Expérience fantastique: The staff here are very helpful and kind! The gym is kept incredibly clean, and there is always a worker around if you need any help. The pool and sauna are also in excellent condition and a perfect way to finish any exercise. When I first came in I met a very sweet staff member named Gabby, she answered all of the questions I had and helped me get set up in the gym. The staff has always shown respect and support towards me.

Expérience négative: I had an extremely distressing encounter with the personal trainer at this gym, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, I was subjected to verbal abuse and threats during a session, which left me feeling deeply unsettled and unsafe. To make matters worse, when I reported the incident to the manager, their response was disappointing. Instead of taking immediate action and addressing the situation seriously, I was met with indifference. Adding to my frustration, I learned that the manager went on vacation shortly after the incident, leaving my concerns unattended. What exacerbates this already alarming situation is that the personal trainer in question has access to the residential building where I live (Minto 185). This poses a significant security risk, as I should not have to worry about encountering someone who has behaved so inappropriately and menacingly towards me in my own living environment. Feeling let down and concerned about my safety, I believe it is crucial to share this experience with others in the community. It is deeply disheartening to witness a lack of proper handling of such a serious matter by the gym management, especially when personal safety and well-being are at stake. I sincerely hope that the management of this gym takes immediate action to investigate this incident thoroughly and implement appropriate measures to ensure the safety of its members. Furthermore, I urge them to reevaluate their protocols for addressing complaints and training their staff on appropriate conduct and customer care. As a resident of the building, I expected a safe and respectful environment from the gym and its personnel. Regrettably, my experience has been far from that. I strongly caution others considering this gym to reconsider their options until they can guarantee a secure and supportive atmosphere for all members.

Expérience fantastique: The Minto Pool and Fitness Centre is very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The main desk staff, especially Rich in the morning, are very friendly and helpful. The pool is perfect for doing laps and has always been immaculate. The fitness centre has all the equipment you could ever need. There is also a hot tub and sauna. Personal trainers are also available at very reasonable prices.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been at this gym for over 2 years for 5 days a week at an average and have enjoyed working here every single day! They have equipments are of good quality and work well! The staff are great and are always ready to help! The pool and the sauna is great! The gym is well maintained, clean and hygienic with wet wipes present in every room. Would highly recommend the gym to anyone looking for a gym in the downtown area!

Expérience fantastique: My husband and I have been members for approximately 10 years. We love going to this gym as it's close to home which makes it easy for us to attend. I love that there is a salt water pool and like to take advantage of the steam room. You can always count on a friendly greeting from Rich when you arrive in the morning.

Expérience fantastique: Part of me doesn't want to leave this review because I want to keep this place a secret. Great downtown gym and one of the few with a pool, sauna and hot tub. I like that the workout areas aren't all in one big room. Towel service is a nice bonus.
