Expérience fantastique: Terrific facility!! Fun, family-oriented swimming pool, kids will love the outdoor splash pad, and adults can go to the fantastic fitness room.

Expérience positive: Updated: Time will tell but I have experienced some improvement in staff customer service and to date a decrease in cell phone engagement. Since the re-opening it does seem cleaner. Needs to be cleaner. Friendlier, more engaged staff vs buried in their cell phones. More aware of what's going on in the showers/change room/sauna's. They're unclean whenever there's more than a few people. I've seen the same hardened shampoo and soap on shower shelves and walls for days. There are a couple of female staff that do an excellent job, a big kudos and thank you to them. There are a number of lazy young males buried in cell phones that do nothing about empty towel holders and dirty toilets when informed. Whereas other staff have it taken care of immediately. Customer service needs great improvement.

Expérience négative: This pool is not a good option for lap swimmers. I've never seen more than two lanes designated for lap swimmers, and when there's only one lane, the spineless lifeguards that this latest generation has produced will not restrict who swims in the lane. So you get to swim alongside whoever has decided to putter back and forth in that specific lane. I'm sorry, but if you're not wearing goggles, you're clearly not a lap swimmer and don't belong there. I got out when an overgrown child nearly kicked me in the face.

Expérience positive: Gym equipment is older but decently maintained. Memberships are very inexpensive compared to a lot of bigger gyms. The sauna is a nice addition to my routine.

Expérience positive: I went to this pool as it was one of the closer ones to my home, but I find the facility very old and outdated, and the pool water is very cold (as well as the shower jets. They have a water slide, however it slides down into the deeper end of the pool, which doesn’t make any sense for kids who can’t swim well. The hot tub is also very small. There’s not enough natural light in there and not enough lighting as well so it look’s pretty dark. My preferred pool will be the St James Civic Centre swimming pool. The water there is much warmer and has very bright lighting. I also used the sauna too, which was ok. They don’t have a steam room.

Expérience fantastique: Been to the splashpad when it's open with the kids. Nice and local for me. The pool is great and I happen to know the lifeguards are top notch most of the time. There's a gym behind it which has an indoor track among other things, great place to go!

Expérience fantastique: Great place! the pool is typically slow enough to enjoy yourself without being too overwhelmed by people and the hottub and sauna are a good temperature. The outdoor splash pad is excellent for the little ones to enjoy in the summer. I hear the weight room is excellent although I haven't used it because these guns can't get any bigger or Trudeau will ban me from Canada.

Expérience positive: I was disappointed that the hot tub was closed due to a shortage of staff. The sauna was nice. There is a water slide in the deep end and a small water slide in the shallow end. It wasn't too busy. One thing I didn't like was the walk from the parking lot.

Expérience positive: Saturday night's 6pm to 8pm Teen swim ages 9-19 Free admission. Photos taken from tonight. Not busy at all. Adults are not allowed to swim though which I find weird and must be supervised except I'm the only mom supervising lol. Came here since I was a teen myself, always clean and staff very respectful. I recommend for all ages. They have 3 parts to the pool, kitty, 3 feet and deep end with waterslide and diving bored. Summer time has a splash pad outside on the property. I dig it.

Expérience positive: We love the pool and swimming with my daughter but the swimming lessons and instructors are less than consistent. Could improve on some of the staff and communication with parents before and during lessons, especially the under 3 age group. The pool and change rooms haven't been updated for many years (since I was a kid in the early 80's). The weight room, track, and splash pad are impressive. Like most of the city pools it's a mix of the good and the crumble. Enjoy them anyways.

It's my 2nd time in my life going to that pool I love it soo much the pool water is so worm and I can just jump right in it and not to may crazy kids just little ones who are so cute i can swimm at my own peac.. and they also have a hot tub OMG love it so much I go with my sweetheart hes the one who took me there in the 1st place
