Expérience positive: Park lane mall is in a very prominent location but the stores options inside are rather lacklustre and make the place feel like a failing mall going out of business. The only stores that make the place feel upscale/big businesses are Dollarama, NSLC express, Artisans Hair Salon, Cineplex, and The Source. All the other businesses are desperate attempt to fill in the gaps. A small fast food court would’ve been essential in a busy downtown area, to bring in costumers and have daily visitors. The signage and names used out front some of the lacklustre businesses look bad in some places making the mall feel very out dated. The gyms and supplement stores, no name random clothing stores, overpriced and badly decorated coffee shops, travel kiosks, oddly placed convenience stores and sweet shops and self health/spa shops are what make the place feel ‘Lost’ in my opinion.

Expérience positive: It's a mall! John David Shoes is probably the best store in it. Guess the Dollarama is handy too. Good to see new tenants filling up the main floor.

Expérience fantastique: I have been coming here for years. Great stores , a large modern cinema , loads of parking, close to everything in downtown and always clean and fresh looking.

Expérience positive: Went to ParkLane Mall with my 10 yr old grandaughter. We were actually quite shocked that the Mall really is no longer like a Mall. Only a certain amount of select stores or boutiques which most have high pricing. The only stores that seemed to be affordable to the average customer were BlueNotes, Dollarama, a few little stores to purchase a drink or snack, then the Movie theater. I will say that BlueNotes had a great sale on and the customer service was fantastic, the woman at the checkout was so awesome and even though the store was over crowded and the line up Neverending, she was very calm, so pleasant and smiling. This is not something you see to often anymore. Was nice to see, though she did seem to be doing so much by herself even with other employees working. Though there were many ppl shopping in the store due to the sale, their store was kept very clean, and tidy. Clothes being put back or folded and placed back as should be. Awesome store!! The Dollarama is a nice one and it also seems to be kept quite clean, not having stock all over the place and making the aisles difficult to walk down. Employees were helpful, nice and polite. I was just very sad to see that the Mall has become the way it has. Some stores that ppl love to shop in should be included in this Mall as it does need more stores. Especially where it is situated right on Spring Garden Rd, in a busy section of Halifax. However, the Mall is very Sunny, clean, and bright.

Expérience positive: A pretty looking shopping mall... It's just that when we went in, everything was basically closed or was closing. Seems like the shops in the mall close very early. Not sure how they make money if they close so early. The shopping malls that I go to close at like 10 to 11 pm. And the shops inside close later like late.

Expérience positive: Not the biggest mall but if the last time you were here was mid-covid give it another go!! there are so many more shops now. Lots of high end places I can't afford but there are a couple mid-priced places which are worth seeing for sure!! Plus the dollarama

Expérience négative: Due to lack of parking space and very high charges for parking fees, we avoid to visit downtown malls. Otherwise Park Lane Mall is a place, likely to visit.

Expérience positive: A decent mall with cinema shops n restaurants inside. there is also some space for people to sit when tired or they can discuss with each other.

Expérience positive: Went to the NSHA Allergy clinic. Mall was closed when we got there, but open by the time we left. Mall was clean with lots of neat stores.

Expérience négative: The dollarama and movie theater is basically all this place has going for it. So unless you need those 2, don't waste your time. Or do. I don't care.

Expérience négative: Doors were unlocked after an hurricane ended so naturally I went to walk in only to be yelled at by a very rude security guard. She should have said sorry the mall isn't open but instead she yelled No Entry The Mall is friggen closed.

Expérience positive: The mall was on emergency power and we just did a walk-through since all the stores were closed. Did notice that the mall was very clean.

Expérience positive: Less stores but it certainly is worth the visit. If you're not looking to travel far to the larger malls this is lovely to pop into.

Expérience négative: The roof was leaky, some of the elevators and escalators didn't work, and there were a few small stores, but other than the cineplex, nothing really entertaining.

Expérience fantastique: This mall is in a great location where is in the gate to the Downtown Halifax. Here and the nearby is able to meet almost all of your demanding !

Expérience fantastique: Looks like a newly made or newly renovated mall. It has lot of varieties of shops. It has some Indian restaurants and a Cineplex Movie theatre.

Expérience positive: Like all Halifax malls, it's a bit too focused on cash cows like fast fashion. Would love to see a small grocer & other essentials to make this a one-stop shop. Location & bike parking are good now that SGR has been revamped. I parked my bike with my trailer and everything right outside - closer than any car could get!

