Expérience fantastique: I am a middle aged man who was simply looking to get some exercise on the tread mill, while lifting moderate weights. The first thing I noted was the price. Jerry's rates are more-than-reasonable and the cheapest I've found. This gym had everything I needed from cardio equipment to free weights and machines to hit every muscle group. I found the atmosphere to be very friendly and Jerry was always around to assist in any way he could. I normally worked out either first thing in the morning or later at night as to miss the high-school crowd. I highly recommend this place.

Expérience fantastique: I really want to thank Jerry for the hospitality. If you're interested in learning how to lift this place is for you. I am visiting my parents and needed a place where I could properly rest between sets, because last time I went to beach walk the community shooed me off the bench. From the moment I walked in I knew it was exactly where I needed to be. Three competition bench/squat racks. Ivanko KG plates with proper collars and lots more. And the community in there is fantastic. One of the members even paid attention to me recording my rest times and would stop the conversation when he saw my timer go off and say "ill leave you to your lift". Then he helps me take the weights off my bar when I finished. Incredible!! What a gem of a place. If I lived in this area I would lift here 100% of the time. Kudos to you Jerry for building a solid community.

This is a humble gym which is focused on helping you achieve your best. The moment you step inside there is inspiration decorating all of the walls. In here you will strengthen your body but your mind and spirit.
