Expérience fantastique: The 3433 Train2Tri program with Tammy and Shauna has been the highlight of my week for the past 2.5 years. They are two of the best coaches I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend joining their programs more!!

Expérience négative: on weekdays it is impossible to find a parking place. I spent about 30 minutes trying to find someone who would drive out and park in his place. You should take this into because I did not know about this problem and bought a membership and had to cancel the membership a week after the purchase because the same thing happened every day. I do not recommend

Expérience positive: I have to give a shoutout to Dusanka, what amazing customer service. I went to MNP a little nervous because of the many members, but honestly, her customer service convinced me. She was very helpful and explained that I could do a 1 month as a trial and if I liked it that month would be discounted on my annual membership. I did so, and I think is good for the price you pay. Pros: hot yoga classes are a MUST, amazing! Clean towels to clean the machines, all spaces that I've been to are very clean. Cons: very few Zumba classes and it seems they are constantly changing the instructor, so is like a wild card, you don't know what style you'll get but they are all good. If you can, avoid peak hours (after work specifically), so MANY people, hard to get a machine, especially when the gym section is packed. PARKING, horrible situation with the parking, atm there is construction so you are always looking for parking, especially when there is a swimming tournament is horrific. Overall it is a good gym, good value, but great customer service from Dusanka at the front service.

Expérience négative: At first we were speaking with the girl (not in this photo) about a refund at 11am due to being kicked off the track only after an hour of usage, we were told when we arrived at 10am the track was available for use all day. This person with pink hair interrupted the staff speaking nicely to us and said we weren't getting a refund. The person in the pink hair was combative and confrontational to us as international athletes who are qualifying for the world series in running and we cant believe the experience here we had today. This person should be fired, put under supervision or properly trained as I do not feel they have a future in "customer service" with their current performance in problem solving. MNP culture is supposed to be helpful and the other staff was kind but this pink haired person was beyond inappropriate to MNPs customers. We will gladly tell everyone we talk to about this bad experience and we will never return.

Expérience fantastique: MNP is definitely the best sports facility in town. I play waterpolo with Calgary Maters and I lift weights downstairs. The location is prime, the staff is friendly, the facility has everything you need. Also, Jacob has been super helpful and accommodating. I joined a few classes based on his recommendation and I always feel welcome here.

Expérience négative: Been coming here for awhile but it’s becoming clear they don’t care about their members. They have the bright idea to over book the pool/gyms while they are doing construction and have cut down the parking lot. There is never any parking, it’s all taken up by families who are taking their kids to completions. There is never enough lockers, never any room to move around. Only 2 of the bathroom stalls in the men’s change room are useable. They definitely dont care about members anymore. Just trying to cram as much lessons in as possible. Save your 85 an month and go elsewhere.

Expérience négative: The best word to describe this facility is chaotic. It is honestly becoming so unbearable to workout here. Today was my breaking point, the amount of times I have almost slipped in the women's change room due to all of the water from the swim teams Is unacceptable. For the price you pay to workout here, you’d expect cleaner changing areas and washrooms and more organization. Truly, the change rooms are revolting. The summer time is crazy here because you feel like you are going to faint since there is no AC, I’m surprised I have lasted this long. It’s always so loud and noisy because there are so many sports meets here it makes it hard to be in the zone. The amount of children that hog the workout benches in WILD. Please do better!!!! Probably won’t be renewing my membership until these complaints are addressed and fixed. Definitely will be looking around the city for a cleaner more professional facility to workout at.

Expérience négative: Steam room door is constantly not closing properly. It has been almost a week now and not fixed yet. Super simple should be fixed more promptly

Expérience négative: Do not buy a 10 pass or membership to this facility. Go to YMCA instead. The management for client services and safety policies for the pool are well below grade. The water quality is not even close to the same as most pools in the city which is shocking for the size of the facility. The "life guards" that patrol the pool have no attention to detail either. They allow unsafe practices in all pool areas. Such as unsupervised children jumping off of the deck into lanes while other patrons are trying to swim laps. The facility and management are not capable to offer basic customer service due to their policies and procedures. The staff and management don't have the means or the motivation to solve any problems, complaints, or provide decent solutions towards their clientele. I delt with Jennifer Prosser who is a Manager of Customer Service and she emailed me with links with insignificant information. Too bad negative stars are not an option. Do not recommend. Parking is also a joke.

