Expérience fantastique: The secret sauce behind the CrossFit Machine Shop is that the owners are trainers by trade who know how to keep you safe no matter your level of fitness. Both Dean and Angie were trainers prior to CrossFit becoming popular so they are skilled at breaking down the move and will never encourage anyone to "just pick up the bar" until Angie and Dean are comfortable and confident that the person is ready. At the CrossFit Machine Shop your only competitor is you! Yes there are always other around to help you push yourself but everyone want YOU to succeed no mater where you finish in terms of a WOD. I would highly recommend the CrossFit Machine Shop over others in the Sherwood Park and surrounding market.

The class environment has pushed me to stretch my limits.The people are all awesome, coaches and members alike. Expérience fantastique: I love CrossFit and CrossFit Machine Shop is awesome. There is never a day where I have to drag myself to the gym since joining almost 4 months ago. In fact I find it difficult to take a day off! I love how there is always a trainer there to push you and correct techniques. I have never been able to push myself to workout hard enough on my own to get results. Also, don't be scared or intimidated to come in. They scale all the workouts to each persons abilities. Try it!
