Expérience négative: I had a very disappointing experience with Price Health regarding my WSIB claim. Despite my injury affecting my shoulder and upper back, and both hands, WSIB instructed the clinic to only treat my hands, likely because my hands had visible swelling while the other injured areas did not show obvious external symptoms(as per clinic). Unfortunately, the clinic followed WSIB’s directive instead of focusing on the actual source of my pain and injury. To make matters worse, Price Health submitted a WSIB form stating that I had fully recovered, even though I was still dealing with significant pain in my shoulder and upper back. This misrepresentation has delayed my recovery, and I am now receiving treatment from a specialist at another clinic who is addressing the true extent of my injuries. I cannot recommend Price Health to anyone with complex injuries or WSIB claims. They seemed more concerned with following WSIB’s instructions than properly assessing and treating my actual condition.

Expérience fantastique: Been coming here for a while (with great results) but wanted to take the time to write a positive review and express gratitude for this clinic and my chiropractor, Dr. Rob Green. I initially came in with a case of scoliosis and misaligned hips during university, which was diagnosed overseas as impacting my digestion to the point of contributing to diverticulosis which I was hospitalized for back in 2017. Dr. Rob was non-judgmental in listening to my concerns, and since then has been attentive, friendly and compassionate every time we meet for my treatment. I know some students are reluctant to get chiro due to the price tag and not seeing it as necessary, but at Price you'll get every penny's worth. Thank you for the past few years of compassionate care; I'm forever grateful to have gotten my life back in managing my chronic condition. Looking forward to more!

Expérience fantastique: Really a no-brainer 5-star from me. I've been making the drive from Dundas to Waterloo to see Mark Silva for a few months now, and it's been more than worth the trips. After an unsuccessful attempt by a local physio therapist to diagnose an injury, Mark brought me from walking awkwardly to running and playing sports in about 72 hours. Can't thank the man enough. The desk staff is very friendly, they're about the only place on the planet doling out Werther's originals (bonus there, obviously) and the facility is clean and modern. Can't beat Price, and I'll be recommending it to all my (oft injured) athlete pals.

Expérience fantastique: I have just started with Mark Silva and already know that he is the BEST Physiotherapist I’ve ever had treat me, and I have the experience to voice that! I totally trust him, follow his guidance, and accept his encouragement on this challenging journey! His amazing hands work on the physical body, but his positive happy energy knows how to work on the emotional state during extreme pain, and yes some fear perhaps. He will push you, as is necessary with rehab, but continually asks for your feedback for when you truly have had enough. I’m a 74 year old woman who had her first dislocating knee surgery in 1965 (15 yr old). Then again in 1969 for the other knee. Which was repetitively followed by rehab. Since 1982 I have had spinal stenosis along with other degenerative conditions. Two knee replacements were of no surprise! So when i say “Mark is the BEST!”, I do have a LOT of experience to draw from! After 2 1/2 months of Mark working on my knee replacement, since even before the surgery on July 3/24. My progress has been way ahead of the expected — even my surgeon was quite amazed that I was able to moved about so quickly after the replacement! I also have wide spread spinal stenosis that was giving me some extra neurological pain today all the way into the knee that had just been replaced on July 2nd. After Mark checked out my knee, which we’re pretty well finished the therapy, he did a bit of work on the pain down my thigh and back into the surgical knee. Guess what?!?!?! That was about 3 hours ago and the pain is STILL GONE! I have NEVER in 42 years of pain had any physiotherapist use some of the techniques Mark uses to “decompress” the area and find some interesting roots to relieve! He is my brilliant hero and an extremely nice and caring person on top of the best physiotherapist I have ever experience since 1965 of being in and out of physiotherapy regularly — usually with little success of relieving the pain! I now have “hope” of gaining some relief with my back also! Thank you Mark, I’m forever grateful! With every appointment, twice a week for 2 month, Price Health greets you like you are part of their family. Everyone says hello to each other and creates such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The receptionists greet you by name very quickly and offer you a fabulous brewed coffee. If you don’t have time before your appointment they will be just as gracious after your appointment to still have the offer stand. I was a Career Counsellor prior to my retirement and it is an occupational hazard to take note of the way the team works together and how happy they seem to be in their jobs — well Price Health would win awards for being one of the best place to work, if my observations were to be formally judged. Thank you for giving me my money’s worth, plus more! I’m finished for now with my therapy on my knee after a replacement. Mark is remarkable and has increased my range of motion and reduced my pain with using his remarkable touch, and entertaining encouragement. I’m going to miss his professional talent and skill, along with him as a delightful person! Thank you Mark for getting me through a very challenging time!

