Expérience fantastique: I've been going for almost a year. The staff is friendly and the equipment is in good shape. Overall, a good environment to workout in. Occasionally it seems like some equipment may take awhile to fix but there could be a logistical reason for that.

Expérience fantastique: Amazing Experience with Trainer Ben at Club 16 Langley! Working with Ben over the past five months has been an absolute game-changer for me. I had the privilege of doing 36 sessions (two per week) with him, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Ben's attention to detail and his straightforward approach made all the difference. He emphasized that results are achieved in the kitchen, and he was right! I followed his diet plan, worked hard to hit my protein goals each day, and stuck to his recommendation of at least 30 minutes of cardio five times a week. Ben pushed me hard during our sessions, and it paid off. When I started, I was nearly 30% body fat and weighed 250 lbs. Now, I’m down to 213 lbs, 18.7% body fat, and I can deadlift 305 lbs! I’ve gone from wearing XXL shirts to a size Large, and my waist has shrunk from 40 to 34 inches (though I’ll admit 34 is a bit snug—but I’ll make it work, haha!). Beyond the physical transformation, my confidence has skyrocketed, and the biggest win for me is that my sleep has significantly improved, which was my primary reason for starting this journey. Ben not only helped me achieve these incredible results but also gave me the knowledge and confidence to continue my fitness journey independently. Thank you, Ben, for pushing me to be my best and for being such a dedicated and supportive trainer. I can’t recommend him enough!

Expérience négative: The gym itself is pretty solid, it's big and there's lots of equipment. It gets busy, but that's to be expected. No complaints in terms of the facility or the equipment. Sometimes locker rooms get nasty but staff for the most part are doing their jobs. The reason they get 1/5 stars is because this company has the most ridiculous predatory late-fee policies I've ever seen, and they truly don't deserve your support. You probably won't be affected by it if all you care about is the gym, but should you support shady business practices that try to take advantage of Canadians who are struggling? Their whole thing is that they're an affordable gym, costing $10 bi-weekly. But if you somehow manage to incur a late fee, boom you are charged over entire months worth of fees ($20). Who is even getting hit by late fees? People who are facing tough times. The predatory policies this company has in place to take advantage of/punish people who are trying to save money by going to a cheaper gym is honestly ridiculous. I've incurred late fees on a couple of occasions, and have paid the balance within a few days. But they have zero tolerance and zero accommodation beyond removing only your first ever late fee; after that they will hit you repeatedly with this line that, "I totally understand where you're coming from" x5 "but it's our policy!" What a great policy. I have never seen any company with such outrageous predatory fees. Imagine if you were late for your phone bill payment, and "the policy" was to increases the bill by 2x? Ludicrous. Let's not to forget to mention, they don't even mention these fees when you sign up. There's even another $50+ dollar fee you have to pay after 50 days for some reason they don't mention. Of course, the contract has it all in fine print so they can say you should be aware of it and they did mention it, since you will have no proof they didn't. I mentioned this and the person who signed me up said "I take full responsibility if I didn't mention it" but followed that up with "but there's nothing I can do." How helpful. How are you taking responsibility then? Disgusting business practices that don't deserve any support. Just look at all the reviews talking about how they keep charging after you cancel etc. too. I will be leaving this gym as soon as possible and never looking back. EDIT: From their own website: "What happens if one of my payments fails?" "We understand that this can happen now and then, simply log into our app and you can make the payment on the app the day it is due." No mention of any late fee. Shocker.

Expérience négative: The Langley location was great (5/5 stars) but the business model of Club16 is a 0/5 stars. Good variety of equipment at a reasonable monthly rate, giving good value for money if you are a long-term club member who uses the gym regularly. However, the cancellation process for a membership is a NIGHTMARE. They make it extremely difficult to cancel and won't cancel right away, but will continue to charge you for another 1-2 months after you finally reach someone and convince them you want to cancel your membership. This resulted in the total costs being over $100 for a one month membership that I had when I was in town for work. Would only recommend this gym if you plan on using it for more than one year.