In addition, our lifeguards are highly trained, certified professionals who continuously monitor all pool areas to ensure safety protocols are being followed. However, we take your comments seriously and will be reviewing this matter further to ensure that all procedures are consistently enforced.   We strive to provide excellent customer service, and we regret if your interaction with our team did not meet your expectations.   We are also working to improve our parking and implementing new parking options as we navigate through the journey of the Centre’s expansion.

Expérience négative: It’s disappointing that this facility routinely tolerates disturbing and inappropriate male behaviour, while completely disregarding and being unwilling to believe the concerns and complaints made by their young female guests. MNP has the reputation of being an unsafe environment for women, and yesterday I dealt with it first hand. I went to visit my partner at work. I parked in the parking lot and 3 men approached the front of my car. All three had their hands in their pants and were being loud and wild, so I initially felt too uncomfortable and unsafe to get out of my car and wanted to wait for them to leave first. They wouldn’t leave. They kept staring at me, swearing at me, and catcalling me (all while having their hands in their pants… gross). I did not enjoy being yelled at and verbally harassed, so I eventually had to drive to the other end of the parking lot and parked further away. They watched me at my new parking spot and kept waving and yelling at me. I waited in my car for a long time and considered just driving home instead (because I couldn’t see if they were still around the corner or not), but I eventually made it inside and told my partner what had happened. He was upset and was willing to do everything in his power to help me. I also spoke to the Duty Manager, who did nothing. I looked for the 3 boys and was able to immediately point them out upon the duty manager’s arrival. Apparently I seemed too “unsure” (I wasn’t) and there was nothing to be done… Another staff member jokingly said it made his night that this happened to me (Such a gross joke to make, and totally downplays the scary situation I had just been in. What kind of people are they hiring??). If you are a woman, I would not recommend this facility. This place doesn’t take women seriously and the staff are extremely unhelpful. I will never return unless safety measures are put in place. Edit: these people still suck

Thank you for feedback. We are sorry that you had this experience in our parking lot. The safety of our customers, employees, and visitors is our number one priority. We have a zero harm policy at our facility and we take all matters that violate it seriously. We initiated an investigation to better understand the situation and to determine what we can learn from it. As well, we contacted the Calgary Police Service (CPS) to determine if the incident as described should be reported to them. CPS has recommended to us that we advise you to contact them to report the incident. While our investigation is not yet complete, we were able to positively identify the individuals involved from video surveillance and point of sale information, which lead to bans that we issued the day after the incident. Please note that we have taken many initiatives to improve safety for our customers and employees while at our facility including: installation of security cameras in our parking lot and throughout the facility; reinforcement of our zero harm policy; increased presence of our duty managers on pool decks; harassment training for front line employees in aquatics and customer service; and implementation of a safe walk program for our employees if requested to name a few. Expérience négative: I'm from Cochrane and our pool is closed so I looked for pools in Galgary and MNP seemed the only one opened for laps , so it is a long walk from the parking lot to get to the entrance at the admitance desk, they wanted a picture I.D. so I left my wallet and mobile in my car for safety reasons so I must go back to my car and get my picture ID I go back then he wants my phone number but I just got a number from public mobile and I just came back in the country from overseas so I don't remember it offhand so they want me to back to my car to get it! I questioned the nessesity of this? I mean what is the resoning for this ? He got the sevice manager saying I refused to give my phone number!?? ( the police don't bother with this) and why would this be a requirement to swim for a drop in? As well they want take my picture and e-mail address and much more! Now I've gone to other facilities in the city and they don't request anything ! I should mention i'm 71 and have no crimminal record! This is a public facility, And the guy at the front desk says these are the rules but this is none of his business?? I go though immigration on a regular basis and they don't give me this military attitute ,! Honestly this not their business this is intursive arbitrariy request digging for information! That they have crimminal activity at the facility such as theft is not grounds to treat all patrons as potential crimminals! I will be complaining to the city and the Alderman in that area!

Due to security reasons, we require all guests that enter our facility to provide a valid Government ID - this is a common practice at most facilities in the city. Oh well, probably for the best. I didn't want to run in a facility more humid than the inside of a dogs mouth....

