From the first email communication, the owners Maggie and Lucas were very friendly and welcoming. At the class, the whole group was also very friendly. The gym is clean and well-equipped, and the workout was scalable to all levels. Highly recommended!!

I drove by this place every day for almost 4 years before finally checking it out, not knowing what I was missing! It has completely rejuvenated my health and fitness almost a year in now. I didn't even know what CrossFit was, but the coaches are patient, kind, and encouraging in helping you figure things out. I'll never go back to joining a "regular gym."

Expérience fantastique: I can't say enough good things about CFQB. Lucas and Maggie are awesome! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and unintimidating. (Completely different vibe than your standard fitness gym.) Safety was a big concern of mine with CrossFit and I'm so happy with how classes here are structured. Lots of focus on warming up the specific muscles you'll be using during the day's workout, as well as specific cool down exercises. The workouts are tiered also so you can adapt everything to your fitness level. And yes, the Crossfit "community" rumors are true - everyone here is great!
