Expérience fantastique: A long time ago, 20 years ago maybe, I used to live in welland, moved from the uk to the falls then to welland. I used to come to this boxing club with my mate/friend from st marys school, Trevor. We loved it. I'll never forget the things I picked up here. whoever was running at the time (was it you ray?) Taught me how to bang my left hook, how to leverage my weight to pivot and snap it on the bag, and got quite a reaction. Taught the basic principles of how to move my feet, left foot first to move left, right foot first to move right, etc. Stand over a brush handle/mop handle to learn initial stance... Anyway, I never went on to become a pro boxer, but I did hone what I learned, and I have always done some kind of training my whole life from the back of going to this club, this place instilled good morals into me, and what I learned has never let me down, when absolutely necessary and no choice or way out of course. (i remember, no scrapping outside the gym, good disipline for kids). Its great to see the club is still there and operating, I had just decided to have a look on maps whilst sat here back in england healthy and strong. Thanks Nappers.

Expérience fantastique: Amazing boxing club! My 11 year old son has been going for two months now and he loves it, the coaches and members of this club are all awesome and welcoming. Great team work atmosphere from everyone, teaching great cardio workouts, discipline and techniques. Hard work does not go un noticed. Wish I would have joined myself years ago.
