Expérience positive: Fit4Less is a great gym that offers excellent value for money. The facility has all the essential equipment you need for a good workout, from cardio machines to free weights and strength training machines. One of the major perks is the free parking, which makes getting there hassle-free. While the gym can get quite busy at peak times, making it a bit challenging to get on certain machines, it’s hard to complain given how affordable the membership is. Overall, Fit4Less provides a solid workout environment at a budget-friendly price. It’s a great option for anyone looking for a well-equipped gym without breaking the bank.

Expérience négative: The worse gym I’ve never been. I create my membership and paid for that, I went to the gym picking up my card on the 1st day. The next day I went there again and my card was declined at the door and l never seen a them staffs office after 3 days so the lady been laying on my face first I used the debit card while I was supposed to use a credit card witches I find stupid also been yelling on my face. Rather go to GoodLife than this fit4less especially this Lawrence mall. Staffs are useless and so disrespectful

The others need maintenance desperately. e.g. Triceps press machine, lat pull down(2) the pads for upper thigh, are broken. Machines in the black card area are also craving for oiiil...

Expérience négative: The worst gym iv ever been to. They don’t have the target machines the machines they do have is run down. Half the machines have a sign on them saying they are not working and who knows how long they have not been working..impossible to create a workout mode. This gym is only for men who pump irons not inclusive for women. Its such a shame because they have such good location. I will be ending membership

Expérience négative: This place is a scam. Don't waste your time or money at this place. They don't give you a heads up when your membership is about to renew and just charge your card.

Expérience négative: I called ahead to see if I could transfer my membership from Etobicoke location to their location and asked what time they would be open. The lady on the phone said they would be there until 10 pm. I arrived around 9:30 pm, only to find that all the tables were closed and the staff were just on their phones. Because of that, I had to drive all the way to Etobicoke.

Expérience négative: This is the worst gym I’ve ever been to.. It’s extremely small, most machines are under maintenance, doesn’t even have a proper changing room. They only have 2-3 changing rooms for only one person and that’s it. Black card membership doesn’t even worth because there is basically nothing much in the black card area. They have free workout areas when you have black card membership in other locations but this one doesn’t make any difference.

Expérience fantastique: I went at 4-6pm nice crowd about 40%full most machines working well I would say 90% of them operating well with signs clearly stating the three or four not working. I see staff always cleaning an already clean place. They have two areas 6x 18 feet areas that are padded for stretching.

Expérience positive: Pros: Excellent location and 24/7 hours. Friendly and helpful staff. Cons: several machines are constantly out of order (same ones, usually) which make difficult to exercise some muscle groups in a very crowded gym during peak hours.

Expérience positive: Considering the price, not much to complain about and likely the best option by far out there (at this price level). Only downside at this location is that the floor doesn't seem quite leveled in certain spots, but that's more to do with the building operator and not fit4less.

Expérience négative: Since 4 weeks the fit4 less location is presenting 4 equipments broken,repair is necessary and nothing was done,very disappointing for all customers that are trying to get exercise in this location

Expérience positive: If you’re a black card holder you can use their facilities 24/7. This is a huge bonus because you can kind of assess when the low usage times are and plan your workout. Wish they had a stair master.

Expérience positive: It's a good gym, but sometimes it smells bad as early as 5 am. If there was a Smell Oxidizer Spray installed in the washroom maybe in case someone has their number two meeting in there.

Expérience négative: I called to cancel my membership because I was moving to a different province. The agent advised me not to cancel because Econo Fitness allows membership transfers. Two weeks later, I was told by an agent at Econo Fitness that a membership transfer was not possible because they were two different companies. I called this morning to get the issue resolved, and the agent gave me an attitude. Now I have to pay for 30 days. If the agent had advised me with the correct information, I would not have been forced to pay for a Black Card membership I am not using. They need to train their staff in good customer service!

Expérience positive: Only two squat racks in the main (non premium membership) area, and no showers, but otherwise it's a good gym and I've never had any problems there. Definitely a good bang for your buck.

