Expérience fantastique: Great gym, they have everything I needed on my visit, friendly staff...and very powerlifter friendly! They understand that there's "noise" in a gym, and they have an ER combo rack used in powerlifting competitions, that's impressive. The guy on the counter said they have another powerlifting rack on the way - Rogue at that, so that will give them 3 heavy lifting stations! This will be my go to place whenever I am in town. My girlfriend was with me this time, and she was impressed by the amount of cardio equipment they have and how clean the place is. There equipment is older, but was all working. Got to say, they are pretty strict on foot-wear, we had to go back to the car and get our indoor shoes. $8.00 for a day pass.

Expérience fantastique: Friendly Staff, casual and welcoming weightroom and class environments with all the equipment you need for a decent work out. Covid protocols in place - extra cleaning, no water fountain, pathways, etc.

Expérience fantastique: As my first YMCA experience it has been great. I look forward to checking out YMCAs in other cities now. My hotel didnt have a gym and offered free day passes. It's a much better alternative to any hotel gym. Much better still than any Fit4Less I have been to also. The free weights go over 100lbs and the handle and bar options are nearly all encompassing. Huge exercise room also with lots of swiss balls, plastic steps and mats. Thanks for the great location Corner Brook!

Expérience fantastique: Amazing YMCA. Everyone is super friendly. My wife and I did the Yoga class and we are going be k tonight for Tabata. 8 bucks gets you a day pass to the gym and all classes.