Expérience fantastique: I just had a personal training at club 16 langey location once I joined a membership. It was a well organized training sessions overall and my trainer Ben, he is a very passionate and knowledgeable trainer helped me go through to recover my old injuries throughout my training sessions and also gave me a supported, positive feedback when I try to do my best to push the limit and now I just feel right to get back on track and keep me going to stay active. I want to say thank you to all staff, front desk and Vincent...and kudos to Ben!

Expérience fantastique: I have been at Club 16 for almost 2 years but never really fully utilized the facility because it was intimidating, seeing others know what they are doing and I don't and not know how to use the equipments. I decided to get my husband signed up and have him work out with me and get help. He suggested why not do a couples training sessions. Our persinal trainer Ben, was very kind and informative. I have prior injuries and he took those seriously and taught me what to do and not. He was pushing us just the right amount. We have completed our 12 sessions with him and we'll go on our own, do the work outs we learned with gained confidence and hopefully half a year later we want to regroup with Ben and do refresher sessions. Highly recommend Ben if you want to get a PT.

Expérience fantastique: I had personal training and I thought it was very beneficial for me. It helped me learn new things and get acclimated to the gym setting. My trainer was Trevor Nguyen and he made a program that combined my fitness goals well with my fitness level/abilities. Trevor was very amicable and pushed me just enough to make improvements without getting discouraged. He was very knowledgable and answered any questions I had and even offered dietary guidance to help my progress.

Expérience positive: I worked with Roxana as my personal trainer for 36 sessions it was amazing experience and I learned a lot about proper way to use the equipment to avoid injury. My confidence in the gym grew significantly working with her. I now feel like I have the knowledge and skill to continue on my fitness journey solo. I want to thank her for everything she taught me along the way. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the pricing for a personal trainer was quite expensive.

She is an amazing trainer, so far she has helped me lose 15lbs and over 21.75” I’ve worked out on and off over the last 10 years and I can honestly say that she has been the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I love her bubbly personality, she always has a smile on her face and has a vast knowledge in personal training. She’s kept me on track with my workouts and knows when it’s time to change up my training routines. I have never been happier and look forward to all that is coming. I actually look forward to coming in to the gym knowing I’m working with Maddie.

Expérience fantastique: The one of the best gyms I have ever been to so far. I have been working with PT. Trevor Nguyen, and I can tell he is the best trainer ever. Every day is a new challenge to achieve the goal we set at the beginning, and I can tell I made 100% progress from the day I started. He is an excellent PT who tracks individual trainees' performances. My girlfriend and I had doubts due to our injuries, but his kinesiology degree and rehabilitation techniques helped us to not get injured. We built a strong core and added progress day by day. My girlfriend and I like working with him.

Also I did personal training with Mehar, he gets five stars as he was very encouraging and professional. His easygoing nature and knowledge makes you feel comfortable in his hands as a personal trainer. So grateful for the support and lessons in not only fitness but healthy eating as well. Expérience positive: Horrible operating hours Was a member of this gym for the past 3 yrs. Left 2 months ago because they keep cutting back the hours of operation. Used to be open on Saturday and Sunday till 9pm. Then changed to 7pm. Then a lil bit later they changed Friday from 10pm to 9pm. Im sorry the gym is great equipment is great. They have dozens and dozens of employees and I don't know why they can't stay open later. Instead they keep cutting there hours of operation. Finally just left and joined a gym with better operating hours. Gym is very nice though, I hope this review doesn't come across as a negative one for club 16. But just got sick of them closing earlier and earlier. Will gladly join again if they can stay open later.

Expérience fantastique: Great GYM overall. Has good equipment and its well maintained. The staff is nice and helpful. The one thing I would change is that I feel for a GYM this size, the closing time is pretty early. Most places go to 11:00 PM which helps manage the big crowds in the evening.

