Expérience positive: Small town gym with older equipment, however it does the job well! Never have seen it crowded. Always clean. Pleasant gym-goers who are there to focus on their work out. I like this gym a lot because it’s NOT a franchise.

Expérience fantastique: We had a spa day here to celebrate our 40th. We had the lounge area to ourselves for the day, which included a snack tray and the most delicious coffee I have ever had. Each service was wonderful. The staff were amazing! We will definitely be back!