Expérience positive: My favorite theatre in Halifax. Just because of the crowd. Its different than the Imax crowd. They're more into the movie. If something funny is happening everyone laughs. If it's suspenseful you can feel the tension in the room. Maybe the difference is the crowd is younger? I'm not sure but I'll prefer any movie there to the big box theatres. Much more lively. Took a star off because the screens could use an update.

Expérience négative: If the fall of malls and retail had a name it would be the park lane mall. If you ever wanted to get hareased by hoodlems than by all means take a crack at a stroll through there.

Expérience positive: Went to see the Asthma and Allergy doctor in the mall. Mall looks pretty nice, all the offices crammed on the upper floors can make it a bit tricky to navigate though. Luckily the customer service there is great!

Expérience positive: Park lane is a clean, small, and conveniently located mall in downtown Halifax on Springgarden. Housing a few retail stores that make running errands downtown easier and more accessible. Supplement King, NSLC, and Cineaplex are a few stand outs for me. Definitely great for what it is!

Expérience fantastique: Went for cineplex! Parking was a maze but when we eventually figured it out it was great! We love the little food court here and its the only place in Atlantic that my hubs will eat Biryani from... check out the little place called Adda.

Expérience négative: There isn't much to do at Park Lane anymore. The Cineplex is nice, but if you're looking for a place to hang out, get lunch, of even just go shopping, you'd be better off going to Scotia Square, HSC, or the MicMac Mall in Dartmouth.

Expérience fantastique: I go here several times a week to use the Goodlife gym since I have the ultimate membership and can hit up any location ( almost $45 every two weeks tho...) Also a great spot to sit and eat after I work out as I always bring the same spinach/chicken salad with me for lunch everyday. I can hit up the Dollar Store too or Gentle Touch for a facial..it has been a while.. lol So yeah , Park Lane is definitely a decent mini mall for this area.

Expérience négative: Not a fan of park lane. Cold sterile unhappy feeling mall. Not much value except the dollar store and sportchek . Takes forever to get around . Also not many good stores there. Halifax shopping center (HSC) is much better in my opinion.

Expérience positive: Cute quaint mall. Clean and looked after(from what a customer can see). There are quite a few shopping options to browse. Neat food places to explore. Clean bathrooms. Movie theatre. Gym. And more to enjoy. I notice that when you look in the store window from Spring Garden road, there always seems to be a new store there, not sure if rent is high or if they aren’t getting enough customers. Id love to see local shops being featured in this mall(at a decent rent so they can survive) as it is the heart and centre of spring garden.

Expérience négative: A good place for some food and Cineplex, but not for shopping. Many shops are closed now and nothing much to explore.

Expérience positive: Wonderful small mall! But the security is horrible. Toxic, understaffed, and kick people out for the stupidest reasons. I saw a group of kids carrying around sitting at a table. One of the guys accidentally dropped a piece of trash off the balcony. The power tripping security guard yelled at the guy and without any warnings beforehand banned him for 3 months. Although the guy apologized and offered to pick it up and to behave more. All of them were asked to leave the building, I thought it wasn't right. I called the phone line many times to report but was left with a voicemail, I still haven't gotten a answer after a year.

Expérience positive: As the largest shipping centre in Halifax, Park Lane has everything you need! Coming from Toronto the shopping choices here were pretty similar (minus exclusive boutiques like Gucci etc.). It feels clean (COVID considerate) and it's not super crowded during weekdays. Lots of parking but a bit awkward to walk to if you don't drive.

Expérience positive: I haven't been out shopping much like most people but had business at the mall so did some browsing . With less foot traffic it was quiet so checked out places I hadn't shopped at before.

Expérience positive: This a great mall having sufficient seating arrangement for people. You can find different shops of spa, clothes, dollarama store,food and movie hall. Sometimes, clothes boutique gives discount up to 80%.

Expérience fantastique: Five stars this place because there is a poster store on the bottom level of this mall that is a locally owned store. The owner is amazing is always having sales buy one get ones and even throws in posters just because. Thank you.

Expérience fantastique: Lots of businesses and office spaces in Park Lane. They also have a good life workout facility with a convienently located supplement store just above it. One of the cleanest malls I've been in with arrows on the floor to keep people within Covid-19 rules from each other.

Expérience fantastique: I was at the dollar store and the staff were friendly , not sure how comfortable I was checking out my own stuff .but all in all it was a good day there .

Expérience positive: Only come here for Dollarama and the source, always nice and clean, few food court deals downstairs with the theater.