SO I started looking in to the MNP birthday floatable for my daughter’s 5th birthday at the beginning of August (7) to have her party at the end of September. Pretty much the only way to communicate is through email because when I called the lady just rushed me off the phone because she was “really busy” she said. But when emailing I would only get answers every second day so booking took me about a week by the time all my questions were answered. Anyways they didn’t have availability on the days I wanted so they offered other days which then I ended up changing plans and taking that day! So finally I get the booking contract, I sign it and send back and I’m all booked and paid by Wednesday August 14th. I email about where I can store a cake while the party is happening on Wednesday August 21 and don’t get an answer until til Friday August 23 they said they have fridges in the party room that I will be in. Then fast forward to Tuesday August 27th at 3:30 pm litterly 3 days later, I get a email saying they are doing maintenance days on 2 days and the one day is on the day my daughters birthday Is. so now my daughters 5th birthday is cancelled 3 weeks before it’s suppose to happen. I email right away no answer, I tried calling so many times no answer, I left voice mails, no call back. They offer me the weekend before but her friend is have his birthday that weekend , I have family members that have paid for flights and I paid for personalized invitations that I already handed out, I have invitations for 20 kids confirmed already and I have no party place. So now even if I find another place to do the party I’m obligated to accommodate 20 plus kids because how do you just uninvite some kids when they are all in the same class. I find it very unprofessional that this could happen and that they had no idea about the facility closure in a matter of 2 weeks. And how do you close it on a weekend why not a Monday where members could lose one day at the gym or pool rather then all these booked parties having to find something last minute when everything was already full 2 months in advance. I have tried everywhere and there’s no place to accommodate 20 kids for under 800 dollars. Thanks for ruining my child’s 5th birthday party!

Expérience négative: Well, still probably the best rec centre Calgary has to offer BUT a shadow of its former self to say the least. Lindsay Park was the best facility this building ever was. Talisman, repsol and whatever they call themselves now don't cut It. The gym side looked fine and still up to snuff, but the pool! OMG absolutely disgusting. Murky water, black grime caked on the platform dividers. Rust and stains all along the bottom of the pool. Change Room is by far the grossest and outdated in all of Calgary hands down. This facility used to be the olympic standard in Calgary. Now it just seems like Its been taken over by slum lords. Somehow need my gov issue ID to drop in AND takes a photo of me? Insanely invasive for a drop in! I grew up in belt line, went to St.Marys Highschool literally across the street. 30 years i have gone to this place and haven't seen it this bad.

Due to security reasons we require all guests that enter our facility to provide ID - this is a common practice at most facilities in the city. Expérience fantastique: I have been a member for a couple of years now, and I had to take a break from the faculty for a couple of months, not understanding the cancelation/ pausing policy I got myself into a bit of a situation and I have to say the management team really pulled through for me (specifically Jen). I won’t get into details because they are not relevant but Jen heard my situation out, did not judge me and provided a solution that worked both for me and MNP centre. No one answers anyways. So i showed up (bia uver) just to be told public arent allowed in during certain times. Yes, you can become a member too bad im not from around so the monthly rate wouldnt make sense. Thank you for the golfer tshirt curly hair worker for the great customer service......not. its ok not everyone can love their job. Expérience positive: All the gyms are very hot, with hardly any air to breathe, indicating a poor air conditioning system. The drinking water in these gyms is often not suitable for consumption, tasting as if it hasn’t been changed in a week. Some exercise machines smell terrible, as do some people, and I think the staff should monitor this, as it sometimes makes it impossible to train or even be within a few meters of such individuals. On the positive side, the gyms are spacious, with a wide variety of exercise machines, several pools with pleasant water, a boxing gym, and courts for volleyball, basketball, and badminton.

Ohh, I'm dating myself. lol I have watched + observed how this sports facility has grown over the years and am very impressed with the consistency of service from the front desk staff, the fitness, pool area and the overall direction of how MNP has progressed over the years. Expérience négative: My son got in person lesson for the summer but his instructor on some lessons (actually most of the lessons) she didn’t enter in pool, just stay outside of pool and give him direction (for a round trip pool). Sometimes she was dreaming outside of the pool, she didn’t watch my son while he was swimming. For us it was just a waste of money these lessons. Because (when you book a swimming session) you don’t know who it will be teacher for your child, I suggest to everybody to think twice before you get these lessons. Don’t waste your money, my advice.

