Expérience négative: Used to love this gym but things are getting ridicululous now. I'm not sure how many times I have showed up to this gym in the past 6 months and the water has not been working. No running cold water inside of a gym is crazy. On top of that half or most of the cables are almost always out of order. Over the last 12 months they were out of order more times than not. I used to really love this gym but with this is getting out of hand. I've seen that youve replied to my review. Great job. You have figured out that I have not used my actual account for this review since I do not want issues with the owners of this gym. Secondly, 12 sets of cables is a flat out lie. The red set of cables in the middle of the gym has one side out of order. The other two sets of cables by the dumbells consistently for the past year has had one if not two sides not working at all. There are 4 sets of cable machines, and two of them often have issues. The "complimentary water" is great, when its working. Theres been frequent issues with the water machine being out of order just over the past 6 months.

The blond lady "Shyanna" I think her name is, is AMAZING! she made us feel as comfortable as she could whenever we are there. The place needs a Deep Clean and some Better Management. Seems to be geared to young Stinky men. Do Better Cave!!!!! I will NOT be renewing my Membership.

Expérience négative: I was not going there from more than 1 month. 2 days ago, they charged the payment for next 2 weeks. So today, I went there to cancel my membership. The guy in the office asked me to pay 1 more month of fees right away in order to cancel my membership. After the argument, he failed to show me the policy of charging 1 month of payment in advance. Then he said “Ok, pay 1 payment for 2 weeks”. He literally started negotiating with me because he did not have any valid reason to not to cancel my membership. Then he also said “Why are you not paying? Nobody says anything, they just pay and leave”. Then he said, “I will email you the policy that you signed by tonight” and he asked me to walk out and said “I cannot cancel your membership”. Please educated your staff and stop scamming people. ‍♂️ Disgusting experience ever had.

Expérience négative: 31 dollar cancelation fee. I want to cancel my gym membership because of full time school and they want to charge me for an additional month. Literally makes no sense when other 24/hr gyms charge $9.99 bi-weekly. This is what supporting local businesses gets me. This gym charges me $15.5 bi-weekly and when I go inside there’s always a broken machine.

Not too crowded not too low, it has the best gym bro community. Well maintained equipments and number of options to hit different parts of the body. Also very clean gym!

Expérience fantastique: Been a member since December 2017. Would always recommend Cave Athletics over any other gym! Very clean, carry almost every machine, organised and peaceful place to be at! To Cave:please get a calf raise machine, maybe a forearm machine and few decline benches.
