Expérience positive: Great pool. Love the lazy river. 2 fast waterslides

Expérience négative: Place is constantly robbed out of the change rooms by people with lock cutters. Search up on wetaskiwin rant and rave Facebook to see some cases. Staff and city does nothing to enforce it. If you wanna get your stuff stolen. Gladly go there for the day. Happens in broad day light

Expérience fantastique: A great place to get into shape!! Awesome facility, great staff!!

Expérience négative: Pool and facility look great, however we didn’t get to experience it as pool was apparently at capacity. I get the impression the facility isn’t very well run, looking in it barely looked half full, and throughout the hour we waited to get in we saw at least 20 people leave with nobody being called in. We left after an hour of waiting, and got a call over a half hour after that, presumably some room was found and we could’ve went in. Manage your capacity better, I can’t imagine many families would bother waiting that extended period of time.

Expérience positive: Shower water temperature is scolding hot. Is the temperature monitored?

Expérience négative: No diving board,no wave rider and 1 slide out of order. No floaties or balls available. Kids waited quite a while to do their swim test which was right where families were swimming. When we went to leave the women's change rooms was being cleaned (still had over an hour of public swim available) so we stood and waited for 20 minutes before someone let us in.

Expérience fantastique: Beautiful facility. Very clean . Multiple pool and water areas. Lazy river, hot tub. Exercise facilities. Family change areas. Great place!

Expérience fantastique: This is our absolute favorite swimming pool in the area. It's a good-sized facility for a smaller community. We love that even if there are activities being held, the facility is big enough that you can still access everything—the competition pool, the leisure pool, and the lazy river. There is also a nice hot tub, an area for little ones, a sauna, and two waterslides. The staff have always been very friendly, and it's nice to go somewhere that is open all day. Some other pools have set hours for public swimming, and it's tough trying to swim when everyone tries to go swimming at the same time and the pool is overcrowded.

Expérience négative: The change rooms are absolutely discussing ....the floors are not swept or clean from dirty footwear hair n garbage all over the flooring , bathroom n the change rooms were pissy smelling ugh...Why was there no one cleaning up every hour of public swimming? Not once did we see a lifeguard or staff enter the change rooms to do safety or cleanliness chks....public health should be stopping in at random....then something would be done!

Expérience négative: Gym is dirty, the kids working the desk are too busy with homework, phones or visiting to bother to get anyone to adhere to the rules. The pool has a 50/50 chance of closing at any moment because someone is gunna drop a deuce, you won’t get a refund for that and if at all you are worried about people showing up sick, sorry you are out of luck they are gunna let that person right in to the Suana, hot tub and pool, no problem, also don’t wear a mask in the place where you aren’t supposed put your head underwater anyway because that’s when it’s dangerous and they remember rule enforcement.

Expérience fantastique: I thoroughly enjoy being able to come and enjoy the pool & gym. Staff is friendly & building is kept clean (ish lol- odd time ppl leave messes behind that staff aren't aware of, that's typical for any place).

Expérience fantastique: Really nice pool. Loved the lazy river with kids, and they loved the watersides. It was so nice to be in the kid pool and not have water spraying in my face like most places have and the water Temps were all really good. They did come over and have my 13 year old do a swim test when we were in the deep end so they are cautious which I can appreciate. Really decent pool with a family change room.

Expérience fantastique: First time here I joined deep water aqua size, tried lazy river and hot tub all were fantastic. This will be my go to place to help with my recovery from knee surgery. Beautiful facility also has a full workout gym, will try that also.

Expérience positive: Excellent Facility, wonderful staff but it could be so much cleaner. Sanitize and clean the swimming change rooms much better. They need constant attention.

Expérience fantastique: One of our favourite places to swim in central Alberta. Giant hot tub! Lazy River, water slides, deep pool (too deep for my diving!) with an excellent diving board. Bring your own lock!

Expérience positive: Good place for the kids, but the floors in the changerooms could use more regular cleaning

Expérience positive: Great place, came first thing Sunday, had lots of room, could be bigger! But two water slides and a lazy river make up for it. They sell locks for lockers, which you can buy for $6.50, and return for $3.25 refund, or you can bring your own. All change rooms feed into one rinse off area prior to entering the pool. I have been here twice, and will be back!

Expérience négative: Usually come here about 3 times a week with my two young kids. Tonight we were the only people there and the lifeguard harassed us the entire time. She told me one of my kids was going to drown and she almost jumped in. Both my kids laughed and said they were fine. She ended up making us upset so we decided to leave after paying $18 for about 45 minutes. I politely asked for a refund and the guy up front got argumentative and wouldn't refund us. I literally recognize your staff how often we come here. We won't come back, ever. We will drive to Leduc when this pool is two minutes away because of how poorly we were treated

Expérience négative: I went to do a drop in because the lady at the front desk said that there were classes I could go to that night. So I paid and got home with the schedule noticing that the classes weren’t on until August. I called to ask if I could get a free drop in for the next day and they wouldn’t budge saying it said it on the sheet. Bad customer service. Will not be attending.

Expérience positive: It's showing its age and needs maintenance, but all features were available (hot tub, slides, lazy river) Life guards were attentive. It's a place to go with the kids on the weeknd to get out of the house. Change rooms and bathrooms could be cleaner, but we could have arrived between cleanings.

The one up side is now both my kids will be able to go down the slide by themselves which is great! They cannot wait, and I absolutely love this pool. Went all the time when my kids were babies and toddlers, it's very safe with how they designed the pool to play and interact with your kids.

Expérience positive: Now this is the type of a swimming pool that each town should ever wish for. This place has a good decent change room, showers, and the pools are to die for. This place has two water slides, a decent hot tub. The lazy lagoon is the main attraction to the place for you can do is go with the flow, fight the currents, and dare not to get splashed by the hidden buckets above you. And the lap pool maybe cold, but it can get ya motivated to keep swimming to stay warm and still have a good time. So to those who are sick of there old swimming pools, come on over here to have a good time to swim and burn off some fat and lose weight as well ^^

Expérience négative: The water is FREEZING. I came here to do lane swimming when the Leduc and Beaumont pool was closed (annual cleaning). I dread lane swimming here and wish I hadn't purchased a pass for the month. The change rooms aren't the cleanest and the water temperature fluctuates so much. Won't be using this pool as a back up next year. Will be going to Edmonton.

Expérience fantastique: Crowded on a Saturday but a great facility! Big hot tub, a lazy river, water slides, kids wading area, and a large pool with a diving board. Everything but the large pool is heated so the kids can swim for hours!
