Expérience négative: I would never recommend the PAC to anyone. The members were very cliquey and the staff were too. They were not helpful and kept glaring/ hiding instead of helping. They also say no contracts but that’s NOT true!!!! I went in person to cancel my membership and they did not respect my decision even though I explained why and I called a second time because I had moved out of town (over an hour away) and they still would not cancel my membership. Goes to show they are in it for the money and not the people. Not only that but how uncomfortable I felt and how they were not inclusive was very hurtful.
