Expérience fantastique: If you're worried about starting with a personal trainer, don't be with the staff here. They are all fantastic and will push you to get you towards your goal. I used to be very hesitant about lifting weights and felt like I didn't know what I was doing. 2 years later and I feel way more confident about lifting. Colby is my PT & I cannot recommend him enough.