Expérience négative: Excuse my honesty, but this gym at Lawrence is terrible. You guys don't have water fountain (we have to buy water for a ridiculous price when across the mall at Dollarama it costs $1). One of the few positives is the cardio area, lots of equipment and nobody's waiting. But why do you only have 1 lat pulldown machine? (Can you imagine 5, 6 people in line waiting 15 minutes for one machine?) when the other locations have at least 2 of that. I only do my workouts at Lawrence because it's on my way home from work, but the other location beside my house is just as terrible, there's no air circulation, it looks like a sauna shaped like stacked containers. You should listen your customers and improve your service.

Expérience négative: I only started going to this location at the Lawrence Allen Centre, I wanted to go there since it is the most convenient for me since it is on my way home from work. I was pretty shocked to see how the place runs as I have been to other Fit4Less locations in the past with such amazing experiences. The washrooms constantly reek of urine, guests do not clean the machines when they are done and I never see the staff walking around and cleaning the machines which also grosses me out. With that said, the location is far smaller that I could have ever imagined (although that is no fault of anyone's, just an observation). I think I will be forced to upgrade my package so I can switch to another cleaner location. It just sucks since this is the perfect location for me at this time and was a huge factor in my re-joining. I have not had any issues with staff, but I do feel like the owners could do a better job of ensuring cleanliness of their location for the safety of their patrons.

Expérience négative: I can’t even begin to describe how horrible my experience at this fit 4 less location was. As a black card member I shared my card with my partner and she received the most disrespectful form of treatment from Trinity. They are so quick to get agitated and hostile when someone makes a mistake but when they’ve made a mistake on their end (mistakenly charging my account for no reason) I was very understanding and patient; everyone makes mistakes. One of the people my partner went to the gym with forgot their card and attempted to just go to the front desk to speak to someone instead of having to drive back home 15 minutes to get the card. Right away Trinity approached with an attitude and didn’t allow our friend to even explain himself. Why would he try to “sneak” in with them being visibly at the front. She didn’t want to help or let him in at all and things escalated due to her lack of customer service. She even called my partner the “b”word in Spanish because my partner told our friends “let’s go” in Spanish. She was so sure my partner had called HER a bad word in Spanish but that was not the case at all. Going to Mexico doesn’t mean you are fluent in Spanish. It could’ve been an easy solution as simple as “just get visitors pass for today”. To make matters worse, they blocked the cards so we had to go in the next day to get new ones, AND they charged our account without us knowing. Try to stay away from this location will be reaching out to their superiors and head office to let them know what kind of people they have representing them.

Expérience négative: I used these facilities a while ago and while I have not been here in a while, Im sad to see that theres not much change since then. Space is very small and cramped. You spend more time looking for dumbbells instead of working out, the washrooms stink and there’s no water fountain. The fit4less over at Jane and Finch is infinitely nicer so Im confused with why this location is so bad. Im waiting for another budget friendly gym to come into this area!!

Expérience négative: I go here because there is no other gym option available in the area. There is little to no air circulation. There is usually wads of paper towel all over the floors. Half the tv’s are off. Most of the equipment is broken or faulty; always waiting on repair. A lot of young people in their 20’a use the space to socialize and hang around watching tik tok videos sitting on equipment so it takes forever to actually use one. If there was a Goodlife or LA fitness in the area I would switch in a heart beat.

Expérience négative: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this gym. The majority of machines are broken or under maintenance, making it frustratingly difficult to have a proper workout. I often find myself waiting for a long time just to find a treadmill that isn't broken. It's not worth a penny to spend here considering the lack of functioning equipment. Overall, I regret choosing this gym and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable fitness facility.

Expérience positive: I am a member of this location since May 2023. The staff is very rude and not very friendly. The female bathroom is very dirty all the time. Pee on the floor and no soap in the dispenser. Lots of equipments are broken. I would like to see some improvement for this location, since it's the closest one to me.

