Expérience fantastique: I have been going to Coast Fitness for a few months now and absolutely love it! The classes are full of variety and allow me to try many exercises I wouldn't if I were going to a gym. If you struggle with motivation to workout definitely go to Coast and sign up for a few classes :)

Expérience positive: Great friendly fun place to work out. Classes are challenging but fun and every class give the option to work at your level of fitness. Passes are a bit pricey for Powell river but you have the option of joining the energy exchange team to volunteer time in exchange for passes .

Expérience fantastique: A Google review is certainly overdue for the lovely ladies at Coast! Fun classes, knowledgeable trainers and a friendly, supportive space where I've been able to get back on track and remember to look after myself! Highly recommend

Expérience fantastique: Best gym ever!! Everyone who works there are very knowledgeable and make the work outs fun. All ages, gender and size. No one will ever feel uncomfortable going there. Prices are reasonable
