Expérience fantastique: I’m a new resident to Windsor and have been part of GG Garage Gym in Amherstburg for almost 3 years! Since I’ve moved and with lock down!! I’ve noticed my change in myself esteem and mental health! I honestly don’t know who I am anymore! I’m hoping to find a place to get me back to that outgoing, happy positive person I used to know and recognize! I’m hoping to drop in at Tribe sometime soon to see if I can be a part of their tribe..? I miss my old army of men and women at GG dearly! This Tribe just seems so similar!! I’ve tried so hard to get through the changes with the move as well as my new job and of course the guilt and stress from my children who also had extreme changes when leaving their schools and friends! Maybe; I’m being to hard on myself?‍♀️I honestly felt empowered when I was part of such a strong support system!! Everything tells me this place can be my home!!
