Because of her calm and supportive demeanour I feel very well taken care of yet encouraged to push myself at the same time. I would recommend this studio to anyone!

They have a wide variety of equipment and Chrissy is great at making adjustment to every exercise to fit your specific needs/requirements! She is very positive and encouraging during your workouts even when you think you can't do it, she shows you how strong you really are. She has a wide variety of personal training options, as well as yoga and other similar health practices. Overall a phenomenal place to be with a great group of people to help you on your path!

Expérience fantastique: By far the most outstanding studio I have ever entered. The owner is full of knowledge and tools for every need you may have. Mentally, physically, spiritually, nutritionally you name it she's got it down to an art. Options to fit anyone and everyone's needs and budget. AND THE SPACE IS BEAUTIFUL! Cant forget lots of parking! Would recommend to all of my family and friends.
