Expérience fantastique: One-stop total body wellness shop! I love the classes and training sessions and look forward to going to the gym everyday! But Alternate Routes is so much more than your average gym. Many alternative therapies are offered on site and their selection of wellness products is extensive. Delicious, fresh and locally sourced food prepared daily and kombucha on tap. Incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and friendly staff to boot!
