Expérience négative: I have never done Pilates before and was looking to gain some information. Regarding pricing and times . Women on the phone was short and confusing, while she did get her point her across it was unprofessional and when I said I would contact her soon she just hung up in my ear . Don't think this will be where I choose to come . Unfortunately I was excited as it was close to my home . She sounded like she didn't even want to take me on to be a client with her . Very disappointed

Expérience fantastique: Pilates training requires a trainer with expertise and compassion and Luanne is the total package. Sessions are well planned, safe and the environment is welcoming.

Expérience négative: Very unprofessional and unhelpful. She clearly isn’t interested in creating a warm and welcoming environment for newcomers to learn and enjoy the practice.

Expérience négative: I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND what the others are talking about now! She is not pleasant whatsoever! I saw the reviews of others saying the owner is short tempered and rude, but I like to have my own experiences. Sometimes someone is having a bad day or perhaps there's a miscommunication and leaves a bad impression and we all deserve a second chance, sometimes. First, the way she answered the phone I had to ask if I was calling the right place. Then I said I'm new to Windsor and I'm looking for a new Pilates studio and looking to book a single private session. Then she copped an attitude and said, "ugh just one?" I said "yes, I would like to try it out if that's ok". She said that's she really busy and doesn't have much time these days and then paused. I was confused because is she telling me she's not taking clients or what does this mean? I had my calendar open in front of me was about to say I'm flexible on days/times, but she felt the need to interrupt me to say she doesn't have much time again because she's "ugh so busy". I then let her off the phone because I seemed to be bothering her by interrupting her busy day. It's so funny to me since private lessons package is $700+ CASH (shady) and she just kisses it away. Good thing I have many other PIlates (legitimate) options in the area to go to.

Expérience fantastique: Pilates Essentials is an excellent Pilates studio. The facilities are always clean, the equipment is always cleaned, in prefect condition and often upgraded. The instructor is a wonderful and kind person. She takes special care to understand her client's needs and abilities when planning a session. She challenges us. I have been a client of hers for over ten years. Luanne, thank you for your excellence in teaching us.

Expérience fantastique: I have been attending one on one classes with Luann for over a year now and I cannot recommend her enough. The time and attention she gives to each and every one of her clients is unparalleled. She is very attentive to the needs of each client and really works with you to make sure you get what you need out of the class. I have never been pushed harder and achieved more than I thought I ever could in my physical journey with Pilates Essentials. You will sweat and you will ache afterwards, but I cannot recommend her enough. She definitely knows what she's doing and I'm truly thankful I started my journey with fitness here.
