Expérience fantastique: I stopped in for two morning classes while in town for a conference and felt like I had been a member for years. Kenzie, Sarah and the team are wonderful, the workouts are as tough as they come, but as hard as you make them and I couldn’t recommend it more. Will definitely be back when I’m in town next!

Expérience fantastique: Came by for a drop in on my way through a long drive. Sarah was unbelievably helpful to make sure I was able to get in and lift. Everyone is so kind and Facility is clean and well kept ! Will definitely be back again!!!

Expérience fantastique: I was always afraid of CrossFit. I thought I had to get in shape before joining. I thought the people would be scary. Couchiching CrossFit proved all of that to be completely not true! The environment and people are positive, friendly and supportive. Every workout I can scale to my fitness level while continuing to push myself and safely lift more than I thought possible. I feel stronger and over all more confident and have made some great friends. Highly recommend trying out a class- you will be obsessed! It’s the best gym I’ve ever gone to.

Expérience fantastique: Fantastic atmosphere! Great place to get your sweat on without judgement. The coaches are knowledgeable and take the time to make sure your doing the movements correctly I have MS and they have been very supportive, take the time to understand my limitations but push me to do the best I can!

I love starting my mornings with a good workout, it helps me gain clarity as I push past my limits and jump start my day. Couchiching CrossFit is a Great place for this. Uplifting people with like-minded goals, many friends made over the years. They just help to make the workout that much better and easier to bear. Love finishing my workout and then breaking out into a full on flop sweat, just makes me feel amazing! If you’re contemplating on trying it or on the fence, maybe a little scared, I would say just jump, it’s the first step that’s always the scariest! You won’t regret it!