Expérience positive: Not the best fit4less location, but not the worst either. I am new to Toronto and was surprised and disappointed that the staff do not even acknowledge you or say hello. I also find it very strange that this gym does not have a water fountain.. when I asked a staff member why that is, she had no idea. The closest location to me had terrible customer service, so this was the second closest to me, which is 17 mins.

Expérience positive: I like the concept, and this place is very convenient to use however the quality could be at a bit higher level. Gym is generally clean but a bit crowded. Main issue I have is that rowing machine doesn’t work, display is broken and it feels like resistance part is not working at all.

Expérience positive: This location is pretty cramped, dark and lacks many of the benefits of other Fit4Less locations. I only come here for the convenience. The equipment/machines are pretty worn out... Some looking like they were purchased secondhand from another gym that was closing down. Not impressed, unfortunately. I would suggest better locations like Dufferin and Steeles, Jane and Finch, or Weston and Langstaff.

Expérience fantastique: Plenty equipments with clocks on the walls to enable you time you workout and rest at a glance. Toilets can do with upgrade, and a water fountain would help hydration. Convenient mall free parking, bus and trains are close to the Allen and Lawrence.

I was really hoping to change my gym and have heard great things about fit4less but this location was very small and had lots of machines but not the main ones I'd use. Very little squat racks, and the mat areas were tiny. I know I went during the holidays where it was unstaffed however I went to use the washroom and immediately walked out. I wish I could switch but with the base package only allowing me to access this location 100% not worth it!

Expérience positive: Ample parking since it’s in a plaza/ mall. Reasonable amount of equipment but missing quite a bit of matching dumbbells. Every time I’ve been different machines have always been down for maintenance and overall the dirt and mess in the washroom/ gym floor is piled up. In a pinch it’s a good spot to go to but be aware it’s usually quite busy

Expérience négative: The worst customer service. Whenever you want someone from the staff to talk to, you’ll find no one at all. They just close the staff room door and hide in there. The massage options include normal chairs and the hydro massage. But both of them are for NOBODY because to access them the staff needs to turn them on but there is NOBODY on the counter. It is absolutely empty and the staff is very very irresponsible in this regard. I have tried to call this out earlier but nobody EVER will take any action.. I hope they take care of stuff like this from now on otherwise, the black card just LOOKS black, it is of no use at all.

Expérience négative: Total waste of money. Especially if you come in evenings. Too crowded and you'll have to stand in queue for every machine, bench, dumbbell you wanna use. Even black card is total waste. People are even worst they'll keep things as it is after use and keep 2-3 pair of dumbbells with them as if they'll use every dumbbell all together and no one is there to tell them anything. Edit: Forgot t mention that machines are mostly in maintenance and 1/4th treadmills are broken.

We were just visiting to get details on the pricing for the facility and after like 10minutes of trying to enter by waving down the older gentleman, we still weren't able to enter as he was pretending to ignore us because he looked right at us briefly. When we finally enter by asking a member if he can use his badge to let us in we approached the front desk and waited for an additional 10 minutes until we saw someone enter the staff changeroom at 11am and had asked him if he could just quickly show us a pamphlet of the prices to which he rudely said, "I don't start my shift until 11am." We waited patiently as he was taking his sweet time to get set up and buzzed someone into the tanning room when he finally just opened the top drawer and handed us the pamphlet. This could have been done in seconds a longggg time ago. You have extremely rude staff.

Expérience positive: Usually pretty empty after staffed hours and has a lot of machines for beginners. The brand new machines are behind a "premium" membership which is the fault of the company not this location. For a fit4less location it meets expectations.

Expérience positive: I’ve been with Fit4Less off and on for years, and recently going back I’ve noticed there’s way more people using the gym, so it’s always packed. 3 years ago I would always go after 11pm and there would be maybe 20 people, and now there’s a little over 50 towards 1am. If you want to be able to use the machine, get your workout in and leave, I recommend coming early morning, before 6am. The staff do try their best to keep the place clean and put back weights, but I think that should be up for the users to put back their weight. I recommend bringing your own towel because there’s usually 2-3 paper towel stations that are empty.

