Expérience fantastique: good place to teach children, with fun and new skills

Expérience fantastique: We had our 3 year old daughter’s birthday here and we were so impressed with Pam and Randy and we had the best time! Pam was so kind and helpful to deal with and Randy was SO good with the kids. We will for sure be returning for parties and more. Cannot rave enough about our experience at this place!

Expérience négative: Wish I could give 5 stars, and I would have before a dress code based on gender was implemented. I requested an explanation for the rule that females 6 years+ must wear a bodysuit, while boys can wear shorts and shirts. I wasn’t not provided an explanation except “for safety” and claims they are following the Alberta Gymnastics Federation handbook (which I cannot find anything except for competition dress codes). After asking again, I was told I can remove my child, so essentially “like it or leave it”. I advocated for my child’s well-being and gender equality, and was met with zero understanding and no reasonable explanation. Would recommend going elsewhere or a different sport, which we will be doing. Editing my review to a one star for the flippant and sarcastic reply. Learn some professionalism. You still haven’t elaborated as to what “safety” this rule applies to. Additionally, the comparison to swimming attire is ridiculous and irrelevant. Again, why can a six year female not wear a T-shirt to recreational gymnastics? Other gymnastics facilities do not have this rule, so before you say “safety” again, perhaps you should consider what exactly you’re “safeguarding.”

Expérience fantastique: Coach Randy is great with my kids in their classes. They enjoy coming back every week. He is kind, friendly and goes the extra mile. This place is great for all ages.
