The trainers make sure to explain every exercise clearly, always offering options or alternatives. They are shame-free and are focused on all aspects of health and working with you to achieve whatever goals you want.

Expérience fantastique: They are an inclusive gym that is shame-free and weight neutral. They care both about my mental health and physical health. They are always looking for ways to make taking care of my body fun, inviting, and achievable!

Expérience fantastique: Amazing. I feel safe, supported, and understood here. Every exercise we do, I understand why we are doing it, and how it is helping me to reach my goals and how to do it at home.

Expérience négative: I would give them 0 stars if I could. This fitness company complained about the training sessions going on next door during the Covid-19 pandemic which caused the training sessions to be temporarily suspended. The sessions are for service dogs. Sorry, I didn’t realize a gym was more important than service dogs.

Expérience fantastique: Actually looking forward to going back. Great instructors who take the time to explain the purpose of the move and why you are doing it a certain way.