Expérience fantastique: Mark is my go to guy for all my muscle and ligament aches and pains. He always makes time for me when I call last minute for some foolish thing i have done to myself. Most recent I rolled my ankle, and through a quick assessment he diagnosed it as a small fracture and a sprain, and started treatment and advised me on exercises. When I tore my MCL last year I got the same treatment. I see him regularly just to keep everything moving as it should.

He is a chiropractor, yes - but so much more, in a short time he has cared about the whole picture of my health and is working on a plan to get me back to healthy. I also can’t say enough about the front desk staff I love them and I love Price Health. If there were 10 stars i would give 10 - go here if you want a Dr to care instead of aimlessly cracking your bones and having you back every day.

However, yesterday, I had a human error with scheduling (mine) and when I showed up 2 hours early, Dr. Rob and his staff accommodated me. There was a slight delay but at least I did not have to leave and return 2 hours later. I consider this accommodation going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Expérience fantastique: Stefan Arezina is one of the best physiotherapist I have seen. Last year he helped me with the knee problem I had for 2 years. And now he helped me again with my extreme back pain. I have been dealing with this back issue for 3 months, going was back and forth in emergency and they would just prescribe me pain killers. I saw Stefan and he took his time to do a detailed examination, he found out what was the reason for the pain and he did therapy and gave me some exercises to do at home. I am already feeling much better. I highly recommend him to anyone. His wealth of knowledze about different therapies for the body is an additional asset to his practice. Thank you Stefan!

Their office manager, Marilyn is such a caring soul in an absolute doll. She will help you with anything you need or any questions and booking appointments! They also send you text and email reminders when you have an appointment! I find that super helpful being a busy student that also works! They recently moved locations and they made it look exactly like their old one so it feels comfortable to current and older clients that have been going here and it is a super super clean facility!!! There will never be a time that you don’t feel welcome coming into those doors or questioning any mal practice!

Expérience fantastique: As someone who has seen many massage therapists for years, I can honestly say that Mackenzie Korb has to be the all time best. My body can be very frustrating! Through weight training and being generally very active, I deal with a lot of muscular tension, imbalances, aches/pains and knots. Mackenzie is so incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and always knows what to test for, finds the issue, and properly treats and fixes it. Even if you’re familiar with the human body and your typical issues, he will always dive into the problem and find a solution you never even knew you needed. You will never regret seeing him!!

She is always cheerful smiling and very professional. she never pushes me into having adjustments like other physiotherapists. I have received effective treatment that has helped me through my healing, and throughout the entire process I have been educated on exactly why we are doing each part of the treatment. I worked with physiotherapist Cassidy Irving and she provided great treatment and exercises throughout the healing and strengthening of my torn hamstring. Even after my hamstring was back to full strength, I still attended a few more sessions in order to focus on long-term strengthening, flexibility, and injury prevention. Expérience fantastique: If you’re looking for a chiropractor for a toddler I highly recommend Dr. Shannon Gow. Our extended family and friends all know about her because our toddler says her name on almost a daily basis even weeks after seeing her. I couldn’t fathom how we could get our toddler to do stretches willingly, but Dr. Shannon makes it fun with exercise ball work to do at home. She has an abundance of stickers, sings songs and has a beautiful personality and positive demeanour. My toddler usually observes new people and warms up slowly. Dr. Shannon was able to win her over in the first appointment. She genuinely cares and loves kids. Highly recommend!

He is helpful, informative, and a great coach to help you get better and stay motivated. He teaches stretches and offers support during the healing journey. It's impossible to overstate how appreciative I am for his coaching throughout. I've tried several other physiotherapists but I have never had such positive overall results.
