Expérience fantastique: What an experience! I was new to CrossFit and nervous at first but Perry and his team took the time to ease me in to the sessions. A-Class training. If you are thinking about giving it a chance talk to Perry and he will let you try out a session before you commit to the membership. All of the members are great people, very friendly and supportive.
