I followed her from her previous location because she was that good I had to keep her close. She’s very strong and gets spots that other therapists couldn’t touch in my shoulders. 10/10 recommend.

Expérience fantastique: Performance Wellness Centre is always very clean and welcoming. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I have been working out with a personal trainer Jean Merheje, for a couple years and have made excellent progress. Jean listens to what you want and guides you through your workout ensuring you are doing everything properly to get the best results. He is by far one of the best trainers I have ever worked with.

Very reasonable fees make this place a great bang for your buck. Check them out.

Expérience fantastique: Coach Kam is simply awesome. My son is a 13 year old soccer player who was lacking in speed and explosiveness. Since he has been working with Kam over the last 8 months, he has improved tremendously. Hands down, Kam is one of the best trainers in Windsor. Go check him out, you won't regret it. Cheers

Expérience positive: Training itself is ok, but make sure you put it writing when cancelling. I signed up for 3 months of training. The contract they wrote in “3 months to start”. Apparently this means they will keep charging you after this 3 months. So just be very clear with them and put things in writing.

Expérience fantastique: The owner, Frank began training me on August 1st 2023 and by midlle of November I have gone from 240 to 212 lbs. His workouts are incredible, the gym is clean, respectful and the equipment is top notch. I highly recommend Performance Wellness and their staff. You get what you put in, but Frank and his staff are highly motivating.

Expérience fantastique: I have been going to Dr Richard Warden for 2 years. He has helped me with my planters fascists, post COVID recovery and some minor injuries here and there. He is the first chiropractor I have met, who takes the time to listen to you and when creating your plan he actually takes into account your lifestyle and creates realistic goals. I want to thank Dr. Warden for helping me through one of the most difficult times of my life. He helped me tremendously through my post COVID recovery and helped me get back on my feet. Highly recommend him to anyone that wants to work with a chiropractor who cares about your well being.

He actually cares about your wellness journey and takes the time to listen and correct any issues. His availability, technique and communication are unmatched! The gym itself also has a very welcoming atmosphere.

Expérience fantastique: Dr. Richard Warden, chiropractor at the gym, is an amazing! He is knowledgeable, empathetic and he emphasizes the rehabilitation and exercise part of chiropractics. He actually wants to make you feel better and heal instead of just cracking your spine.

Expérience négative: I had told them I'm paying for 4 months upfront and notthing more and with them closing all the time due to covid they kept on charging me this whole time for the last year. I called to cancel 6 weeks ago, when I seen its charging my account, louane the owner assured me shed call me back and have it cancelled. She never called me back nor did she cancel anything. The gym lacks proper management firing and hiring people all the time. There only way of income is to scam people out of their money. I've been to hundreds of gyms if you want a good workout with no headaches I would stray away from this place.

Expérience négative: I have been a member of this gym for the last 3 years. Prior to covid our memberships included the group classes . Once the gym reopened from lockdown , classes were eliminated all together without even notifying the members of this change. The owners decided it was a better business decision to rent out that room for people to run their own bootcamp classes . So now instead of it being included in our membership as it was prior , it was removed and we would have to pay an additional 10 dollars per class. Not only was the change made , but it was made without even communicating this to their members. So i decided in January that i would cancel my membership because the gym no longer offered what i was looking for . Like most classes you need to give 30 days notice of cancellation, which i did. I continued to use my membership for the remainder of the month . In that time a 6 week boot camp challenge had started from an outside source that was renting that space. privately from the gym owners I watched a few of the classes and thought i would like to join, so i did. During this 6 weeks my membership expired with the gym but I continued going to my bootcamp classes. At one of my check ins for class I was approached by the owner LouAnn who started asked me questions that I really thought were none of her business, but i answered them and went on my way to class not thinking anything of it. Obviously they had an issue with me giving my business to this private bootcamp class and started causing issues for the bootcamp instructor. Long story short they made it so uncomfortable for the trainer he decided to cut our challenge short by 2 weeks and refund everyone their money. These owners are motivated only by MONEY and don’t care who they cheat or lie to to get it . They don’t care about their members and I would definitely not recommend this gym to anyone.

Expérience fantastique: I can't say enough about Dr. Warden. I was about to start a new job but could barely stand or walk because of the pain I was experiencing from my hip to my foot. I was diagnosed with bursitis in my hip and knee and wasn't sure how I was going to be able to work. Within a couple of treatments I was starting to see results. By the fifth treatment I was able to discontinue taking painkillers. Three weeks in and the pain is almost nonexistent and the massive amount of swelling is gone. I am so thrilled with the results I would recommend Dr. Warden to everyone.

Expérience fantastique: Go and ask for Dan Mirja if you are just starting out or if you think you can't look any better and let Dan take you to the next levels and 10000% you will see the difference in no time. I watch Dan transform many bodybuilders and people just starting out when he was at Goodlife, you won't regret it.

My favorite things include: the selection and availability of equipment; unpretentious environment; and friendliness and knowledgeability of staff. I definitely recommend going here. Expérience fantastique: We have been searching for a new gym for a couple years since our previous cardio kickboxing class was cancelled. We tried a few different places but couldn't find the right fit until now! One day after doing our grocery shopping across the street, we walked in just to check it out. Kristen was so friendly, upbeat and had such a positive energy as she gave us a tour that we were sold! It is a very comfortable and judgement-free atmosphere. All of the staff have been so friendly. If you're looking for a new gym-check it out!

Expérience fantastique: Im new to Windsor and recently joined this gym with the amazing promotion (90 days for $99) that gives me access to unlimited the boot camp classes and unlimited tanning!! This Gym is owned by a beautiful family, i was given a tour by one of the owners Louanne - and was made to feel like part of the performance wellness family :) The trainers are very friendly and welcoming. I haven't worked out in over 2 years and Rachelle made me feel very comfortable during my first boot camp! I look forward to continuing my Journey here
