Expérience négative: Staff are great but manager and crunch organization are scammers,takes ever to cancel membership and you have to talk to manger who is another scammer to cancel and it takes for ever.2$ fee is another scam even if I wanted to pay lumsump I could not.stay away from this gym.

Expérience fantastique: Crunch Fitness provides a welcoming environment with great equipment, friendly staff, and diverse classes, making it ideal for all fitness levels. It’s a supportive place to work out and stay motivated.

Expérience négative: The front desk staff is great. Very friendly. My trainer was fantastic and met my needs and goals. The gym is small, the equipment is old and not well maintained. If you go when the gym is even a little busy you will always be waiting for equipment. The massage chairs are in full view of the gym, so no privacy when you want to relax post workout. The classes schedule on the app is not kept up to date. When I asked to lower my membership plan I was charged a $50 fee to do so. It was waived only upon threat of cancellation. Lots of extra charges and hidden fees. I was paying $20/mth for the base $9.99 membership. Also warning to all - pay attention to when your annual membership is due and make sure if you want to cancel you do so 30 days prior to that. Otherwise they will charge you the annual membership fee for a gym you will no longer be a member at. I tried to get this waived but their customer service ends when you want to cancel. I would recommend looking at other gyms. The longer drive or more expensive fees are worth it for a better workout.

After emailing the head of staff about my cancelation I was told this exactly: “ I sent this to head office with the cancelation and the late fee to be waived I will see what they say by Monday”. I never heard back from her. No news is good news right? WRONG! Almost 3 months go by, I have not been refunded and out of nowhere I received a charge of over 100$!? When I call and politely ask the head of staff why this happened I was berated and told that it is my fault for not paying them MORE money. How was I supposed to know my requested refund was denied? When I went in person to the front desk the gentleman was very understanding about my situation and helped me to finalize my cancelation. I have not yet received any refund even after sending screenshots of the emails. The level of professionalism coming from the head of staff was very disappointing and should make a great example of what not to do.

Expérience négative: Equipment is in poor shape. I purchased the deluxe membership and the hydro beds have been down for months. They never fixed the first that broke for more than 4 months and then the second one went down and they claim they’re waiting for parts SHOULD HAVE FIXED THE FIRST ONE MONTHS AGO. On top of that, I was told after Christmas I would get a $25 gift card and after months of asking never received it. Membership renewal is coming up soon. Hmmmmm

Expérience négative: If I could have given 0 starts I 100% would have!!! If you are thinking of joining this gym, I really hope you get to ready this review first. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for 6 months now! They are finally taking action to cancel it after I complained about it for days, even though, they won’t cancel it for 30 after days they approve the cancellation has been approve and they will still charge you that for that month. They are so money hungry that they make it impossible for you to cancel! I don’t mean to be a Karen but I will get in contact with HR about this. Also they have really bad equipments and the gym itself is always breaking down. They don’t have saunas and they are that greedy, at least be a good gym if you’re gonna be a Mr.Crab. I hope you don’t sign up for this gym!!!!!

Expérience positive: Pros: At times it is not busy, members are friendly, a lot of friendly staff Cons: When you decide to stop your membership they charge you one additional month AND I was charged the semi-annual membership fee even though I quit one month earlier. A bit unfair. I guess you have to read the fine print. TV is often on Crunch promos, or News and Weather. Not very enjoyable when using cardio.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and the equipment is always clean and taken care of. Personally Julia is my favorite for those of you who know, those that don’t… go sign up and find out what I am talking about.

Expérience fantastique: I have been a member of this gym since 2016 and will probably be a "Lifer". The core staff, what I think of as "The Dream Team" (Laura, Tracey, Brittney, Julia, Jordan), has been very stable and lend a real sense of community to the club. They are very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging to the members. They use the gym as well when they are not working, and I find this to be a wonderful thing to see. The gym is well equipped with a large variety of weight machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. I mostly train as a Masters age Power Lifter and the gym has everything I need to work on my goals, including a small group of other members who are also training for this sport. As a retiree, I am able to use the gym in the late morning and early afternoon. This is a less busy time of day, but still lots of regular members that I enjoy seeing and talking to. If something causes me to have to go in later in the day, it is quite busy but still manageable and worth doing. It's a much younger crowd, but still kind of cool to see. If you are looking for a gym, I recommend having a look at Crunch Fitness, Lasalle. The price is very affordable and there's a great chance that you'll run into people that you already know there.

