RESOLUTION FITNESS was a wonderful source throughout all of the "Purchase/Shipping/Follow-up" procedures during the acquisition of this unit. Paul Gabay is a very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient Owner/Salesperson. His professional manner, and desire to satisfy his customers' needs - are challenging to find in this current era. Expérience fantastique: Paul Gabay and Resolution Fitness are the epitome of consumer stewardship which despite a serious hiccup in the delivery completed a difficult transaction to my satisfaction! Although the barbells I was interested in were priced below cost at XTC fitness, they were impossible to get a timely response on even measurements of the products of interest. Puzzled at the below cost from York pricing, Paul sharpened his pencil and provided a competitive price I could live with! Being at home when the delivery arrived, my partner and I observed UPS throw the barbells off the back of the truck prior to literally dragging them up the steps to our home – UPS subsequently and true to form denied liability for the damages while leaving Resolution Fitness and York to “Make it Right” out of their own pockets. Kudos to Paul to always being available either by phone or email and his prompt replies and over the top efforts in resolving the shipping issues while making sure I was satisfied with the outcome! Paul Gabay and Resolution fitness you are stars in my book!
