Expérience négative: Pool was great, however when I tried to leave they asked me to wait 10-15 minutes for them to clean. They made me wait over 20 minutes before allowing me to enter the room to grab my things; such as a towel or clothes.. Never in my life have I been forced to stay somewhere and be so uncomfortable, but then not get an apology or even a refund for the inconvenience. Thanks for the blue hands and feet.

Expérience négative: Lloyd needs a new pool. Often crowded or can’t even get in. Dated. Not big enough. And temperature is cold.

Expérience fantastique: As a former competitive swimmer with years of experience at the varsity level, I can confidently say that Bioclean Aquatic Centre in Lloydminster is a great facility. Moving to Lloydminster, I was pleased to find such a nice pool here. The water is cold and perfect for serious swimming sessions. The facility is well-maintained and offers a clean, welcoming environment for swimmers of all levels. It's a fantastic addition to the community, and I'm grateful to have such a quality aquatic centre in the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a good swim!

Expérience négative: Cleanliness is terrible. Scum and dirt all over the tiles in the pool and handrails. Change rooms aren't the cleanest either. If it was clean it would be 5 stars

Expérience négative: Don’t bother dropping in if you don’t have a scheduled lane, you won’t be swimming. Wave pool also opens at different times (if at all) than what’s listed on google.

Expérience positive: My kids love coming here! The wave pool and waterslide are a hit. The hot tub is a fair size. There's a little kid area that seems great for parents and Littles.There's a bigger pool too. They also have a little treat shack and tables poolside. We easily spend the afternoon here.

Expérience négative: Coldest pool I've ever swam in, in my life!!! Family change rooms were disgusting dirty with hair, diapers on the ground, just filthy. Hot tub was loaded with people then they closed it. Definitely worth it to travel out of town to a different pool.

Expérience fantastique: Lots of things to do for kids and adults. indoor activities and lots to do outdoors. Unfortunately during my visit one of the pools had to be closed for biohazard cleanup. All good didn't affect my reason for visiting.

Expérience négative: No soap in the shower area. Bought swim shorts from their store and found out after that there was no liner inside them. And they don't warranty their products sold there. Not getting straight answers on exactly when lap swims are in the evening. Not professional at all.

Expérience fantastique: I took my son here for the first time today.When I told them it was our first time Lexi and Rowan welcomed us with a smile. They gave us a tour, taught us how to use the new lockers and were just great with the public in general. There was a huge obstacle course that we had a blast on and the waterside is great. This place also has a wave pool and you can sit and have food without having to leave the pool. Thank-you for a wonderful experience and I hope you are greeted like we were by all the staff. Expérience positive: It’s ok. I think Lloyd needs a bigger pool. I also really wish the “family” change rooms were bigger there’s hardly any room to move around if you have a toddler or other kids. And it’s also down the hall way from make and female change rooms, not a great set up. I think it should be expanded same with the pool size. The family change rooms are often very dirty and unkept. Otherwise we don’t mind it here and our child loves it.

Expérience négative: Change rooms were dirty and not well kept. The “family” change room isn’t really a room it’s the hallway on your way to the male and female change areas. It’s not set up super great. I am from Leduc and there is no comparison… Also the Lloyd pool isn’t really set up for young babies or toddlers. The wave pool makes fairly large rifts in the water if you are no we’re knew the wave pool. I am sure if you found a hotel with a pool you’ll enjoy your self better. Wish the change rooms were cleaner and the pool/air temp were warmer. Sorry for the bad review.

Book your public swim times 2 weeks in advance and book the slot for each person in your group not just one for the lot of you. Sanitizer is clean , fresh and not too slimy. Would recommend. Private swimming lessons seem to be superior to group and very reasonably priced.

Expérience fantastique: This place is so much better than it used to be. After renovations and what not it has indeed turned into a pool that I do enjoy being in. I never used it. It was just the only option. But that being said now it was really clean and really well looked after. The staff are always kind and Ive never had a bad experience with them. The sweet tooth cafe is overpriced ( seperate business than pool ) but gets the job done for sure. My daughter took classes here and her instructors were super kind and taught her alot about swimming. Overall this place has completely redeemed itself. If I had to find something to complain about it would be how cold the pool is some days

Expérience fantastique: The venue for my daughters 10th birthday unexpectedly had to cancel. I was needing to find a spot for 12 kids in under 5 hours. The front desk staff was very accommodating and really helped me out and made a possible disaster a great day. Thank you pool staff!!

Expérience fantastique: Great indoor pool. It has a water slide, wave pool, and lane swim pool. Shallow kids splash area is very large. The hot tub is big enough for about 15 people. It even has a concession area with snacks. Has a diving board in the lane swim pool. There is also a gym for your non-water workout.
