Expérience positive: I go there for a swim on a weekends! Water is nice and good access to the pool but very cold going to the shower. Shower and change area could be much cleaner!

Expérience fantastique: Warm water pool with plenty of classes. What's special about this place is that you get to swim and skate in the same place, the pool is connected with Central Arena, they share two halves of the same building.

Expérience fantastique: Have been a member at this community centre for quite some time now and want to express my compliments about Carri-Ann the Aquafit Instructor. She is so welcoming to all the members of the classes she leads. In addition she is very knowledgeable, friendly and is very good at keeping the classes fun and engaging. Expérience négative: The facility is great. The instruction is great. The staff at the front desk however is ignorant and obnoxious. Watched them tell seniors that they don't when classes are, thats not their job, nor provide any assistance, simply yell at them to get away from their desk. This is the reception/ administration staff that is being paid?! Absolutely unacceptable

Expérience fantastique: With the exception of only one woman behind the desk who has no personality whatsoever and is taking up real estate, it's a great facility where I've brought my little daughter to swim over the years. The health club is quite costly for a city owned facility and the mens sauna was frequently out of service to no avail. But I give the place 5 stars because the majority of staff are very kind and the patrons are friendly, it's been a special place for my daughter and I and for myself in the weight room. Looking forward to returning and wondering when it's opening up again, now that we're in stage 3 effective July 31 2020.

Expérience fantastique: Lane Swim (7 y.o. and over) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 6:30 am to 8:25 am (Fall 2019). You can walk in and pay $4(Adult)or $2 (Youth) or purchase 10 or 20 visits punch cards ($38/$68 respectively). 3 and 6 months or 1 year passes are also available ($248 - Adults, $124 - Youth). Complex has Women, Family and Men changing rooms. Pool water has very comfortable temperature (around 22-24C). Complex has accessible washrooms, barrier free showers,mobile water chair and ramp into the pool.

Expérience positive: Swimming lessons are hit and miss for a good instructor — they are all kind but some are very timid / uninvolved. We had my son’s 1st birthday here with a pool and room rental — communication was an issue but the event went without an issue. The same shower in the women’s bathroom has been broken for more than 6 months and make sure you wear swim shoes in the change room cause it’s not always clean.

Expérience positive: Surprisingly well equipped, full of pretentious moms and dads with their Starbucks, if you can deal with that... clean and well kept. Staff could be a bit more in to their jobs though. Need more family change rooms. Good kids programs.
