At MSC, everyone's so close and invested in each other that you will WANT to stay. Other than that: amazing coaches, great 1-1 sessions, best advice, FUN community events and meets ....they really take the time in curating workouts to help us be fit for life. Glad to have found this family. (1 year and counting :))

Expérience fantastique: If you're looking for a no fuss gym in Markham to do CrossFit, cross functional training, or olympic weightlifting then Markham Strength and Conditioning is your spot. The coaches here are friendly, knowledgeable, and take your progress seriously. The programming for CrossFit is on a par with the programming at repetutable gyms in New York and California so you'll compare well across regions. Great community of members and coaches too!
