Trail Aquatic & Leisure Centre

Expérience fantastique: As far as aquatic and leisure centers go, Trail is very blessed. The staff are always extremely friendly. The gym / pool are always very clean. My favorite place to go for a nice workout and swim afterwards. If you're a regular, the season pass is the best bang for your buck!

Expérience négative: Over priced. Over crowded disgusting mess with miserable staff. What a joke. They made me redo the signup process for the TRP card twice due to them losing my information. No communication internally. These people are happy to turn you away if you have too many questions.

Expérience fantastique: This airy, high-ceiling and sparking clean complex is wonderful mentally and physically for athletes. Gabby, Denise and pool/fitness/reception employees do an outstanding job.

Expérience positive: They have been extremely short staffed since covid so I can't fault the pool, but it is frustrating having reduced hours and closed entirely on Sunday and Monday for swimming. Also, due to short staffing no swim lessons have been happening. Hopefully, they will get some more life guards trained up soon and can once again have better operating hours.

Expérience positive: Nice gym, pool, and steam room. The gym has the worst work out music I’ve ever heard in a gym. Managers are super rude, rest of the staff are nice. Clearly the management doesn’t use the gym lol. Steam room needs to be cleaned more regularly.

Expérience fantastique: Place is a disgrace unfriendly staff No warm or hot water for showers at 4.25? no heat in the bathroom/change room floors are cold as ice now the pool is closed saturdays & Sundays so no personal showers gotta see 80 year old men shower cause they cant close the curtian discusting

Expérience fantastique: Nice end to a amazing sunny morning exploring Trial. Stumbled to the wave pool closed. Sadness but I never knew it existed tell now. Back to the apartment for lunch and get out of the heat.

Expérience négative: They discriminated against the non vaxxed during the pandemic,so now that they need our money again,why should we return ? That and the lifeguards always seem grumpy,god forbid you go in the wrong pool

Expérience positive: Great pool but the lifeguards always seem grumpy to turn on the kids area water features for some reason. There weren't enough changerooms in the family change room so long wait with wet kids after a swim was tough. We won't come back on a Saturday for awhile but overall a good time, my son loves it!

Expérience fantastique: Decent rates, and if you reside within city limits I recommend getting a residency card it will save you quiet a bit on rates. As for the pool its definitely big enough to go for a swim, and a water slide for the children. The gym is set up pretty nicely but gets pretty busy. Only thing would be or a suggestion is include more classes yoga, swing, etc for the price you pay could get a much better deal at a specific gym.

Expérience positive: Great place to take the kids for some fun and to wear them or good so they eat well and /go to bed/..! ;-) even for someone on a budget, as a local resident, me and my three were under $14 bux including tokens for the lockers. Speaking of lockers, those things suck. One wrong move, and you're paying again. Fix the finiky lockers and I'll give them 5*.