Expérience positive: Been a member for a few months now. Pretty decent gym but it does tend to get over crowded at times, specifically Mon-Wed at 6-8 pm. It's a little too overcrowded and not cleaned enough (too many tissues on the ground) for my taste so gave it 4 out of 5 stars.

Expérience fantastique: Only great things to say about my trainer, Trevor Nguyen, who worked with me between January to May 2024. I had a rough time going to the gym consistently in 2023, but Trevor helped me get back on track. From day one, he took into account my goals, my previous injuries and my body type. Even when I had suffered minor concussion symptoms and a hamstring injury during my basketball season, Trevor was very accommodating and tailored my workouts so I could heal while maintaining strength. Trevor was always fully present and engaged at each session, ensuring I used correct form, updating my progress week-to-week, and able to adapt the workouts based on the equipment available. Most importantly, Trevor is a great motivator and always happy to share his excitement and knowledge of health and fitness. Would recommend him to anyone at any fitness level!

Expérience négative: Would give a better review because the gym is pretty large but nobody checks the washrooms frequently enough and I slipped on a massive unmarked puddle today in the girls change room and got soaked from it and hurt my wrist. Super unsafe given there was no sign cautioning people of the floor and it looked like it had been like that for some time. Lucky I didn’t hurt myself more seriously or this would be a different kind of conversation. Very disappointed in what happened today and will be switching to a different club 16 location to avoid injury due to negligence of the staff. :) do better.

Expérience négative: Very disappointing in terms of customer service and payment and refund transparency. Two weeks after sign in I found the gym very busy and sometimes I should wait for the treadmill, so I asked for cancellation. Then I found out I should pay enhancement fee because of two days delay in addition to one month payment in advance. I try to talked to manager about enhancement fee, and went in person but she was so busy to talk even 5-10 min , however I mentioned I work far and can’t be in gym before 5 pm. and today I am taking a day off . At the end I have been asked to send an email, which was responded after 4 days. About transparency, staff told me there is timeline for that fee I was late for 2 days , so I should pay enhancement fee , but manager says as soon as you sign in you should pay, on the other hand I can’t find reference of none of these responses in contract, toooo confusing. The worst thing , is in the email I clearly ask for cancellation my membership but it wasn’t addressed at all. Email sent on April 29 and now we are mid May , obviously I should pay one extra again because the request ignored. Unfortunately not recommended at all.

Expérience fantastique: Trevor Nguyen is an incredible personal trainer. I went from being the fittest I’ve ever been in my life as a 50 year old woman to being even fitter and more sculpted. My body fat went from 29% to 22% in the 3 months that I had personal training. Trevor went above and beyond to not only challenge me the way I asked him to, but he also helped me with my posture and form when weightlifting. He was never distracted during our sessions and was completely focused on helping me achieve results that went way beyond my expectations. Because of Trevor’s dedication to his clients, I will sign up for more personal training sessions early in 2025 once I feel like I need that extra push. For now, I am confident I can implement all of Trevor’s teachings and I’m excited to see what I accomplish with my fitness for the remainder of the year.

Expérience négative: Honestly gym and staff are pretty decent, the gym is busy but it's also pretty cheap. Other than the "club improvement fees" which get charged every 6 months or a year. Unfortunately equipment is often broken and sometimes takes too long to be fixed, as well as only having one pec deck and when cables are busy there will be a wait. Low stars for company policy. We canceled our membership 30 days ahead to avoid fees. Made another payment 5 days ago (automatic off the card) and went in and were told our memberships were canceled. Even though we canceled on the 15 of last month, payment came put on the 1st or 2nd and on the 5th we were told our memberships were expired. Also just paid the club improvement fee on top of that. It's not a bad gym for most people but be aware of the policies and don't expect much. Avoid busy times and it's great, just sucks if your schedule doesn't allow for that.

