench that almost made me want to just go home.

The staff is also very caring towards the members. I would recommend planet fitness to everyone. They have everything what a good gym should have.
