The team provided exceptional service, especially when they kept my Apple Watch safe for over a month after I accidentally left it there. They went above and beyond to assist me with the recovery process, making the whole situation stress-free. I also had the pleasure of doing a personal training session with Sam, who was fantastic—knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping me reach my fitness goals. The facility itself is top-notch—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you could need for a great workout. It's unfortunate that the location is a bit too far for me to visit regularly, but if you're in the area, I can't recommend it enough. The customer service, professionalism, and overall experience make it a standout gym. 10/10!

The atmosphere all around is friendly and respectful. The facility is big enough that it doesn’t feel busy even during rush hours. Worth a few extra bucks.

Expérience négative: My Son signed up for 1 year contract last year, he called fitness world in August 2024 to cancel membership, he was assured all is taken care of and nothing is required from our side. My son checked his bank account and saw all the charges from Fitness world, we personally went to fitness world South Surrey on November 2nd to cancel and share our experience, we were assured a call back from the GM, nobody called back and I finally got hold of the GM and he assured we will get the refund but he will have to get approval from head office, it’s been 5 days and we were told 2 days max, called in today to learn GM is gone on Vacation, to Top it all my son got charged again yesterday, spoke to Danny the operations Manager she has no record of us cancelling the membership in August, apparently it can’t be done over the phone, why did the fitness world employee assured us in August that the membership is cancelled, we also learned they had a disgruntled employee who gave wrong information. Please be careful with the Membership.

He was a huge help getting me in with a day pass, and the facilities offered here are better than any gym I’ve been to, even where I live. Really great amenities, and the staff are all super friendly. I’ve been to lots of different gyms across Langley and Surrey and this one at Morgan Crossing is by far my favourite.

Not only does it have the best equipment, but the people that work at the gym are just so kind and caring for every single one of the members. One girl in particular named Erica who works there was so nice and was cracking jokes left and right. She honestly makes my day every time I go in there. Not sure she works there too much anymore but really wish she was because wow what a nice genuine person she is. Anyways make sure you get a membership at this gym pronto. You won’t regret it I assure you :)

The general manager Naas goes above and beyond to ensure that each member has a memorable experience. I had the pleasure of speaking with Samson, who answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction for my fitness goals. The gym itself is massive at 40,000 square feet, with everything you could possibly need for your workouts. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great gym experience!

The structure of the gym is excellent – everything is well-organized, and the facilities are top-notch. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making you feel welcome every time you walk in. The instructors are highly knowledgeable, providing great guidance and support during workouts. A special shoutout to Amanda, who has been amazing! She is not only knowledgeable but also joyful and always caring. She makes sure you're doing the exercises correctly and encourages you to push yourself in the best way possible. I’ve been taking her workx classes, and they’ve been incredible! One of the highlights for me is the amazing child space, which has been a lifesaver! It’s comforting to know my little one is in a fun and safe environment while I focus on my fitness. It's been two years since I last stepped foot in a gym, having moved to Canada not long ago, and I’m so glad I chose Fitness World South Surrey to get back into it. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout experience with a community feel!

Group classes are usually no more than 8 people that’s what I really like it about! Brent is such an awesome trainer, he customize the specific schedule that most fits my condition, and he watches carefully how I do in order to make adjustments if needed. Overall, I love this place, great job FW!

At 58, with lots of experience in health and fitness, I thought I knew my body well, but Tony brought a fresh perspective that was exactly what I needed. Having suffered from severe anteroslisthesis and various other skeletal and muscular issues, sitting for more than 20 minutes was a painful ordeal. Tony, with his keen assessment skills and personalized approach, crafted a program that addressed my specific needs. Thanks to Tony, I now work out not just for health but with genuine pleasure, free from the pain that once dictated my daily activities. The most significant improvement? The equipment is top-tier, always clean and I never have to wait for a squat rack or stair climber (YES). Also the CLOUD chairs and Normatech's are *chefs kiss* to the whole experience and I'd suggest giving these fancy things a try during the next recovery day. A big THANKFUL shout out to the ladies in child minding, Mei and Dhruv from the front desk, Amanda and Jing from the PT department, Olga, BoBae and Brent as instructors, Naz as the all around source for good vibes, positive energy and words of encouragement - you all have been amazing since I've joined this community.