Expérience fantastique: I joined Club 16 (Langley Bypass) late Feb 2024. The staff were very helpful in helping figure out a personal trainer who would work best for me given my condition. A little insight into where I was when I started here. I was diagnosed with a physical condition early 2020 which resulted in greatly limiting my mobility. My transition from a well functioning active adult to a mobility deficient person was very swift and I was suddenly facing a crisis which was hard to come to terms with. Simple day to day movements and performing basic tasks like walking and doing household chores were challenging. This unfortunately continued for a long time until Feb 2024 when I decided I had to take the leap forward and start with minimal exercise. With the intent of avoiding injury during this process, I signed up with a personal trainer- Trevor Nguyen with the hope to continue exercise and get better mobility without injury. My goals were pretty basic to begin with but again I was fearful of small things like losing balance and falling while walking/squatting/ sitting and not being able to get back up again by myself. I am thrilled to share my results after training 2 months with Trevor. On a 10 point scale, my ability to walk and move has improved by an 8. I can perform squats and bend at my knees (although I may still need some support at times) and am not afraid to sit on the floor and get up by myself. The constant inflammation in my knees and ankles has almost disappeared and my feet look normal again. My hands and wrists which hurt every day and appeared inflamed, look so normal now and don’t hurt- period. These surely are very small changes but just getting here has been very hard for me. Thanks to Trevor, his patience and expert ability to guide me through the exercise routines, keeping me focused and motivating me every session (ensuring zero injury) has helped me progress to where I am now. I feel stronger and more confident on my road to recovery than I ever was. Thanks to Trevor, I look forward to my training session, seek small challenges and gain small wins. To sum it all, I did not think I was going to make this progress in this short period of time. I wanted to say thank you all at Club 16, especially Trevor Nguyen for being such a big part of my journey in gaining my life back. I could not have done this without your support and guidance.

Expérience fantastique: The club has such a huge floor space with tons of equipment to use. The staff is great and I want to point out Taya in the sales department. Her professionalism and helpfulness is exceptional. She is knowledgeable and friendly and I wish more people in sales and customer service were like her.
Expérience négative: If I could give this gym a negative review I would. They hit you with a sign-up fee over $100 and a gym improvement fee of $60 every 6 months. I just ended up paying because I thought it'd be a good gym. Not once have I've been able to complete my workout without another gym member asking to use the bench you're on or machine. Dumbbells are impossible to use because of the lack of benches available. Sometimes, even the treadmills are all full. I've ended up taking 4 hours at the gym one time because of the insane amount of times I had to stop my workout for other people who would end up taking over the bench. They'll ask to work in but they don't, they just ignore you because there's nothing you can do. I tried canceling my membership after I moved, and they charge over $200 to cancel without proof of moving. So I'm stuck paying $80 of unused gym time before I'm able to prove I live in another province. They definitely do not care about you, just your money

Expérience négative: If I could give zero stars, I would I went into cancel my membership last year with my partner we both cancelled it and then I proceeded to be charged a membership for about a year went into cancel it after already cancelling it with an employee who no longer works there, who did not do his job properly so I lost around $350 with no reimbursement and still had to pay to cancel my membership when it should’ve been done right the first time even though I signed a document to cancel they have no copy of it nor no recollection, or any proof of it, and therefore are keeping all the money they’ve been charging me for the past year. It should’ve been cancelled a year ago gym to get a membership at.

Can be certain their mistake will lead to a penalty charge on my account now which will in turn result in another morning wasted to remove the upcoming charge. What a joke.

Dec 16th update Unfortunately, this review still stands true. Gym equipment is strewn about the gym. No matter the time of the day you go, and equipment remains broken or in disrepair. Doesn't appear staff do any kind of end of day clean as week after week I see the same random stuff left in corners all around the gym. Plates dumbbells and the turf area equipment stand out as being a mess.

