Expérience fantastique: Amazing gym staff, great quality equipment , open 24/7, clean and great vibes

Expérience négative: very old equipment, unwelcoming staff. On weekends there’s young kids here sometimes (young as in under ten). I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone.

Expérience fantastique: Borden's has enough equipment that it doesn't feel overcrowded, and being available 24 hours a day makes it an obvious choice for the fitness center in Norfolk

Expérience fantastique: I love the convenience of this place been going for two months now I like that it’s 24 hours cute little gym everyone that goes there is respectable cleans up for the most part after themselves some older equipment but it works gets the job done. Staff seem nice and nice little addition to Waterford. Thanks Borden’s

Expérience négative: The equipment is on par with most decent home gyms The staff yells at people for taking machines they haven’t used in 45 minutes They are selling a scam workout program for “free” that “they” created and yet 3 other small gyms in Norfolk advertised the same pictures, and program. They got certified to be trainers by a company from the Middle East (sports performance institute out of Lebanon) with less then 48 hours of training experience. The owners are rude, they take up the only parking spots in front of the gym and expect the members to walk from public parking, constantly gossip about everyone l, the female owner and female staff make fun of other females in-front of members… Membership pricing and billing changes without any heads up and it is always to increase the price. Machines break and remain broken for 4-5 months They make you pay for a key fob with a reimbursement later but removed them all together so they owe 300~ people $25 Pro- excellent water dispenser

Expérience négative: Staff are terrible, and extremely rude. They’ll vacuum around you the entire time you are trying to workout. Half of the dudes going there are all “gym bro” mentality. And the staff engage in rude conversations with them. It’s a very negative environment there. If you want a good gym, I wouldn’t recommend going here. Especially NOT during the day when staff are working. Go at 1am when no one’s there to bother you. Wish there were other gyms around to go too because this one is horrible as far as staff.

Expérience négative: great gym, love coming here. Minus the fact that the staff decide to randomly start cleaning. They get in the way and quite frankly it ruins the vibe of the workout. Vacuuming while people are trying to get a workout in is quite annoying.. I’m sure there’s other times during the day when that can be done.. I appreciate they have a job to do.. but maybe think about the fact that people are trying to workout ? I could hear the vacuum on even with my headphones on at full blast. It’s just annoying. Plus the fact that it feels like they are monitoring you during your workouts. Some of the staff are quite friendly while others are just straight up rude and judgmental. I hate coming here during the day because of this. Id rather come at 2am when nobody is here.

Expérience fantastique: Great gym! Clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Plenty of free weights and machines so I never have to wait for equipment. Plus I can always fit it into my schedule because it's open 24hrs!

Expérience fantastique: I don’t know why there are any bad reviews on here!! I would give this place 5 stars always - Toronto quality (industrial vibe) but in Waterford! This is literally the only gym worth going to in Norfolk County - amazing equipment, vibe, reasonable prices, super clean, and flexible HOURS which is so so important (24/7). I am so grateful for this gym and if you’re thinking of signing up, just do it! Very big inside as well, 2 floors and they always change up/improve the equipment.

Expérience négative: I paid for 1 year upfront so would definitely not recommend for anyone to do that. After many calls finally got through to someone hoping to get some of the $700 i paid to attend 10-15 times back as I moved also was not comfortable attending during covid . Chased and called since January to cancel during lockdown but was told we aren't following those rules by province you can still come in and many times employees took my information down and no one ever called back to resolve. Apart from that for a small town decent gym 24/7 just not professional at all. Will update once I have a resolution spoke to Jenna one of the owners finally... Updated.

Expérience fantastique: Extremely clean and professional gym. Excellent customer service. This gym has all the equipment you need to pursue your aesthetic and physical fitness goals. The owners are hands on and the staff is amazing. One staff member that sticks out is Barb who is courteous polite and knowledgeable with all things fitness related.

Expérience fantastique: All you need in a small town gym! Open 24 hours, generally not overly busy, friendly staff, personal training services, classes, and tanning services with options! My personal favourite gym in Norfolk County!

Expérience négative: Dont hv month to month or highschool rates only university rates strts in May goes to end of August when highschool doesnt get out till end of June . Tried to keep money in Waterford but not paying over 75 .00 dollars a month .
