Expérience négative: This review is in regards to pool and kids! Grandkids loved teachers, swimming lessons were ok, pool itself was cold small kids turn purple some cried and refused to get in, could it be cold!. Family swim time had no fun stuff like we have experienced at other pools. Grangkids are now travelling to Belleville warm pool and more of a fun atmosphere family swim has fun floats and stuff.

Expérience positive: Friendly, reasonable gym with all the basic amenities. Olympic sized pool, sauna, showers and lockers. Staff is always helpful and many class offerings. The facilities are rather dated but sufficient. Overall, a good local gym in PEC.

Expérience fantastique: Nice fitness centre, my husband and I did a spin class. The equipment is sturdy and reliable. Friendly instructor and classmates.

Expérience négative: If the Dolphins swim club cannot be accomodated by PEFAC, It's obvious that County Council relook into their support for PEFAC.

Expérience négative: Not willing to compromise on full rental pool use for the 35 years running swim team. Bureaucracy over community. As a “not for profit” corporation one would hope they would have community in mind. Appears not. Received $50,000 from County Council in 2020 among many other financial donations, as well as $150,000 in matured GIC’s in 2020 yet cannot give up 2hrs per week of full pool time (paid) at a time that works for the swim team. Abhorrent.

Expérience fantastique: Really friendly staff, good variety of equipment and more than anything a very comfortable environment! They also offer great variety for fitness, such as swimming, squash courts and personal training. (Their personal trainer Conor is lovely!)

Expérience positive: I took swimming lessons here, now my son is taking his lessons same pool. Great teacher we love Sydney. Only one word of caution, be careful what you leave lying around you'll never get it back. I've heard I'm not the only one that has left something and it was not there when I went back to get it.

Expérience fantastique: I'm doing water aerobics there. It's a very good workout, with a different leader each time. Sauna is very nice after a serious workout.

Expérience fantastique: I LOVE this place!! The people at the front desk are absolutely wonderful! The facilities are amazingly clean and the members and staff are extremely committed to keeping it that way. Fabulous facilities too: pool, sauna, squash, yoga/pilates/karate studios, spin cycle studio, tons of weights, and lots of cardio machines. But I totally mean it when I say that I just adore the incredible people at the front desk! Every one of them is an absolute gem. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! ❤️

Expérience positive: Most of the equipment is pretty old and could a face lift. The price compared to other nearby facilities is reasonable. The staff was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. It was a gym with a small town feel.

Expérience positive: A good club that I've been a member of for 28 years. Only public pool in Prince Edward County. Lots of improvements over the years. Kind of expensive, but the only option locally that has squash courts and a pool. There are a dedicated group of squash players who have improved the courts tremendously. Lots of classes, swim lessons, yoga, personal trainers, squash house league. Something for everyone.

Expérience fantastique: Was in town for a day and used their weight room. It's an old school muscle dungeon. The sort of equipment that isn't pretty but will survive a nuclear war. Pure gains. Love it.

Expérience fantastique: This place is a great gym for the county area, as someone new it is a great spot and with covid being scary times they took lots of extra precautions to make me feel very safe and at ease.

Expérience fantastique: PEFAC is definitely taking Covid seriously. Protocols are executed perfectly every time so I feel really safe in their facilities. Not many folks in the pool later in the day so that's my hot tip if you want to go when no one else is around. Loving getting my laps in, staff are all really friendly. ❤️

Expérience négative: During the COVID pandemic, PEF&AC are terminating employees for calling in with COVID like symptoms. I wouldn't walk in this place of my life depends on it. Do you want COVID?!

Expérience fantastique: Recently joined, its the best deal for the county , open early to late, decent classes ,good equipment and staff that care. Keep it local by coming here to this not for profit!

Expérience fantastique: So many improvements made to this facility over the last few years it's like a new building. Better equipped and up to date!!!! Lots of programs, great people, Much better facility than what we had in the City! Happy to live in this county!