Expérience fantastique: Renewed a corporate discount membership yesterday, and Alex was very calm, helpful and patient despite the facility being very busy at that moment. Have been members on and off for years, cancelled as we were out of the country for two months, but started up again because the kids enjoy going to the pool, and every so often I can even motivate myself to go! During my parental leave this past year I took advantage of the babysitting offerings which helped me get some swimming time in on my own (and the folks at the child care are just lovely). Haven’t used the workout facilities in years, but there was a point in time where both my spouse and I quite enjoyed it. Another motivating factor for signing up for a membership again was being able to have a small swim lesson discount for the kids, and early registration. Still too early to comment on the usefulness of the members only evenings for our family’s usage, though we were hoping that it would’ve freed up the teach pool (doesn’t seem to as of yet). Though I am happy that there are parts of the teach pool open more often, instead of the entire pool being closed off during lessons. Very much appreciated for very young swimmers who can’t use any of the other pools. The hot tub is always welcome for relaxation and sore muscles (though some stronger jets around back and shoulder height would be appreciated). I’ve been going to the facility since it opened, and it’s my favourite in the city!

Expérience fantastique: This facility is very nice! There are 2 gym places full of equipment so there’s always something for you to use, and the swimming pools are large and plenty. The hot tub is a nice addition. I do recommend this place to everyone. Wish there were more places like this around Calgary! Expérience négative: It was nice while it lasted... Went to the gym almost every night. In the winter it's fine, in the summer it's a gross sauna. No A/C = inside its much hotter than outside, plus humidity from pools stays trapped in the tent; it's just hard to breathe or exercise. I tried to put, up but every workout ends with me being dizzy and weak. I had to give up my membership. Sorry MNP, do better. This is unhealthy, counterproductive and a waste of money/time...

Expérience négative: It was the first and last time I used the pool and sauna of this complex! The facilities are good, but there are serious hygiene issues! It's the first time I've seen people being allowed into a pool with full makeup! Those who don't want to use the usual and common swimsuits must definitely wear appropriate swimwear. Today, many women and men were in the pool wearing regular t-shirts not swimwear. This is really unhygienic and disgusting! How can you allow people to enter a public pool with t-shirts instead of proper swimwear!!!! The steam sauna has no facilities, not even a tap!This was the first time I saw something like this!!!

We are sorry you were not happy with your experience in our aquatics complex on your visit. We do ask all guests to shower and remove heavy makeup before entering our pool and have rules against the wearing of outside clothing if not clean. We are working to improve enforcement of these rules through public education to make sure that a strict level of hygiene is maintained. As for the Steam Room, this is cleaned regularly throughout the day, as well as a thorough nightly deep clean. We have both warm and cold showers available on the pool deck and we ask guests to have a cleansing shower before they use of any amenities in the aquatic facility. The reason we do not have a hose in this area is due to misuse. It has caused major damage to the steam room resulting in extended closures. We ask our guests to please inform us if they see any cleanliness issues throughout the day so we may address them promptly. To address your comments, we have regular cleanings of the steam room throughout the day by our staff, as well as a deep clean is performed on the steam room nightly. The level of steam follows the standards set by Alberta Health Services. We have both warm and cold showers available on the pool deck available for people to cleanse, and require a cleansing shower before the use of any amenities in the aquatic facility. The reason we do not have a hose in this area is due to misuse, causing major damage to the steam room resulting in long closures. Expérience fantastique: **YOGA** I have been attending Priyanka Sharma’s yoga classes for more than six months now, and I cannot express enough how much her guidance has positively impacted my yoga practice and overall well-being. She is one of the best yoga instructors that has a unique ability to break down complex poses and techniques in a way that is easy to understand, ensuring that students of all levels feel comfortable and supported. She is one of the few best yoga teachers that MNP has. One aspect of her teaching that I particularly appreciate is the emphasis on mindfulness and breath work. The gentle reminders to stay present and focused on our breath have helped me cultivate a greater sense of calm and clarity. The energy that she brings it to the Hot yoga flow on Mondays and Fusion on Tuesday’s is simply amazing, refreshing and I leave the class with a great workout satisfaction and energy. I would highly recommend Priyanka’s classes to anyone seeking a nurturing and challenging yoga experience. I request MNP to add more classes of her for 6:30 PM or 7:45 classes or at least on Weekends. Also, I specifically request MNP to include meditation programs in the yoga schedule. - Sitarama

Expérience positive: Good clean gym and pool, no TikTok and Instagram content makers (this is the most important for those who cares about sport and privacy) BUT minus one star because: 1) Overcrowded all the time. 2) There are 4 swimming pools 8 lines each, 32 lines total and only 1-2 lines are available for members on weekdays. 3) No air conditioning in gym area, + 30 C all the time, very humid and hot (I am afraid to imagine what conditions are in the gym when it's +35C outside)

Expérience négative: I have been a member here for over a year and as much as I love the idea of this facility it’s become more of a nightmare. For $80 a month I’ve personally been harassed by both men and women who train here, I’ve witnessed fights between other members, they constantly host events which impacts member parking and the overall use of the facilities, not to mention it’s absurdly busy with teenage boys/girls and the elderly who spend their time sitting and misusing the very limited equipment available. I struggle with switching because I live downtown and the gym options are already limited but it suck’s dreading your favourite time of the day because of these specific everyday issues.

