Your feedback is important, and we rely on hearing from our potential clients even when communication systems break down and the reviews are not a 5-star review. Rest assured, I have my thumb on the pulse of all our communication channels, including phone calls, emails, text messages, Facebook, and Instagram messages. I don’t know what happened, and I apologize. Our clients are at the heart of our business, and we work hard to exceed their expectations. We understand you’re feeling disappointed about not being able to reach us, and again we are sorry this happened. Furthermore, our CrossFit gym like many other CrossFit gyms are only staffed during the hours as per the schedule on our website. So, if you dropped by outside those hours of operation, likely nobody would be there. There’s also a sign beside the door that has our website on it and a number you can call or text. Oh and one last thing we don’t pay anyone to leave a google review, those reviews are from our members and we work very hard to get them.
