Expérience fantastique: Worth it. I've been working out seriously for about a decade, and problems from a lack of variation were tough to manage. F45 mixes up the routine and is focused on hitting all functional movements. I had consistent low back pain which cleared up after going to F45 for about a year. I appreciate the energy of the crew at the LaSalle F45 and a special shout out to Mel and Brandon who make sure I'm pushing myself. You don't have to push yourself, but I want to, so I appreciate the chirping—which will probably get worse after posting this review!

Expérience fantastique: Joined this awesome gym a couple months ago. Needed something to get me moving and motivate me again as the daily grind of the same old same old garbage routine of my push ups and treadmill was getting to me. Im an older lifter and group fitness classes were never my thing, ego i guess. Well guess i was in for a pleasant wake call and a kick in the butt. Love this place, 2 months in and i couldn't be happier with the quality of coaches and the fitness programming. Its a get in, throw down, smile, sweat, burn some calories, get my form checked by amazing coaches then done and back home all within an hour. Life changing? For me yes. Thank you sincerely to all f-45 trainers, owners. You don't really know me yet but know that your making a huge impact not only in my overall fitness but also in other important aspects of my life.

Expérience fantastique: I recently dropped in at F45 Lasalle during my Christmas holiday and was blown away by the experience. The coaches were incredibly attentive, ensuring I understood each movement and offering encouragement throughout the workout. Their guidance made a significant difference, allowing me to get the most out of every exercise. The workout itself was phenomenal, easily one of the best I've ever had at any F45 studio. I’ll be back next time I’m in town!

I’ve been to many gyms and tried personal training, the experience doesn’t come close to F45. They make you believe in yourself, help you achieve your goals and SIMPLIFY the process. The challenges are super fun and a great way to help you accomplish your target. They help you set realistic and long lasting goals (for ex: not only focusing on the scales number but the content of the weight loss/gain, is it fat or muscle or water?) It’s extremely rare to find a gym where the coaches actually notice when you miss a day haha. Would highly recommend it, it’s worth every single penny.

The trainers and owners are knowledgeable and offer so much support. From offering you advice on how to reach your goals, correcting form to maximize your workouts and/or prevent injury, motivating you to reach your goals, and modifying any workouts for any aches and pains. All of this creates a non-intimidating atmosphere and accessible to all levels of fitness.

Expérience fantastique: This is the best place to workout. Great atmosphere for training and the coaches are always there to push you toward your goals. I had a knee and shoulder injury, and hernia surgery. After the surgeries I had to go through the physical therapy and I have to keep exercising or they become such a pain for me. I was always afraid of hurting myself lifting waits in the gym and having to go through more surgeries but after starting f45 training and being pushed by the coaches I am gaining muscles and losing fat. My knee and shoulder aren't bothering me anymore and they are getting stronger than ever before. All thanks to team F45 LaSalle

Three reasons to try out F45 LaSalle: (1) The workout is fantastic, challenging, exciting and can be modified to accommodate for injuries, fitness level, etc. Note: The workout is not exclusive to this particular location, however I have reason to believe that it is better at the LaSalle location than any other. (2) The coaches are extraordinary. Want the detailed guidance of personal training without one-on-one personal training (ie: a trainer hovering behind you counting your pushups) ? This is for you. Want the energy of a HIIT/ group workout class with loud music and insanely energetic trainers, without cycling through the same routines over and over again? This is for you. (3) The community is top notch. Not only are the coaches extraordinary, but the other members are equally wonderful. The people working out at F45 LaSalle are all there for the same reason: to make the most of the next 45 minutes. Everyone is supportive, encouraging and always ready to share a high five and "good job!" F45 LaSalle is not like any other gym experience. Try it out. You'll be happy you did.

Workouts are challenging and trainers are remarkable; able to accommodate any pains or aches one may have. It is amazing when you can walk into a gym and you can laugh and sweat it out for a solid 45 minutes - great for one's whole being. Expérience positive: I started attending F45 LaSalle in December 2019, the first few work outs—I felt out of place but when I finished, I felt satisfied. Over the last three months, F45 has helped me simply feel better... they don’t judge you—the trainers are so welcoming and motivating. They really get to know you, for you and with that, push you to where you need to be. I debated giving it 5 stars, I gave 4 because I wish there was more times available to work out, I finish work at 3, and wait around for 4:30 class. I wish there were a few more classes between 2-4pm hours as well as a few past 6:30 pm Lastly I want to thank F45 for helping me feel better, I enjoy working out, I look forward to it, and will continue too LZ

Led by owners Andrea and Chris, the staff are knowledgeable, passionate, and so friendly. They have created a wonderful sense of family and community that is welcoming to all members. Hoping my knees get stronger and I am able to do more. Would definitely recommend F45!