Membership prices are a little steep, but I genuinely feel from my drop in visit someone would get what they pay for when going consistently. Kicked off my morning with Sauna bed, some red light therapy and a hydra massage Hit up the golf turf after that to stretch out. Doing cardio now and writing this review cause when you discover something great in life that is going to move you in the best direction, it's your responsibility to share it with others so they can experience the same thing. Expérience fantastique: I really like this gym. I have a corporate deal through work for the Elite membership. I did the 3 day free pass to try everything out and make sure I would like it. The She's Fit woman's only section is great. They have more machines than other gyms I've been to. Vince was great, he gave my friend and I the tour, set us up for the 3 day passes and set an appointment to go over sign up options. I love the cocoon and the hydromassage bed. It's quite busy during after work hours, but a workout at lunch could be a nice choice.

Expérience fantastique: I just wish they were open until 9 or 10pm everyday. 7pm on certain days is too early. Its a good gym overall tho. It gets really busy most of the time so if the opening hours were longer maybe the crowd wouldnt be as big. Also wish there would be another club 16 built somewhere between the langley location and the fleetwood area. There isnt enough locations in the area.

Expérience positive: Phenomenal gym. Lots of space, lots of top-tier equipment. Few days a month it’s busy but majority of the time it’s good and I always have a solid workout. Always clean. Great community, and excellent staff that are always eager to assist and talk to members. Especially Bri or Bhreagh idk how to spell her name, who always tunes in and has assisted me with multiple issues. I’d give it a 5/5 but sometimes certain equipment is broken for too long or things go missing.

I'm a firm believer that the front desk staff really make or break when it comes to first impressions for any company, and Bhreagh especially never failed to make a great first impression during my first year here! Expérience négative: I would like to start by saying that signing up for a gym membership was one of the exciting things I did a few weeks ago until it turned into a very negative experience for my daughter and me. We were signed up for regular membership as well as group personal training at Club 16-Langley. We cancelled the personal training, as the trainer was not taking on new clients, and left it to us to find another trainer. Since that cancellation, I have been told that there is an issue with my account and although I came in several times to handle it, no one from the club was able to help me. They claimed they are not sure what to do because there are no notes left on my file. Finally, I filled out an online form and asked if we could solve the account issue, and a day later, someone named Rebecca called me and said I had to pay an enrolment fee of over $100 for me and my daughter (even though there was a promotion going on at that time that membership fees were being waived). She did not believe that was the case, and when I requested a cancellation of the membership altogether, she said I have to pay a cancellation fee (not sure how much it is as she didn't mention it). I told her that I was not told by Taje (the representative who enrolled us) that our membership was a yearlong commitment when I signed up. She said there is no evidence that he didn’t say this to you. I realized that I was trapped into this membership and whether I stay or cancel, they want me to pay. So the next day, I went and decided to pay the enrolment fee only because the gym is closer to home. Once again, I was met with arrogance, utmost unprofessionalism, indifference, and spite. The girl name Taya (very unfriendly and hostile) asked me to take my picture for my membership as it is a required to have member’s photo on file (again something I was never told about during enrolment). When I refused to take a picture and said if it is required, I will take it another day, she said “I will take your picture, and that is the first thing I will do” making it sound like I have no choice. I told her that if needed, I will make an appointment and take a picture another day but she insisted and was ready to take a picture without my consent. I have no idea what is going on with management at this location. I have been a member for several years at Surrey Central and had no issues. But now that we moved closer to Langley, we wanted to go to this location. I am very disappointed in staff at the Club-16 Langley (they are in desperate need of receiving training in customer service and care). They are always ready to jump in and sign you up, but when an issue come up, they have no idea how to deal with it, and either avoid it, or go about it in a very unprofessional way. There is no customer service in this location, and staff at this location is rude and unprofessional to the extreme.