Expérience positive: Gym is a hit and miss with patrons. You either get the diligent or friendly ones who put the weights back and clean the machines/ benches when they're done and keep to themselves. Or you get the one who leave wet butt stains and think it's OK that someone else has to clean up after them or stay in a machine for long periods of time just staring at their phone or never putting the weights back. (Morning) Staff could also be a little more attentive and not let their friends get away with bad behaviour but I do appreciate who I would is the head of that gym. He seems to be a very down to earth respectable staff member who is always making sure everything is put back in place and is very courteous and friendly to everyone. I do agree this place needs a water fountain- no idea why that isn't a thing here. And it's a fairly small gym so it gets full very fast, even early in the morning. At the end of the day, I just come in and do what I have to do and leave as soon as I'm done.

However the management just does not care about where you drink water from? How do you even run a gym without drinking water. This issue needs to be resolved here or else it will keep being a mediocre gym

Expérience négative: Smaller than the other locations, the massage chairs are placed in open spots, some are right where the entrance/exits are which is distracting. But the main reason for my rating is this location doesn’t have a water fountain ….. make it make sense

Expérience fantastique: Lawrence west mall location is really good value for money open 24hrs 7 days a week. Good combo of machine & free weights compared to other budget gym that typically has " either or ". Clean & relatively spacious. Has a neat family and gokd club member section, the hydro massage bed is really cool. Overall no real drawback for what you're paying for

Expérience fantastique: I've worked out in different gyms from Barrie to Toronto. I would simply say, this location is really good. The staff are friendly and ensure the gym stays hygienic throughout its operating hours. It does get crowded during peak hours (like any popular gym would) - so choose a time off peak and you should have a lot of equipment available. I have to say, even during peak time, you can find alternative machines for your workouts. Highly recommend!

Expérience négative: The price of the gym is fair, nice to have tanning included with the black card membership. Downside, the black card room is really small at this location and it would be nice if there were more perks than just having dumbbells 1x 10lbs heavier than the normal room. I’m happy for the price and to keep coming here, especially since I train early AM (6-7:45am) when it’s not busy and I can train without waiting for equipment. If your someone who trains at peak times after work, expect a large crowd. Few things about the gym that I don’t like and could be improved by management: -Bathrooms are disgusting. I see the workers cleaning up at 7am on weekdays but that’s not enough. The floor in the single washroom needs to be mopped (smells like pee) and the edges of the toilet is all dusty and dirty. I have never seen the bathrooms cleaned on the weekend when the workers start at 11am. I have also had to request that soap be filled in the women’s washroom - No sanitizer available on the floor and the front entrance one has been empty for weeks. I keep one in my bag. - Many sanitizer spray bottles are empty. Maybe they need to be filled more frequently than they are -Dust all over the gym. Under dumbbells, on and under machines. Pretty disgusting. Everything feels sticky. Most gyms have a worker walking around 1x a day cleaning the machines with a cloth and cleaner. During Covid times, I feel having a gym this dirty is unsanitary. -No shower. Plan ahead to go back home if you train before work. -No water fountain. Basic necessity?? $3.25 for a water bottle in the vending machine is absurd. When dollarama in the mall is open across from the gym, you can get 1.5L for $1. I bring a 4L to the gym. -No wifi available. In this day and age, you’d think that’s pretty much standard everywhere. -I have been coming here for 3 weeks now and the same cardio machines have been broken the entire time. When will they get fixed? There’s a wide range of people that come here. I find some guys being creepy and staring at girls. It could make some females uncomfortable. In general though, the crowd seems respectful otherwise (the early crowd, I’m not sure about evenings). I have previously paid for expensive gyms and of course you get what you pay for. If there was a bigger and better gym closer to me, I wouldn’t come here. But keeping a gym clean and sanitary I think is standard…
