Expérience négative: Would never get a memebership from places that turn away people who need the bathroom for medical reason because they are not members. Because of the reply at the bottom I checked the Mall first, and it was closed. Yi have a medical condition called colitis and need access to bathrooms. I shouldn't have to go all the way across the street to use a bathroom in hopes I make it. Especially when I was in town for a treatment for my colitis

Expérience fantastique: I have been a GoodLife member on and off for about seven years. Tried a few competitors gyms and nothing is like GoodLife, so you really do get what you pay for. Originally went to Manning Rd location and they got rid of a lot of amenities, so started going to Tecumseh Mall and was so impressed, I only use this location. Wide selection of equipment, never have to wait longer than 5 minutes to get the machine I want or a bench/rack (worst case), most of the time there’s no wait. The gym layout is very well designed, and always kept very clean, unlike the competitors gyms I’ve used in the past. Staff is friendly, and welcoming. Equipment works better than most gyms in Windsor and they just got a new cable multi-jungle!

Expérience positive: Nice option when my gym in Tecumseh is closed on holidays. But this gym is in dyer need of a new cable machine. Cables are extremely short at the top and bottom and the gym is lacking attachments.

Expérience positive: There was a annoying short grey hair old lady said that i made too much splash in the pool. And i've heard She reminded the other guy few days ago. Come on, this is a public swimming pool. If you don't want other person disturbing you. Then just go back your home and set up a pool, ok?

Expérience positive: I recently joined this gym two weeks ago and overall I like it. However, there's only one standing fan in the women's section, and some ladies act like it's registered in their name. Today, for instance, I tried using the treadmill near the fan. There was a lady already walking on one of them and had positioned the standing fan only towards herself, so I adjusted it slightly to get some air too, making sure it still faced her. She paused, moved it back to her, and called me rude. Also, she moved the fan far away from me once she finished. It's frustrating dealing with such selfish behavior. It would be great if the gym could provide another fan for the women's section to avoid these conflicts in the future.

I have been a member for 18 years never had any complients when i filed a complaint about another new member that was acting out playing music on a speaker video taping in the changerooms i was shruged off by the front desk employee when comaplaing to mangement i was treated rudely after this issue i. Believe the member was banned i was harrased given bad looks by the past members friends i was approched and talked to rudly by a member and him trying to rip a barbell out of my hand droping it on my foot injuring me i then told the front desk worker she was unprofessional not taking it serious asking if i need cpr for a foot injury i filed another complaint reguarding this incident the manger. The manger julie Was rude again on the phone not letting me talk when explaining im being targeted by the friends of the banned member and them knowing i filed a confidentiel conplaint i was told its untrue i was asking what i would want to do about the member injuring me instead of normal sympathy and a manger stating what they can do i then complained about the front desk employee being unprofessional not working and hanging out with a group of people laughing about this situation that are again friends with the past two members i was then banned a week later for 3 months for leaving weights around which i didnt and. Was told i had multple complients and was given a final warning which i wasnt It suprising harsh as i had no incidents in 18 years of being a member im am very upset and saddened with a ban that was in my opinion targeted beacuse of my past complients on a member and employee terrible experience . i workout as it benifits my physical and mental health and i have trained for a upcoming marathon and competive sports im involved in and this whole not doing so will effect me I also have a sour taste and dont think ill ever feel the same way about Goodlife fitness as I always thought they cared about members but the way I was treated is awful

As soon as I made my way up the stairs the odour of sweat almost knocked me off my feet! I later found out that this has been going on for the past 2 weeks! Considering the price you charge for membership - this is unacceptable! Grateful that I will be returning back to my home location in Burnaby BC very soon and will not have to endure these substandard conditions! Do better GoodLife!

Expérience négative: Bunch of high school kids running the place now. Hard to get a welcome or goodbye when entering/exiting. Multiple times 2-3 people at the front desk having their own little conversation with zero acknowledgment to members. What happened to customer service?

Expérience positive: It's too hot in there,they need better ventilation, personally,I like gyms with higher ceilings,no steam room at this location,but they have standing tanning and regular tanning beds and a pool.Equipments is decent.

Moe since my first day at the gym has really went out of his way to make me smile even when I having a bad day. He takes the time to learn people’s names which must be really hard with the amount of people he sees in one day. Go Moe you Rock!

Expérience fantastique: I had received a free week here at the gym from an event I took part in. I went to the Dougall location to claim it, the worker Kyle had told me no and that his location doesn’t do those and when I asked about the one free night they do, he wanted to charge me almost $30 for it saying they don’t do those anymore, he was very rude and dismissive about it. So I called this location and they told me to come there and they would get me all set up. When I arrived I was greeted by Amanda, Mohammed, Laura and Amira (sorry if I spelt it wrong), these 4 were amazing! They were all super kind, they apologized multiple times for what happened to me at the other location. Within 15-20 minutes of being there they had signed me up for a free week and I went and did my workout! If I enjoy my 1 week, I will definitely be back at this gym and not the Dougall location!

I watched as members came in and the staff (Rianna, Shuwei and Terri) greeted them by name and wished two of them a happy birthday. All three of these staff members made me feel right at home and that I belonged. This was a VASTLY different experience I had at another gym (starts with an M). It was because of Rianna, Shuwei and Terri that I decided to join and I'm so glad I did. A huge shout out to them and a heartfelt thank you for making me feel comfortable.

One day, a girl was crying because her dad couldn’t afford the membership, she went outside and started crying. Expérience fantastique: I came here the other day because Crunch was too busy in hopes of just getting a day pass. I was shocked at the quality of the gym. Amazing and friendly staff, new equipment, TONS of weights like literally infinite, 2 pools, a hot tub, a sauna, new tanning beds, and most machines there are two of. I have been going for a week and have never had to wait for anything. There are 5 squat racks and about 5 benches. I signed up and cancelled my crunch membership the same night I got my day pass. So glad that I made the switch it’s so worth it. The pictures do not do this gym justice. Go for a day and you will see what I mean!

Expérience fantastique: My son and I were out fishing and we we were caught in in a horrible storm with lightning everywhere. My son and I were drenched in rain we were on foot , we were cold and we lost our shirts. The night staff came out as they only seen my 9 year old son and out of concern they invited us in to dry up. They offered towels and even gave us chocolate milk. The kindness is not lost on my son and I and the staff showed us that there really are kind people out there . It was a good lesson for my son and we are grateful for running to GoodLife. Running there was a stroke of luck. The big bald guy and fit girl behind the desk were beyond kind and helpful. Thank you guys . I may leave crunch fitness and get a membership at GoodLife . Thank you Laura and Moe !!!