Some months even charged TWICE. Club 16 refuses to deal with this issue S we have been waiting for responses for weeks now. Talked to 3 different staff and nothing was done , contacted his bank as well as we have the statements available for viewing whenever you guys decide to answer our emails and solve this issue. Was informed by a customer service rep that a woman by the name Justine would be contacting me within 24-48 hours regarding the money you owe my father but absolutely nothing has been done. The membership with club 16 Langley was canceled on October 20th , 2022. (1 year ago) YET, my fathers account has been getting charged each and every single month for a membership that is non existent. Fix this mess. Unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous.

Expérience positive: I've been going to this gym for several months after having checked out essentially all the equivalent options in the Langley area. I've been pretty happy overall but a couple of small notes. I exclusively use the women's side, and it could benefit from having even more additional accessories (e.g., tricep ropes, barbell pads) than the recent ones added. These things either go walking between the women's and co-ed sides and aren't returned, or there just aren't enough to meet the demands given the number of machines and popularity of certain exercises. I also think the gym would benefit from posting, or advertising through the occasional breaks in music, etiquette reminders: wiping machinery down, returning equipment, and most importantly - not monopolizing equipment beyond a regular rest period btw. multiple sets. Too often, you find yourself waiting for a piece of equipment, while watching someone have a 10-minute conversation and holding up the machine, or scrolling through their phone well beyond rest periods.

Expérience positive: I've been a member of Club 16 for several years now and have used several different locations over that time. Langley is, by far, the nicest and most well equipped location of any of the 7 or 8 that Ive tried. It's big, well laid out and has mostly all the equipment anyone could really need. The overall vibe and energy of the gym are good, and the staff and members are all friendly and welcoming. The gym is relatively clean and well maintained. There is plenty of parking, the location is good and easily accessible and centrally located in Langley. There are a few issues with the gym, that can become quite aggravating when trying to get a good workout in. Firstly, the dumbbell organization is ATROCIOUS. Very often, the dumbbells are in the wrong spot, not in pairs, on the ground under the rack, or even clear across the gym in the stretching/turf area. I often spend the time between sets, organizing and replacing dumbbells to where they belong. One of the main reasons for this, in my opinion, is that a lot of the spots on the racks are not properly labelled. Perhaps a way to help mitigate this issue is to put up signs, kindly reminding/encouraging patrons to replace weights to their appropriate spots on the racks. Another possible solution is to have staff members do rounds periodically and put dumbbells where they belong. This issue is not only created by the members, but by the trainers on staff. I literally watched a trainer this morning tell his client to "put the dumbbells wherever", not the best example for other members and just reinforcing bad habits that cost others time and frustration. Secondly, the time it takes for equipment to be repaired seems excessively long. Based on logic, the most commonly used equipment sees the most wear and tear, so breaks most often, so when it's down for weeks at a time, it creates inconvenience for members who enjoy using those pieces. Thirdly, a few of the most commonly used pieces of equipment are next to impossible to get on without standing around waiting, and most people simply don't have the time for that. Key examples of this are the seated pectoral fly machine (pec deck) and cables. It would be great to see another pec deck and another set or two of cables added to the gym. We pay an annual club improvement fee, but I can honestly say, that I have not seen any significant investment in the improvement of the club.

Expérience fantastique: Absolutely awesome place to go to workout in stuff is always awesome and able to answer any questions I have very welcoming especially due to the fact that I have a disability (not all places are good at understanding what that means or even what that means) I’ve been going to the Langley location for a few months now and I just can’t find a place that has the right “style” the manager SAM is so fantastic and the personal trainers (Cody ABBY and RYAN) are by far the greatest in the universe! Not many places have that type of experience and training and support baked into the core from the beginning it’s pretty much a 2nd home for me and you can’t teach that or read it from a book and it’s wheelchair accessible Edit: the front desk staff is incredible especially SOFIA GIVES THE BEST HIGH FIVES EVER!

Expérience fantastique: trevor linden langley is one of my all time favourite gyms. it is big with almost every machine you can think of. lots of cardio machines as well as space to stretch. they have a very positive enthusiastic staff. i have had especially positive interactions with Breagh and Mico.