Expérience positive: Good facility, well maintained, accessible and generally clean even in peak times. Staff are courteous and members are generally respectful. I love that’s there’s a cold tub, hot tub and sauna as well as a performance zone with platforms, a whole section of heavy bags and endless squat racks and cages throughout. The facility could do a better job about promoting the classes as many I’m just learning are free with your membership and I dig that they have members only hours to keep the prime times from getting too much like a zoo. Good and healthy options at Jugo pre or post lift and my only suggestion is to get a dedicated functional movement are la to swing kettlebells and do some animal movements.

Expérience positive: Went with a friend I have a memeber pass and they don't and the lady at the desk said to wait 25 minute till 8pm it's for members only from 5 til 8 which seems kind of ridiculous your turning down money and what's the difference in waiting 25 mins I wonder if they go around before 5 and ask everyone to leave thats not member . good facilty, but kinda foolish rule doesn't seem like a good way to get people to be a member. I think this rule should be reviewed and removed .

This policy came into place from listening to the concerns of our members on crowding during these times in the evening. People who have purchased a drop-in before 5pm are not asked to leave the facility. I hope this helps to clarify this policy.

Both instructors are energetic and professional, and you can feel that enjoying their job. Only for them I love going to this sport center. Expérience négative: The equipment is okay, but it’s not maintained The barbells as well, I don’t think the staff/manager knows barbells need maintenance so they don’t lock up. The layout is also kind of strange, there’s not enough space durring busy hours but that’s pretty normal. I just wish the many staff they had in hand would actually do something, like reorganize weights or fix the equipment.

Expérience fantastique: Alec was absolutely amazing to help my wife and I get setup for our yearly membership. He was very professional and helped guide us through the paperwork with ease, helped us understand exactly what we were signing. All the staff were tremendously friendly and welcoming. As for the facility, we head here primarily for the cold tub because it helps us feel so relaxed and refreshed, all the body aches feel so much better after the cold tub. Along with that we enjoyed the swimming and the gym as well. Can't recommend this place enough. Wish there were more places like this around Calgary. Expérience fantastique: I had a small break in my ankle and I was referred by the hospital. I was so happy to experience professional staff that had everything I needed to recover quickly. Thank you so much to the entire staff of doctors, physiotherapists and receptionists that helped me during my recovery. I highly recommend this location for physiotherapy.

Expérience négative: Over the years, I've had various types of memberships, based on my current goals and needs. Most recent, I purchased individual passes and took advantage of the Buy 10, Get 2 Free deal. This past weekend when I scanned my membership card, I discovered my passes had expired. Beyond disappointment and frustration. As a business, it seems pretty greedy to take a consumers money for a purchase only to deny them the opportunity to apply the purchase in full to the business. I won't be stepping foot inside this facility ever again.

Expérience positive: Love the pools and gym. I do understand that childcare is being improved, though it is still almost impossible to get my kids in. Also the weights are insanely busy. So I can’t get my kids into the childcare when it’s not busy and when I have help the weights are so busy I can’t do anything until it’s too late. It’s like they’ve over sold memberships. Pretty frustrating as I love the facility but having 3 people per rack and 3 per bench and everyone just waiting to use something gets frustrating. I do love taking my kids to swim though.

Expérience fantastique: Got a family membership today and the customer service was very helpful. The guy who helped us was Alec. He was super friendly and gave us clear information on policies, plans, etc for the membership and how the centre runs. He talked at a slower pace and gave more articulate answers for my mom who does not speak english as her first language, and was very patient with our questions and concerns. I have been to MNP a couple times before, and I’ve always had a good time here. It is a large space with many different programs offered and all staff are very friendly and welcoming. The entire facility is well-maintained and very clean. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Expérience négative: Will not be renewing my annual membership unfortunately. I love lane swimming here but the gym is getting too busy, tough to find treadmills and even parking. The track is closed almost every time I’m there. Change rooms are chaotic with swim teams. Not worth the price increase.

