Expérience négative: We love that there is a bowling alley in town, something to do in the winter and slow months. However the gym and the entire bowling alley was gross/ dirty. When you walk in the front door floors covered in dirt, the gym bathrooms not cleaned the bowling alley had piled up garbage at opening from the night before, the bathrooms had garbage all over them, dirty toilets and sinks. The staff do nothing but sit on their phones, we made a comment about it and the staff seemed to not care how gross the building was.

Expérience fantastique: I was shopping around for a gym and went here first. Great atmosphere, wide selection of equipment, and friendly staff.

Expérience négative: Staff are nice when signing up then ignore you after that, no have a nice day or anything unless you say it, equipment is in shambles falling apart, rusty, I would not recommend to a single gym goer. Not to mention the “outside training area” looks like a rusty tetnis work yard. I am seriously amazed this has any positive reviews and people pay for it. The only saving grace is the younger Indian guy who works there he is an absolute beauty and deserves a raise. Other then that it’s a dump

Expérience fantastique: Vengeance Fitness is a great place to workout it's clean, bright and has decent equipment. The staff is very welcoming and informative and the people that workout there are very friendly. I am from out of town and have met a lot of great people there.

Expérience positive: The bowling alley was sprayed with oil. I stepped over the line on my first throw. My foot slipped on oil. I went straight back. Hit my head and bruised my side. Three weeks later, still have a bump. I attended the Penticton hospital to check out pain in my side. I would suggest keeping oil away from the throw line.

Expérience fantastique: Excellent facility. You can tell that the owner Danny selected and laid out the gym thoughtfully. My brothers and I dropped in here on vacation, this place has it all. We especially enjoyed the outdoor "boneyard" for some summer time training. We will return.

Expérience fantastique: Highly recommend Vengeance gym, I love the option to use the key code to get in , if you are an early bird! Check out their personal training and group fitness classes, you will not be disappointed! They also carry different products and supplements!

Expérience fantastique: Dropped in with my bros while in Osoyoos on vacation. 10$ drop in is well worth it as this gym contains tons of great equipment including many different types of old school machines. We enjoyed the outdoor area during the second half of the workout. VENGENCE

Expérience fantastique: This gym is the place to workout!!!! Clean, lots of different equipment, friendly staff and people in general! Also has a tanning bed and nice clean bathrooms with showers! A truly wonderful place to workout!

Expérience fantastique: Moved to Vancouver but still consider this my home gym. Have been a member for 12 years and couldn’t find a better place to workout. Equipment is clean and dumbbells range from light to heavy af. Familiar faces and great owner/staff who are always friendly and ALWAYS cleaning. Look forward to coming home in the summer for workouts.

Expérience fantastique: Hands down the best gym in south okanagan. The community , the staff and the cleanliness of the gym is spot on. The equipments are great and not to forget the only gym in the south that has a outside gym with big tires to flip, inside gym you have everything you could ever need. Jess and everyone really takes care of everyone coming in to the gym they really do know How to make everyone feel welcomed . She will push you though if she sees you slacking. It's never too busy, all the equipment you need to work out is there and accessible and above all else the staff are absolutely amazing! If you have any questions about working out or diet they are more than happy to help you out Very good atmosphere to work out on and almost all of the gym members are very friendly. I highly recommend this gym for all ranges of physical capabilities. Did I also mention they have an outdoor gym in the summer and many classes to attend! Expérience fantastique: What can I say? Been a long time member. Its Clean, and I can see staff sanitizing equipment, and cleaning all day long. good selection of machines and free weights. (For those guys who need em' they actually have large dumbells!! Up to 140's) Always a comfortable place. I recommend to everyone.

Expérience fantastique: I love this gym! I’ve been a personal trainer & self defence instructor for 10 years. I’ve trained in many different gyms in many different countries around the globe. This facility is super clean & well maintained, it has up to date equipment, friendly & attentive staff, good lighting (yes it matters, no one wants white lights like high school ), and there’s plenty of room to do your thing. And my favourite part is their separate & private studio, with full mirrors, bars, bikes, and lovely new hardwood floors( floors become important when you’re a coach : ) where I spent a fair amount of my training time exercising in private. They also have an outdoor gym with punching bags, & machines & gear that give it an industrial feel. If there was more then five stars I would give them. And last but certainly not least, they’re very affordable. You seriously can’t go wrong here. Thank you Vengence team. You all made me feel welcome every time I’ve come. ❤️

Expérience positive: Staff is nice, and welcoming. Not giving this a 5 star, because the age of the equipment. Its a old gym we all know, but really hope you guys get better dumbbells and stuff because it would really help. GREAT GYM AND STAFF!