Expérience fantastique: I have been going to this gym for about 3 years now and it is my home away from home! Everything is always clean n tidy staff is very friendly but I just wanna give a huge shoutout to Bhreagh for always being the smile at the front door when you walk in always ready to help going the extra mile to remember customers!

Expérience positive: Taya is extremely kind and compassionate. The receptionists are pretty kind as well. However the music is way too loud to be able to hear any human voice. Membership fees or rates are very reasonably priced.

Expérience fantastique: I was unsure about some of the machines and a young lady named Katie set aside time to help me. She’s a sweetheart and extremely knowledgeable. If I had the money to get a personal trainer I would definitely buy training from her. The Langley location alone is big and clean, overall a great gym!

Expérience fantastique: Really love this location. Staff at the front desk is really friendly and professional, especially Simmy, she helped me with few issues with my membership. I used go to the Newton location but the staff is much better here.

Expérience négative: Everything was fine until I cancelled my membership last month and downgraded. They kept charging me the $20 biweekly rate and another $50 annual fee even though I’ve cancelled my membership and have been told that these would be waived or fixed. They say things, but then continue to charge you extra anyways so now I’m not sure what to do and they never have a manager available to speak to lmaoo

Expérience fantastique: The biggest green flag for me when it comes to a gym is being able to feel like I am there to work out and better myself and not feel like I am stuck in a zoo. With previous experience myself working in a gym, I am aware how tough and annoying it can be to close out a gym, clean everything up, and make sure everyone and their mother’s are out of the building. With that said last night was my first night working out so late in a while, and I am honestly surprised with how lively the two guys in the front were. Not only that they were fun and let everyone know that they were closing and even let us finish off what we were doing instead of kicking us out right away. i was fully expecting some glances from them with an expression on their face reading “get tf outta here pal”, but no? They were completely fine and it was almost like they knew that the last few sets are the ones that mattered and did not rush us to finish them, which in return could have caused injuries. It is small things like these that show how competent staff make or break a gym, and after last night, I definitely will be doing more late night workouts. Props to you Mico and Jai. One thing that does bother me however, is the lack of 100lbs dumbbells, but I suppose the variety of machines make up for that. Overall, a great gym with a decent machine selection and of course, some competent guys up front which is rare to see nowadays.

Expérience fantastique: The Langley Trevor Linden Club 16 staff are fantastic, I started off with a trainer to help me gain strength in my arms and legs, then with assistance of other team members shown how to use varies other equipment. All the staff are friendly and ready to assist or answer questions. The trainers are wonderful and patient. I enjoy my work outs 3 times a week

Expérience négative: Credit card was locked due to fraud activity therefore club 16 $8 charge failed. When I went in to update card they charged me $21 late fee. Very sharky business practice.

Expérience négative: If I could give this rating a zero, I would. Encountered the most disrespectful, arrogant, and rude person yesterday at the front desk, Simmy. Extremely condescending and non-assistant when it comes to doing her job and continuously started creating problems with me instead of assisting and doing her simple tasks of a worker. Kept making it a point that she didn’t mean to compliment me when I took her asking me my age as a compliment, as maybe I still appear younger than I look (casual and normal) then she proceeded to keep telling me that she “Didn't mean to compliment me, and didn’t even know who I was and she would never compliment me even if she did know me” ……. uncalled for, unprofessional and should not be working in a customer service position if she clearly is not up for the challenge. I’m pretty sure she overcharged my boyfriend and I for our drop-ins, $20 each when it says $10 online. Other front desk associates also just stood there and watched it happen without trying to resolve the issue, with her being new, and did not care to assist. I used to come to this gym consistently and did not run into any problems before — sadly Club16 is becoming a very unprofessional and unwelcoming environment with immature teens running the front desk and not knowing how to simply have manners. Club16, please do better with your staff and hire eligible associates. Someone with her attitude should never work in the customer service field. Completely unacceptable and uncalled for. Disappointed.