We appreciate your loyalty as an annual Member and we will definitely take your concerns into consideration to improve our services. We have recently implemented Member Hours during peak times on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to help with the overcrowding. As for the change rooms, we will be starting a renovation in the summer that will increase the experience for all guests. This will include adding Universal change rooms designed for the general public as well as traditional change rooms for larger groups.

Expérience négative: Been coming here for a year and it’s just astounding how low the bar has gotten for public facilities in Calgary in the last decade. Front desk staff are unfriendly and aloof, they literally stare off into the distance scowling. Men’s locker room is disgusting 24/7, the floor is both dirty and soaking wet at all times of the day, the toilets are constantly covered in urine, half the toilet cubicle doors don’t lock or are haphazardly repaired. The public locker room smells of some mildew or fungus or human feces, probably a combination. Hire more facility staff for the love of god. After closing every other inner city municipal community center and shoving everyone into this one you’d think the quality would somewhat improve but holy mother of god this place is a forsaken cesspool. This gym honestly makes GoodLife an appealing choice which I say while holding back vomit. Oh and the secluded “high performance” gym that sits empty 99% of the day unless there’s some hockey kid doing 95lb clean and jerks on one of the five(?) Olympic platforms with a personal trainer despite being larger than the public gym that is horrifically overcrowded and under-equipped. What a joke.

Expérience positive: So many 5/5s at MNP; the facilities, the staff, the instructors. The 3/5 rating is my "as a parent" - they host a large number of private events that ruin the lot; people park on the curbs, creating dangerous blind corners. It's nuts, and the only available surplus parking is across a busy street. We missed 1/2 of our toddlers' swimming lessons here as a result. Not a good way to do business. Again, we really like the facility and staff, but we aren't coming back.

Expérience négative: We attended the MNP center for my daughter’s swim competition last summer and again in Spring 2024. The center is very big with a lot of different options - weight room, 3 gyms, two pools, etc. It is a pretty big facility but much like our, comparable, Kinsman Center in Edmonton, it is quite old and needs a refresher. The gym is spread out so much that you have to walk to a completely different area to access universal or free weights. They have a total of, maybe, 5 or 6 adjustable benches for the free weights, which is totally not enough. The options for equipment use is pretty good but you can tell they are more focused on universal equipment as I thought there was a lot compared to free weights. Tons of power racks. Maybe a slight imbalance of leg equipment compared to upper body equipment in the free weight area. I like that they have the towel system to wipe down equipment but you can’t beat the recyclable throwaway towels at the gym I’m usually train at…a little wasteful but way more sanitary. The biggest downsides of MNP center was the cost….$18.00 for a day pass. Wow. Compared to City of Edmonton Rec Center’s $12.00 day pass, I think the price is totally unfair. Even a ten day punch pass is $150…not much a deal there either. The other downside, the parking is not nearly big enough for this place. Even the overflow parking is quite a walk away and has you risking your life to cross the street. If you are rich and are on your own, it’s maybe a good place to visit…once, but $18.00 will buy you half of a month’s membership in other places. I would save your money on this place.

Expérience négative: I am a member in MNP, it is a nice center with different facilities, but many problems 1. The website is never updated, whenever we make plans based on online schedule, we face different schedule once getting there, which is very annoying when keeps happening 2. 80% of people (including off-duty staff) do not take shower before getting to the pool facilities, which is so DISGUSTING . We talked about this matter several times but we don't see any improvement.

Expérience négative: I’ve been a member for almost a year and I’m definitely not renewing my pass. 90% of the time the track, courts and pools are off limits to the public since they are booked for private events daily. So now all you really get is the gym. The gym however is pretty terrible. Expect long waits to use equipment. This is the most crowded gym I’ve ever seen. You have gym bros who use the benches for arm wrestling. The staff are non existent. They run out of clean towels constantly so then people don’t wipe down equipment. The floors in the change rooms are always soaking wet from the swim teams and you don’t always get a locker due to overcrowding. Not once since coming here has a staff member ever said as much as a hello when I scan in. I gave this place an extra star because of the potential it could have if it were ran even half decently.

Expérience négative: I use the pools every day and everyday without failing I see people getting in the water, whether in the pools or tubs, without taking a shower. In 2 years going there, I'm yet to see a lifeguard or an instructor tell one of these people to go back and take a shower. It's gross!!!
