Expérience fantastique: I love my experience and time at Rideau Crossfit! From my first trial day everyone was so welcoming and I knew right away I wanted to workout here. It has been over 2 years and I have safely worked out through a pregnacy and now post-partum with a baby. Coaches Mark and Joyce have been great to modify workouts as needed and suggest accessory work to help with my areas of need. They also motivate me to push myself so 7 months after having a baby I am making PR's and loving it! The members are great too; it is a tight-knit group that is so welcoming to new-comers. I think anyone considering Crossfit should come out Rideau for some fitness and fun!