Expérience négative: Do not sign up here if you use machines they do not fix them for months and when they do they are fixed wrong (always slack in everything cant even use properly) Beware of the plate loaded chest presses, the bolts holding the arms come loose I have to tighten them every week almost when there on the last thread! Noone maintains or checks them except the members it's been like this for years! Holes in walls everywhere, broken mirrors that are just asking to fall and cut members legs (since Feb) like that. The owner does not care about anything but getting more members and taking your maintenance fee without fixing anything!! *I cannot stress this enough staff at this location are amazing 10/10 and are the only reason I'm still there! They try so hard to help get things fixed and done but the people above them don't care.

Zero customer service/management since the day I joined this gym but always minded my business till the day I noticed taking money for no reason!!!! Please, avoid this gym at all cost. I never had such a bad racist experience before like this one. They will rip off your money without a problem and without your notice. When you try to reason with them, giving them proof that their system was faulty because the staff entered the wrong information, they would accuse you that it was your fault instead of their fault. Never apologetic to their mistakes. Laughing at the way you speak because you have an accent. They have entered the wrong information in the system with wrong dates on first day of registration so that they would take money with their reason “late fee”. The staff barely knows why and how that happened. New staff coming in from month to month. Accused me of lying/yelling despite that I was calm but confident in what I was presenting. Manager accused me of swearing even though I didn’t and I just have an accent. Very racist till our date. All I wanted to try to understand that they have been taking money more than it was supposed to be. Ripped me off $500 for no reason. The manager was so disrespectful, so racist to someone who had an accent, didn’t want to understand what I was saying in a smooth slow way. Please have a witness in the room if you ever speak to the manager. Please avoid this gym, they would pull you into trouble and headaches that you don’t need. And also ripping off your money with no notice, no email, nothing. Please avoid!

Expérience positive: Gym is busy most of the days! There are less number of equipments but they are adding in more members not expanding the gym! The floor spaces are always occupied by classes and sessions in peak hours. So we can’t use floor in the evenings.

The fitness center in LaSalle is a clean, welcoming, and friendly environment for people looking to engage in a more active lifestyle. No questions asked; this gym is worth the investment. Recently, I moved out of town and this location is no longer the most ideal for my circumstance. That being said, I continue to attend daily despite the drive. I mentioned earlier that the gym was clean, welcoming, and friendly but truthfully, those are (in my opinion) the bare minimum requirements for a gym. The reason that this gym is worth the effort is the sense of community that is primarily driven by Tracey, Laura, and Brittany. These three ladies are encouraging, knowledgeable, and invested in your journey for fitness beyond what I would expect is required of their jobs. These ladies have supported me on too many occasions to count and the fact that I maintain a steady schedule is largely due to their encouragement and support. Gyms are a dime a dozen in Windsor; community like this is rare. Thank you to the mentioned 3 ladies and the rest of the wonderful staff that I failed to recognize. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their physical health.

The other machines are not all well kept but for the price it’s worth it. The staff are friendly and the hours are good!

The staff are knowledgeable and ready to help. And the other gym users are also genuinely friendly.... and honest. I forgot my (expensive) phone on the bench in the locker room. After about an hour of people walking in, seeing the phone, and leaving it for me in case I returned, a gym member turned it to the front desk. Amazing! I engaged a personal trainer for the last 4 months. Jean-Luc is a terrific trainer. Helpful, patient, knowledgeable. And the results for me have been great. Quite a few of my friends and family have mentioned the difference it has made. I also love that the gym is open late into the night on several weekdays. If you're looking for a gym in the Lasalle area, I would highly recommend a visit to the gym to talk with the staff about what you want to accomplish. They can help you.

If you're looking for a personal trainer, they are certified and tailor a program for each individual person. Laura is my trainer, and because of her, I'm lifting more than I ever thought I could. Highly recommend this gym.
