Expérience fantastique: A very respected gym with lots of dedicated members and coaches! I have no bad things to say about this gym! i would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to change there life through fitness!!!

Expérience fantastique: I have been apart of the CrossFit Crosscheck community for the past 2 months and have loved everyday of it. By far the best coaches and trainers I have ever had the privilege to work with. I have noticed indescribable results in the past 2 months and have nothing but excitement to see what my future at Crosscheck has in store for me. Expérience fantastique: I'm a Crossfitter visiting from Texas , I wanted to keep my Crossfit momentum and joined this one. Dan's a great Crossfit coach! Although I was only visiting for a few classes, Dan took the time to correct my form and showed me how to do the movements more efficiently. Whether your goal is to increase cardio, strengthen muscles or increase agility and balance, the various crossfit moves work on them all. Great supportive atmosphere and Crossfitters. Highly recommend this Crossfit box.

Expérience fantastique: Came in...Got coached and pushed pass the point of quitting....left sore and tired....told my friends....came back and did it again. If you want a good workout in a fun atmosphere and great surroundings come to Crossfit Crosscheck in Oakville. It's hard work based on your own abilities at a great price.

Expérience fantastique: Dan is awesome. I was looking into getting started on a fitness routine and did a lot of research on trainers and fitness facilities in the area. Met Dan after a phone call, did one session with Dan and immediately signed up. Dan makes every session very exciting, yet challenging. Dan is very friendly, encouraging, positive and puts you at ease. The classes are also wonderful, everyone is super welcoming and friendly. You definitely break a sweat during these sessions. If you are looking to get started, I would highly recommend Dan and Crossfit Crosscheck.

Expérience fantastique: I have been going to Crosscheck Crossfit for a few months now and absolutely love it! Dan (the owner) is a great coach makes you feel so welcome. Ian Bala who coaches most of my 6am classes is always making you laugh when you come in and mascot "Crash" is always there to welcome you. The Coaches are engaged and make sure your form and technique are correct and constantly giving pointers to help you improve EVEN if you have been doing it for years. Whether its wallballs, rowing, cleans or pull-ups. Everyone is friendly, encouraging and pushing you further. Its a great united family. Highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: Dropped in for two workouts back in November, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the WOD's and the friendliness of the staff and athletes. Visiting Crossfit Crosscheck was my first time dropping in at a different box. (And in a different country!!!) As you can imagine there is some intimidation there, however Ian was fantastic from the onset in getting me acclimated to both the folks and the box itself. The quarters are a little packed, but the instructors do a good job of fitting everyone in and cycling the workouts so that you aren’t competing for space. If you are in the area and looking for a box, you're going to be hard pressed to do better than these guys!

Expérience fantastique: I'm a newbie to Crossfit and this place is a super fun community of hard working, amazing, friendly people! Our coaches, Dan, Evroy and Ian, will work with you at all times - showing proper form and scaling it down to your level, and even repeating the movements when you don't get them. You will never feel out of place or feel intimidated when it's your first time. I love that there are kids, teenagers and adults in each class and everybody just supports each other. Continue the great work you've started Coaches Dan, Evroy and Ian!!!

You can truly tell how much he cares about everyone he trains with and you leave feeling a sense of community. The workouts are great and I would highly recommend Crossfit Crosscheck to anyone looking to get in shape, stay active or better yourself physically and mentally.
